Beautiful Marina Place 114 is a spacious first-floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleeps 6. Tandem covered parking for 2 vehicles. Near clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna. Comfortable living room features a flatscreen and gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters, all appliances and lots of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 5, dining bar seats 2. Deck has a gas grill and narrow views to the Lake and Tenderfoot Mountain. Entryway boot and coat racks provide spaces for organizing your gear. Clubhouse has pool, hot tub and sauna. Two additional hot tubs are located in the clubhouse between Buildings 3, 4. Coin-op washers and dryers on lower level.

Easy access from I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
In the summer it's an easy walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June through September and the Friday Farmers Market. The unit is located just above the Dillon Marina and summer Tiki Bar. Walk down the Marina stairs to rent pontoons, sailboats, kayaks and SUPS. Town Park is just down the street with playground, tennis, lawn, bocce and basketball. The free Summit Stage bus stop is across the street and provides access to all towns and resorts.
Marina Place is on the Summit County Recreation Path with over 55 miles of paved trails. The Dillon part of the path is plowed in the winter for walking along the lake and viewing the many sculptures. Minutes to City Market, REI, coffee, sporting goods stores, snowsport rentals and the Silverthorne Outlets.

Our primary reason for choosing this location was for the walkable distance to the Amphitheatre. The place is much nicer and more comfortable than the photos do it justice! The pool and hot tub are accessible with the same key you pick up from the property management company, so you can access it when you would like to.
Would definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient for activities at Dillon Reservoir and the amphitheater/playground area. However the condo itself was a bit disappointing. The carport is extremely tight and parking in tandem with no option to park another car onsite anywhere else is inconvenient. My first experience cooking in the condo I pulled a frying pan out to find it covered in grease. Nearly every pan or large bowl needed washed before we could use it. The king bed and the queen second bedroom must be old as they were both uncomfortable, too soft and lumpy. My dad had to go home early because he couldn’t sleep well due to the bed lacking comfort and how bright the second bedroom stays because of the outside lights in the courtyard and the blinds not able to keep all the lights out. Blackout curtains in these front rooms would be nice. The toilet seat in the master shirts when you sit on it and the shower door in the master doesn’t latch closed. The balcony is loose on the right side making it feel unsafe with kids. The grill is full of grease and needs cleaned out. The pool and hut tub onsite was nice.

Everything in the condo was as shown. Well updated and functional. Plenty of space for a group of 6. Convenient access to ski slopes. We made use of the pool, spa, and sauna, which were all nice. Parking is very tight, especially with 2 SUVs, but there is a designated space. Would definitely book again for a family ski trip.

This place had good access to everything in the Dillon/Silverthorne area at a good price. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, good communication, easy checkin and out. The hot tub is right downstairs below the condo. This is a management company place that is well stocked and answered their after-hours phone right away. We had 5 adults and it was comfortable. If we were staying longer, I would want a unit with more of a view and possibly a little more room but it was perfect for our 3 night ski trip. Covered parking for one large vehicle or two small was tight, but we fit with a Suburban and careful maneuvering.

Not a lot of snow, but we made the best of it. Our condo was in a great location. We could walk to restaurants. Enjoyed ice skating on lake.
Master bedroom is in need of new mattress or topper. Also, could use some family games, cards, puzzles…etc.

I had a wonderful stay at this location, the only downside was that they stocked the unit with 4 rolls of toilet paper and one almost empty box of tissues for 6 adults that were staying for 3 days. Unfortunately this was discovered on the second morning of our stay when we were almost totally out of toilet paper (I have IBS and allergies). This obviously had an easy solution and so I called the front desk and politely requested more paper products for the weekend, I even offered to walk over and pick up the products myself since I knew they were busy the weekend that we booked. I was met with a jarring and extremely rude attitude and told that they would send over 4 more rolls of toilet paper in 3-4 hours, unfortunately we would be out of toilet paper long before then and since we had already gone through 4 rolls in one day I asked for more than that and she told me no, then when I pushed gently and explained my situation she told me they would send 'an adequate amount over soon'. Thankfully a very polite gentleman showed up with plenty of TP and tissues for the rest of the weekend. Just a little reminder to treat everyone with kindness, because that conversation left me feeling sad and shamed for having a real condition, when I was more than willing to meet them more than halfway to make sure we had everything we needed. I would have been happy to provide my own products but the website said they would be stocked so I unfortunately did not come prepared and apparently really messed up her day by asking a simple request.

