Clean and very warm apartment

We really enjoyed our staying in Rovaniemi in this new building of apartments. Our flat was so clean , warm and cosy. 5 stars for the heating system in the floor and for the sauna! 🤩

There was nothing to don’t like. We had twins bed but we get them together so that wasn’t bad at all.

Nice and comfortable stay.

Very close to train station and walkable distance to city centre. Property was clean and very comfortable stay

On arrival, sent a message to host to ask about about Parking lot allocation , but I never received a response until I checked out which was bit disappointing :(

Overall, it was a very positive experience

- The flat is really spacious and well decorated - The balcony is super cool - The bathroom is just great, including a sauna - Everything was clean and well maintained - Flat's location is excellent, you can walk to the train station, supermarket, or city centre

- There wasn't coffee, tea, or anything to drink/eat, which is pretty much a standard these days for quality accommodations such as the present one. - There wasn't a kitchen towel

The value for money and the environment. It was very clean and the balcony is a plus.

The bedroom was not properly isolated. It was cold. Some door hangers were loose and the cover of the electric installation was broken inside the wardrobe. Only 2 glasses available, when the reservation was for 3.

The owner was non-responsive. We were told that we would be given the code to inside the building and lock box key code day of arrival, but it never came. We had to wait over 30 mins in the cold to get that message. On the day of check-out the host came into the apartment before check out time and didn’t even knock. They just barged in while I was changing. Also it did not look like they had cleaned the apartment in between our stay and the previous renters stay.

Great accomodation

We love everything! Location, homey and comfortable apartment, swift and fast check in (we got the code 15mins early good coomunication with the owner), wifi is fast too (password is written in the guest notebook including parking details, so guys read.) supermarkets are also 10 min walking distance to the apartment. All that we need (exceeding our expectations) were there. Oh and you will love the sauna. This is really recommended. Will stay again!

Good location place, close main 4 e75 road, free parking in bacement, nice inside appartment, easy way to get in appartment, sauna.

Was a bit dirty, some of dishes was not cleaned at all, some small stones in one of corner ( have pictures ) and when we make sleeping bad from sofa in sitting room when take part from bottom to make bad, that part of bed was not vacumed at all, full of hairs

Apartment in a new building, very spacious. It has all amenities: dish washer, washing machine, kitchen appliances, sauna which is a great bonus. The location was perfect just across the street from the central station and the bus station to go to Santa's village. Lots of supermarkets nearby.

The communication with the owner is really bad; even though I called multiple times, and texted who I was, never answered my phone ( maybe he/she doesn't speak English, but it would have been such less frustrating if I knew that). We had issue with the parking place, because all the location indicated were occupied and we ended up staying 45 minutes in heavy rain, after a 10 hours drive just to park the car. It would have been much easier just to answer to the phone and give me a solution, but all communication was made through messages on booking app, and that took a lot of time. I was really upset when I received the answer that there are no places available for the car and nothing can be done, even though we mentioned in the reservation that we needed a place. Finally after I insisted to find a solution he/she told us to park to a place which was free ( randomly I assume) and we could do the check in. Other thing I didn't like was that even though we said we wanted check in at about 17 PM we received the message that it will be ready at 18 PM; Even though you have all kind of appliances there are no instructions whatsoever how to use them; We figured it out but it would be much more easier if there were some instruction left; Also the WIFI pass isn't given in the apartment; we asked it previously through message and we received it; The linens were not pun on the beds; Didn't mind that I had to do it, but it was strange that after such delay with check-in things weren't actually ready; The apartment was great, such a shame for the bad communication;

DON’T STAY HERE!! MANY MORE BETTER OPTIONS IN ROVANIEMI!

refrigerator stank of fish, owners were VERY RUDE, gave no instructions, then when asked they provided wrong wifi password and blamed me for their stupidity! sauna barely heats! still wondering where that lever is they accused me of not seeing! Only 2 knobs, no lever!

Value for money apartment, good for stay of 2-3 people

Location is great and apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay

We travelled by car and had issues with parking - the parking slot was not easy to detect and the other day someone else occupied it and we had to look for some other one, and it was during low season

Very nice and modern apartment with sauna which we unfortunately had no time to use. Perfect place to relax after long days out in the cold. Location very close to train station and bus station with good connection to Santa Claus Village and Airport

The aparment is very near to the train station, has it's own sauna and is nicely furnished. All in all it was a very nice stay except the check-in.

We arrived at 4 PM at the aparment which was the agreed check-in time but we had to wait almost 45 minutes until we received the code for the front door. Siljo Apartments neither answered to our messages nor did they answer their telefon. It was quite unsettling because we waited in front of the house with absolutely no information about what's going on and how long we will have to wait. It took until 4:43 PM until we could get in, so I would suggest you to consider that you probably can't check-in on time and have to wait.

Very clean, peaceful, perfect location for us! Nice owners too! If we visit Rovaniemi again we can choose to stay here again! Big thank you!

Wifi did not work. Luckily we use own mobile phone hotspot.

amazing property - perfect location (opposite the train station) with amazing space, balcony and facilities!! the sauna is fab and there is a whole working kitchen. it is a great property.

Don't book this apartment if you need a parking place.

Nice facilities in the apartment.

Slow response. Don't book this apartment if you need a parking place. I stayed 3 nights and since the first day I didn't get the agreed parking place. I kept contacting the owner every day but until I checked out I still didn't get the parking place. The one provided was taken already by a car and I had to find a temporary parking place every day by myself. Nothing changed after communicating and complaining to the apartment provider. Very annoying!
