We loved the view, the condo, beach access, pool and friendliness of the area. Located near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! We had a perfect vacation!

The property was just about perfect. The sunrise and the moon at night were beautiful. Three bedrooms 2 full bathrooms were perfect for the 7 of us. Michele was easy to contact and was clear with all directions and rules of the facility. It's a 3 minute elevator ride and walk to the beach, which had a perfect location to set up for our beach day. Balcony views were perfect and could hear the ocean at night even with doors shut. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Gorgeous views, great balconies to watch and listen to the ocean! So many great, thoughtful items provided to make vacation so much easier! All the baby items were wonderful, it was fantastic to not have to lug all these necessary items from home! Good location, near enough to the boardwalk area- but far enough away that it was not noisy. Our group was able to walk to a couple different restaurants for dinner, goofy golfing and of course Kirk’s for ice cream at least once every day😋😁 DEFINITELY GO THERE!
I have a feeling we may be returning back to have a vacation at Serenity again in the future😎

We had a wonderful week stay at this property. It was within walking distance of everything and the location was great. We loved being right on the beach for easy access for the kids to play. We would definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

Location and the homely feel was excellent! The beach views were amazing. Very clean and organized! The kids room is a cool little place with the murals, split door and a little doggy door! Lots of space. Plenty of activities to do!

This place was fun and location was great. We came during the off season, everything is slower and less crowded. The place was clean and cozy. It was a bit snug for 8 total people. No room for kids to actually be without shoving them into the closet type bunk room where they had to sit on their beds or be endangered of being hit by the door. The owner was amazing, open to questions and offered great information in the book they have in the home. Fantastic. I think I was under impressed by the space due to how small it was overall but it’s likely comparable to ALL beach condos (zero experience here) The wash and dryer was inconvenient because it’s in the kitchen, loud, and less than efficient even with small loads as suggested to do. The use of water was extremely loud (which was off putting) and a bit of a surprise when trying to shower. The view was impressive and the property served its purpose.

Our family of 5 (ages 3, 6, and 9) had a great time! The location was perfect to attractions. House had everything needed for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, sand toys). Kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was very well appointed and had lots of books and games for the kids. The two balconies gave great views both of the central area of Myrtle Beach as well as nice sunrises and you can hear the ocean well which is important to us. The facility was doing repairs which is normal for the off season but is centralized to many activities in central Myrtle Beach. Overall, it was a very nice condo and met our needs well.

We stayed for the week of Christmas. There were 5 of and the space was perfect. We could have had 2-3 more people and still would have been very comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully met our needs. Myrtle Beach is beautiful in the off season. Not everything was open but more than enough to keep us busy and no lines to deal with. Great condo in a great location!

We loved our stay at Serenity by the Sea! The condo was beautiful decorated and very well stocked with everything we needed.
The location was great- within minutes of everywhere fun! We walked to the boardwalk from the condo- it was only around 1 mile away. Broadway at the Beach was only 5-minute drive away.
The kids’ bunk room was so fun and our kids loved all the fun video games and movies.
It was so convenient having a full kitchen and washer/dryer right in our unit.
The view is INCREDIBLE. Beautiful view of the amazing sunrise and sunset every day of our stay. The corner condo makes the view even better- we had a beachfront view as well as a side view down the beach with the beautiful sky week right in view!
The communication ahead of and during our stay with the owner was fantastic. It was clear that the satisfaction of the guests the owners’s #1 priority. We would definitely stay at Serenity by the Sea in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. Location is great with lots in walking distance. Had everything we needed for dishes and amenities. The kid room was a little smaller than we expected but it still worked for our tall teen and tween. Can’t beat the view! We would definitely stay here again.

Michele made everything a breeze with this stay! The condo was exactly how it was described. We had the most wonderful stay and made so many memories. The welcome binder was so helpful and we utilized many of the suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We would and plan on definitely booking with Michele again if/when we ever come back to Myrtle Beach! 10/10 highly recommend.

The condo was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The view of the ocean was fantastic, and the beach was great. We also enjoyed the pool. My grandchildren met some other kids their ages, so they had a ball in the pool.
One of the bar chairs had a bent bolt so it could not be used. My husband went to Home Depot, bought a new bolt and fixed the chair. The owners graciously talked us through how to access Netflix on the TV. They asked if the bathtub faucet was leaking, and we said no thinking it was in the master bedroom. Later we discovered that the faucet in the other bathroom does leak. I would recommend this property to friends as a lovely place to spend vacation.

This was a last minute booking for us after another rental fell through. Michele was great! The condo is close to everything and the beach was beautiful. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the 2 balconies every morning with our coffee. We even had great neighbors that our 9 yo made quick friends with during our trip. They would talk to each other over the balcony and play together on the beach. It was a great stay and would definitely rent again.

The condo was great and the views are amazing! Our little one really liked the kids room which was sea creature themed and had a tv with an xbox and games. They, also, provided a bunch of sand toys, pool toys, beach towels, games and books which was greatly appreciated!
The kitchen was tidy and well stocked with kitchen accessories including plastic kids dishes and cups. They provided us with enough dish detergent and laundry soap for the week.

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! Michelle has literally thought of everything for families! From the games, to the views and all of the amazing beach/baby items she has stocked it was a dream staying here. We stayed over New Years and the fireworks in the beach were one of the most amazing things we have experienced.
My only complaint is that she is already booked all summer and most of this year. I hope we get another chance to stay here in the future!

This property was perfect for our family. It had absolutely everything we needed. It is decorated so cute and it’s close to everything. Our favorite thing was the beautiful balconies overlooking the ocean. It was one of the best vacations we have had. I enjoyed being with family and the location but the condo itself wasn't as clean and bright as it appeared online. We vacation twice a yr. I won't be returning back to that particular facility. Criminals living next door to the condo. We were told from a neighbor at the pool. Very uncomfortable place to stay.

What a treat to spend my birthday with my husband and mother in Myrtle Beach. This condo was the perfect place to celebrate, relax and recharge. The condo was comfy, had the necessities of home and clean. The king size bed was so comfortable, and combined with the sounds of the ocean, I slept like a baby. Oh, and the view was INCREDIBLE! Not only one balcony, but two balconies with breathtaking views. The condo is also within walking distance to coffee shops and a number of restaurants. The hostess, Michele was so helpful and prompt whenever I had a question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommended this lovely condo.

We could not have been more pleased with this vacation home. The condo is exactly as described. The perfect beach condo that was centrally located. The cleanliness was impeccable. The ocean views were incredible! Our communications with the homeowner were fantastic. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an ocean front property! Our 6-year-old grandson LOVED the bedroom designed for children. Thank you so much for our family vacation that will remain with us in memories for a long time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect for our family of 6. Clean, very nice beach decor, great location & view, felt like home away from home. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this property for a family traveling to Myrtle Beach!!

Great location but…The condo was musty smelling, refrigerator was terrible, took 3 days for it to cool. Microwave door was broken, washer and dryer need replaced. Owner was rude when I called about the refrigerator not cooling. Moldy shower curtain and rugs. Not enough towels for number of people. Ironing board needs trashed and replaced. For the money we paid, I expected a lot more than the condo had to offer, it needs some TLC in a big way!!! Will not recommend or rent from the owner again! Period!

Place was perfectly located to places such as Broadway at the Beach, pier, Ferris Wheel, and great places to eat. Property was spotless. It was on the 14th floor beach front so great view. Quiet and very family oriented. Loved it and look forward to returning again.