The descriptions and photos were accurate. 3 bedrooms and master had a king and private shower. Other two room share bathroom that has a tub. The kitchen has basic utensils. Lots of plates and cups. Coffee machine take regular bucket/basket type filters and they were on hand. Fridge has ice maker that worked. Dishwasher worked well. Unit has a bar b que in the balancing off the main room and an extra propane tank if needed. Inside was a natural gas fireplace. Great from rting wet ski gloves.
Toilet paper and tissues were single ply cheap scratchy - we bought our own at grocery. They did supply soap for shower, sinks, kitchen etc.
We’ve stayed in this part of Dillon for many years and this was a nice unit. Some can be very old. But this isn’t as “fancy” as some but there were some updates to bathroom sinks and kitchen counters etc.
We were right by the pool and hot tub and sauna which family liked. We used the on-site laundry we was close too (just by the parking spot).

The property was as advertised and suited our purposes. The hall bathroom sink could use a plumber. The drain is very slow. Parking is a little tight for a large vehicle. I would recommend this property and would stay there again if returning to the area.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Keystone, City Market, ski rental, etc. Better than some other condos we have stayed in summit county. Place was clean and well equipped for both bathrooms and kitchen. Proximity to the pool / spa area is great. Parking is also close although the parking spaces are VERY skinny. It was very comfortable for 6 adults and we did not feel we were living on top of one another. The late check-in / early check-out were easy and vital as we arrived late due to a snow storm and ended up leaving late at night instead of the next morning to beat a storm. There are 2 opportunities for improvement: 1) There are only 5 dining room chairs but 7 beds. It would be really nice to have 2 folding chairs in a closet. 2) There is a not above the kitchen sink about elevated lead levels in Dillon. I wish I had known in advance so I could bring a water filter or bottled water instead of having to purchase at the grocery store. The store was sold out the first day due to the storm and missing a shipment. Even better would be a high-quality water filter in the condo.

This is an excellent rental property. It is a nice size, well equipped, and comfortable for your group. The unit is in a great location for hot tub/pool and walks along lake. The property is managed by Summit Resorts group. The property manager was not friendly in communications through check in and did not adequately inspect property before our check in to make sure it was ready to go.

Outstanding property for ski vacation. Exactly as described, spacious , well maintained and clean with covered parking. Has a little Webber geneses (which they don’t make anymore) in like new condition. It was the first time we ever grilled on ski trip and those we done a lot. Thank you.

Great condo near downtown Dillon
The place had everything we needed. It was walkable to bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to Keystone. It was clean and had access to a hot tub and pool, what more could you ask for?!

Very cozy and lovely condo. Comfortable beds in all rooms, fresh towels, linens and nice kitchen and living room areas. Nice indoor hot tub and pool. We would stay here again.

This condo provides the necessities. It is located close to the slopes, groceries, restaurants and more. When we visit the area, we use the condo only to eat and sleep and this place serves that purpose well. There are tons of towels and plenty of blankets. The electric heat is a bit unpredictable, and the hot tub was “closed for repair” and the other hot tub on site was “closed due to Covid”. That was kind of a bummer, but all in all, we would definitely stay again.

Nice Condo. Good location
Had a good stay. Just a couple of minor issues. Jacuzzi in the building was under construction, but we were able to use the one next door. Cable TV was flaky (bad HDMI cable I think), but we didn't watch much TV. Many more fun things to do! About a 15-20 minute ride to Keystone. I would stay here again.

The property was very nice but we didn't have the views that were portrayed in the listing. Also, there was dog hair everywhere and we got it all over our clothing and luggage. I would recommend the property if it was as clean as it should have been. Very easy access.

Very nice, very clean. Plenty of supplies for kitchen. Plenty of supplies for the bathrooms including towels but we had to ask for additional washcloths because there wasnt enough for 7 people for baths everyday. Someone brought some within a couple of hours. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever get to return to Dillion, we would very much consider staying there again. We only had 2 problems and they werent the property's fault. The people above us were very noisey. We could hear every step they took and loud opening and closing doors. On the last night of our stay someone had parked in our parking space, therefore we had to park in another space. We reported this to the office and someone came over to check it out.We were ok as long as our car wouldnt be tolled and we were assured that it wouldnt be tolled. So all ended well and our trip was an enjoyable one.. We hope to return at a later date.. Thank you and your staff.

Hot tub not working
When i booked the condo there was no mention the hot tub was under construction and not available. After a day of skiing, a hot tub is needed.I would not have booked it had i known.

Very well kept and clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit
We enjoyed our stay with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids. Bedrooms were spacious and clean, with lots of pillow choices. Condo was recently remodeled and nicely decorated. Was a bit disappointed that pool and clubroom were being remodeled and not open yet in July. We absolutely loved the new Dillon amphitheatre overlooking lake and mountains, beautiful location for concerts! We were happy to have a first floor unit because there are no elevators. Nice stay!

We really enjoyed our spring break here. 3 roomy comfortable bedrooms that easily sleep 6. 5 mins to Keystone. 10 mins to A-Basin. Close to Brek and Copper too. Dillon is a great little village. Walking distance to brewery and fantastic bowling alley. We’ll definitely do this again. My two recommendations: have all the hot tubs up and operating during spring break season. Have instructions on the gas fireplace.
