Beautiful light filled spacious first floor apartment just steps from shops and restaurants and a short walk to Lake Harriet, where you can enjoy 51 miles of paved trails that wrap around lakes and parks. Rated as one of the top most walkable neighborhoods in Minneapolis, yet minutes from downtown, Mall of America, US Bank Stadium, University of Minn and the Convention Center.

This lovely 2BR apartment is on the 1st floor of our duplex on a quiet residential street close to Lake Harriet. It s light and airy with central air and hardwood floors throughout. There s a peaceful backyard patio that s perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The master bedroom is very spacious and has a comfy queen size bed. The second bedroom is very cozy and has 2 twin beds. The living room sofa folds out into a queen size bed. All the beds have luxurious bedding and fluffy down alternative duvets.

The updated stainless steel kitchen has a dishwasher and is stocked with all your cooking essentials as well as coffee, tea and snacks. There s a free washer and dryer available for your use in the basement laundry room.

Fast wifi.

Flat screen TV featuring Sling TV and Roku (which you can use to access your own streaming services, ie. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc)

One off street parking spot plus plenty of on street parking available.

There is a security camera on the exterior of the house to deter package thieves and vandalism. There are no interior recording devices.

This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Minneapolis, combining a host of outdoor activities and several vibrant business districts. There's a wide variety of restaurants, bars, upscale grocery stores and shopping (both major retailers and local independent shops) as well as bike trails, walking and running paths, sailing, canoe, kayak, paddleboarding, swimming and cross country skiing all within either walking distance of the apartment or a quick bike or car ride away.

The apartment is 1 block from a bus line that provides access to the entire Twin Cities area. You could take a bus downtown and connect to the light rail to MSP airport, Mall of America or downtown St. Paul. By car you can be on I-94 or I-35W within minutes.

We had a wonderful time staying at Liz's VRBO. It's in a great location, close to public transportation, grocery stores, liquor story, library, restaurants and "the lakes." Liz is a very good communicator. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again.

The property was beautiful, very well equipped and super clean for our stay. Lynnhurst is one of our favorite Minneapolis neighborhoods, with excellent restaurants and shops nearby. exterior needs some TLC, but we lived on the inside. Clean, comfortable, all needed amenities. TV was a bit a a hassle with limited access. No local access to hear what was going on currently in MSP. Overall, great location. We would come back.

This is the third time staying in this beautiful lower level duplex flat. It’s clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Easy access by car, bus/train, or Uber from the airport. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Close and easy access to restaurants, grocery, and liquor store. Lovely neighborhood - walking distance to the lakes and public transportation. We will stay here again.

Beautiful property conveniently located a few blocks from Harriet. Also not far from Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles. House has great amenities and is well equipped. Liz was really great host and very responsive. Close to nice restaurants and bakeries (pizza Luce, Bruggers Bagels, Patisserie 46 and Brasa), local parks (Lynnhurst) and grocery stores (Kowalski's). Loved that the property was dog friendly enabling us to visit Mpls with our whole family. We will be back.

The communication with the owner was seamless, she responded very quickly! Make sure to stop by Patisserie 46 a few blocks down the street for a coffee and an amazing morning treat.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is exactly as pictured, the beds are comfortable, the space in inviting, the kitchen is well equipped. This happens to be our old neighborhood, so we knew where all the grocery and other stores and activities we needed were. Everything is very convient. This property exceeded our expectations. My sister and I visiting from Seattle used it as our base. It is extremely comfortable and well appointed. It’s location is great in its walking proximity to Lake Harriet and charming urban neighborhood streets and driving proximity to downtown, uptown and the airport. Everything about this experience was delightful--Liz was quick to respond to my initial request, check in was a breeze, everything we could possibly have needed was at our fingertips (even a cookie sheet for heating up our Kolwalski morning buns!), some of the most comfortable beds we'd ever slept in a rental--everything was perfect. We found the apartment to be very comfortable, well decorated, lots of character and convenient to stores, restaurants, the lake and buses. The amenities were great. Very nice having a basement with washer/dryer and a spare toilet! The place was a peaceful location to relax and get some much needed rest from our busy lives. We did hear some noise and foot falls from the renters upstairs. But for the most part it was quiet. And the neighborhood is really lovely and great for walking! We certainly hope to return some day. We LOVED our stay in this apartment. A group of six women met up there for a 40th birthday celebration, and it was perfect. The home is in a great location, on a pretty and quiet street but close to shops and restaurants. It's beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy and clean. The owner seems to have thought of everything and has gone above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. Bedding and towels were really nice quality, there were snacks and coffee left for us... and the living room has the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept in! We really appreciated all the thoughtful details. We were a bunch of adults, but this would be a great place for a family to stay too-- kids could have a great time playing all the board games in the room with the twin beds. The only thing we can think of that would have been a nice addition is a bluetooth speaker-- we would have liked to have been able to play music while we hung out. Other than that, the home had everything we would have wanted and more. We would all highly recommend, and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
