We had a great time at this property. It suited us well. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable.would stay again.

Overall was a nice property but the advertised hot tub and sauna area was out of order and seemed to have been for quite a while, with a sign that stated "closed until further notice". These amenities were the reason we selected this property, and they should have been removed from the listing given that they are not available.

Excellent location. Easy check-in, check-out process. "Older" condo, but in good condition. Would stay there again.

We loved the space on Dillon Reservoir. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Great kitchen space and living room. The only drawback is parking. Parking is very tight at this location, especially with snow around. Bring smaller cars with a good turn radius.

It’s a good place! So comfortable!

Enjoyed it. Recommend new dresser in front BR as drawers fall to floor when opened. Mother in law stated bed covers didn’t seem cleaned. And I’d recommend having a little firewood there in condo for new guests. Don’t think anybody wants to go out looking for firewood at night in a new town after traveling across the country. Lastly I’d recommend better instructions for finding place. We couldn’t find it for a while cuz we were looking for 112 Marina Place which was the address most prominently displayed in listing.

The place was clean, which is super important to me. The beds were comfortable, and the bed arrangements were exactly what we needed. The dishwasher's top rack was broken and so was the garbage can lid. I told the property manager, and they were happy to send someone out to fix them, which was great. Parking is tight, but doable. We could walk to the Tiki bar, amphitheater, Pugs Brewery, and Arapahoe Cafe & Pub. We really liked the pub downstairs. We walked there a couple of times for an adult beverage and Sunday we did their burger special. I would recommend this place!

We had a great trip. The condo was clean. The location was great, convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and skiing. The only negative was the noise level of the people that lived upstairs, but that’s not their fault.

The property location was great, 2car covered parking and on 1st floor, close to I70 exit and shopping and restaurants. Our condo was well furnished with nice cookware and necessities. For our family it was just what we needed and we had a really nice stay here on spring break. Only downside was that the clubhouse was not available, not sure why, but we got my swim suits wet again at the Silverthorne Recreation Center.

The property itself was excellent and enough room for our family. The only negatives were getting the code to get in as we needed it sent by text not email and super noisy neighbors late at night & early morning (upstairs we think). More insulation, maybe? Otherwise, great ski trip.

Well maintained property on Lake Dillon! Convenient location for all area ski resorts with a nicely stocked kitchen, including a grill on the deck. Garage parking is bonus in the winter!

The unit was a great place to stay except for one issue. The parking is horrible for anything other than midsize SUV’s or small cars. We drive an F150 and had to jockey it around, fold in the mirrors and have a spotter on each side. Even with all that I still managed to put some scratches in it. If we had a second car with us we would not have had room. Would rent it again except for that issue. That is why I rated a four and not a five.

We were up for the pond hockey tournament. The location was perfect since the games were just below the condo on Lake Dillon. Having room for us all was great as well as the condo being very comfortable for relaxing, both inside and the hot tub/sauna. Would stay here again!

Great Condo as base camp for ski trip! Very close to Keystone and Breck, short drive to BC, Vail, Cooper, A-basin and Copper. Kitchen was stocked for all of our cooking needs! Beds were comfortable. Close to Dillon. Communication was easy and quick through texts. Condo is older, but is kept clean/tidy. Parking is very tight. Hot tub/club house is a bit of an outside walk. This is a bottom floor condo, so you can hear upstairs neighbors. Overall a great place, would stay here again!

Very positive experience. Parking under the building was nice. Location allowed us to explore Breck, Keystone, and Loveland for winter fun.

This condo is wonderful for a family experience, with separate bedrooms for a bit of quiet and a full kitchen for making meals at home. It is easy walking distance from a variety of food options and right next to the lake. The indoor pool and hot tub was a huge hit with the kids! My only complaint is that when it broke (which they did fix quickly), the phone numbers online and on the website didn't work. It was hard to contact anyone in charge.

Everything thing went well with this property. Checkin was easy, covered parking was tight but worked well. Close to the lake and marina. Easy walk to restaurants.
Property was clean and well stocked.
Everything worked and we enjoyed our stay
We would stay here again.
Thank you!

Great view
We stayed here as a family of 7. The view was amazing and the house was furnished so well. The kids had fun running up and down all of the stairs. The adults on the other hand could have used a few less flights but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location and clean
It was clean and spacious with easy access to keystone and breck. Beds are comfortable and not squeaky. The only shortfall is that the clubhouse wasn’t available to us this trip due to restrictions from Covid. Would rent again if my group and I plan to go to keystone or breck.

Great condo for skiing at nearby ski resorts or just venturing out on the lake and nearby cross-country trails.
We haver stayed at this condo before and love it for our needs. We rent it in the winter season for downhill and cross-country skiing adventures. The condo is right next to the lake, just a short walk to the shuttles if you want to take them, or if you prefer to drive is conveniently close enough to all the Summit County ski areas. The condo is older, but very comfortable with a very nice kitchen. The only thing about the condo is because it is older, noise from other units above can heard once in a while, but not enough to be unpleasant. Also another plus, the condo is within easy walking distance of downtown Dillon and the restaurants located there. The parking area can accommodate two vehicles in a covered car port, nice to not always have to shovel snow off you vehicle. We very much like it for our skiing needs.

Good value
Condo difficult to find and parking tight, but convenient location. Clean, very well stocked kitchen. Bedding had burnt areas, and bed very soft, table wobbly but again clean. Keys needed to be marked better and better map to facilities. Manager of property very nice and helpful. Sky Run answered all of my texts immediately.

Great location
This property is located next to all the attractions the area has to offer. Marina and park are walking distance. So are the shops and convenient stores. But also your a drive away from the Loveland Pass. The parking is convenient from the rental. The inside of the condo had a very cozy feeling. Also the on-site property management and staff where supper helpful. We had some minor issues but they were resolved. Only recommendation for the property management is to have the patio cleaned and also wipe down the outside tables and chairs. We didn't use this due to super dirty and just didn't want to spend time cleaning during our stay. Overall this property is great.

It was easy and good communication.

We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and pretty much all of them have a very, sometimes painfully, detailed booklet with information about the property. Unless we just never found it, all that we saw here was a single, double sided page with the only useful information was the wifi password. Overall impression, would stay here again on a holiday weekend when most other options are out of our price range.Pros- Budget friendly- Clean- Comfy Beds- Good water pressure- Decently stocked kitchen- Big screen TV- Easy to checkout, only instructions was to turn down temp- Good amount of Mud room storage and includes ski locker space down the hall.Cons- Parking (only fits two small vehicles). We had a third vehicle and had a terrible time finding parking in town. The second night we found a map of the area which shows which lots have overnight parking for which night. It'd be awesome to include this in the instructional book. We found it taped to a wall in a hallway of the complex.- People upstairs, not sure if they are owners or just visiting, but we could hear those kids for most of the night running around.- Club House with hot tub. Another map in the book would be a good idea. We walked around outside for awhile before we asked the right person and figured out the hot tubs were in the complex next to ours. Also, no temperature controls on the tubs. the first night, one hot tub was super hot, and the other was cold. The next night, they were both okay, a little cold, right around 94 degrees.- No wood for fireplace- Small shower in masterbath- A little bit hard to find, we were the first ones there and somewhat luckily stumbled acrossed it right away, but the other two couples couldnt find it. We had to walk out to the main road in order to flag them down.
