Perfect location
We had a great stay at carrickalinga.
The house is spacious and well appointed. Only fault is the gas bottle was empty when we went to light the bbq for dinner Saturday night. Luckily 1 visiting friend hadn’t had a drink so he could drive to the swap’n’go. Perhaps gas bottles needs to be checked to avoid this inconvenience for guests.
But the location cannot be beat. We spent many hours sitting outside enjoying the view.

Family Birthday Celebration
An excellent location to enjoy our family holiday to celebrate my 70th birthday. Whilst the location was excellent, the kitchen was slightly outdated. I was surprised that line was an additional cost. We would have been happy to hire linen, but found it unusual that if we did, then we were to still make up our own beds. In saying this, we had a great weekend and would return to the property.

Breathtaking!
What a great place to stay. King of North Bay is in the most spectacular spot overlooking the ocean and the rolling hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula towards Second Valley and Rapid Bay.
The house was very comfortable and a bonus to have ducted air conditioning throughout. Kitchen lacks a dishwasher and bench space to prepare meals especially if you have a full house of guests. Apart from that everything was perfect and cannot wait to comeback and stay again.
Thanks King of North Bay for a fantastic stay.

So impressed we came back again.
After holidaying here last year we had no hesitation in re-booking this year. Still fantastic value for money accommodation with fabulous sea views. Excellent for larger families and a great place to simply chill out.

Stunning Ocean Views!!
I can see that this home would be absolutely perfect for summer holidays however, our winter holiday escape was just as perfect! With ocean views from every window, ducted r/c airconditioning throughout and cosy lounges my family could not have asked for a better location to relax for a week!
The layout of the home was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 children, offering plenty of options for everyone to have their own space whilst still feeling connected. The home is nicely furnished and well equipped (although my children would argue it would benefit from the inclusion of a dishwasher!)
The stunning views from every window of this home cannot be underestimated! We enjoyed watching whales and dolphins out the front, while kangaroos and rabbits kept us entertained out the back of the house!
It is definitely a home we would love to return to at any time of the year!
