Nice location, well kept grounds, helpful staff. Buildings are unusual and cosy.
plastic bottles and other rubbish is lying around, pool could be cleaner, smoke from burning was very unpleasant

Breakfast was included, which was nice. The free yoga lesson included in the booking was extra nice!
The room gets very hot and the 2 fans were not helping much, difficult to sleep at night. The bathroom/toilet & shower room is separated from the room by only a wall (with no door), which is not ideal for privacy.

I had visited this resort before but stayed in one of the dorms & this time tried a 'double room' which was actually a whole hut! The rooms are gorgeous with super comfy beds & the eco friendly toiletries are a lovely touch. The views are amazing from the restaurant, pool, yoga studio & rooms. The food is good but on the expensive side. The whole vibe of this place is so relaxing & it is just absolutely beautiful
The pool was dirty & full of lots of dead insects/leaves so we could not use it. We did tell a member of staff and ask if they could turn the filter on to try and clear the pool but nothing was done

Bambou bungalows are pretty Restaurant is spacy and its staff is very nice.
Impossible to take shower on the evening because the water is too hot for all bungalows We booked !!! (Water tank is under the sun all the day. You can take shower only in the morning when the water bécane fresh. It’s not acceptable according to the price We paid. Progress is necessary to keep customers

The location is absolutely stunning! So remote and peaceful. The fact that the resort serves as a training center too boosts the whole concept on a different level.
The food was a bit plain but still tasty though.

Wedding photographers occupying the private space putting their gears on the outdoor table of the room and sitting next to the entrance. They shouldn't be allowed to do that

We understand the absence of Aircon for ecological reasons however the room lack aeration to make it comfortable enough

Stunning views from the bungalow. Sunrises were awesome. Pool was large and well located. Bar was nice and also had great views of the Mekong river.

Really love the fact that you are in the nature, and all the work they do for child support. The staf are the kindest you can imagine, especially around the restaurant. The entire facility is beautifully built in bamboo and the Lotus Hall is amazing.
We had two purposes of coming here. 1 was nature, 2 was the included meditation and yoga sessions as described on the website. We asked about the yoga during check in and they explained they can’t find any teachers since way back. This destroyed our stay first days in Cambodia as the alternatives where traveling to the coast or going to Siem Riep which would have been solveable if we knew before getting our asses to this place. When faced with the facts they tried blaming some platform (app?) meaning not taking responsibilty.
Thanks to booking.com we came to a solution, but if you go here for the yoga and meditation in nature by certified teacher PLEASE CONFIRM THIS WITH THE HOTEL FIRST and don’t end up dissappointed like we did!
we did the best of the situation and performed some yoga/meditation on our own but maybe you could imagine the dissapointment…
Also please find attached sad picture (according to us) of how they treat fish for human pleasure. Kind of surprising fora place so connected to nature.

The architecture, scenic serene view, wonderful breakfast, staff services, staff arrangement on day trip!
I know it's eco resort but maybe during hot season, there's a small AC room. Afternoon so hot that the pool water is hot after sunset, maybe a few more trees for shading.

Beautiful location and nice design. Comfortable bed and fans to keep cool, and plenty of space to hang your clothes.
Good quality food and huge breakfast.
The sunset boat tour was amazing and can be marketed more - you go see an island that had hundreds of vibrant green bee-eaters (birds), swallows and plovers. The walk on a deserted island is beautiful without any plastic.
The fruit pagoda is easy to reach by bike and worth the visit as well. We also visited the island reached by ferry, but there we didn't see much apart from an old pagoda - ferry ride is a nice small adventure thought.
We also loved the chanting from the village down the hill, very atmospheric in the evening on the terras.
We stayed 2 nights and would have liked to see a towel change (we asked but didn't happen) and water refills.
The bathroom floor is very slippery.
Also the bikes are for free, but be careful as the breaks don't work.
Note that to go to the boat tour you have to go on the back of a scooter and walk down a steep path.

Beautiful views over the Mekong River, with beautiful sunrises. Really tranquil, remote setting. Nice bungalows. Lovely staff and really good food.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The place was really peaceful and even though the hotel is 17 KM away from Kampong Cham there is plenty to do. You can relax by the pool or use their Lotus Hall for yoga. We borrowed bicycles to ride the village around the hotel and took a boat to see the sunset from the beach on one of the nearby islands. One night, the hotel staff invited us to create flower arrangements with them. That was a great opportunity to talk to the staff.
The bed was a little bit hard.

I loved the natural surroundings. Went to the local villages and interacted with a few families. It’s part of the charm of being in the countryside.
I love the downtime of being disconnected (no WiFi in the bungalow) and it’s what I expected. However, I only wished that the resort would have air conditioning; would have been amazing. I would’ve stayed longer.

The room was nice and the wiew stunning but cleanliness and safety were not part of the deal... Rusty nail near swimming pool. Moldiness in the bathroom....
More a retreat than a hotel or a resort. Food menu is very limited with only 5 choices of chicken. That's it. Butter for the breakfast out of date. Was sick all day because of that. I choose the most expensive hotel in the area in order to get service. Unfortunately the management did not do his job except to make you sign a letter at the checking to let you know that they hire staff from a NGO and you should not complain to much.... Better they not advertise on booking as hotel or resort... No manager at check out to express your feelings...
