Appartamento con piscina a Los Cristianos

Appartamento grande e spazioso con un terrazzino perfetto per rilassarsi e piscina in comune ottima per farsi un bagno! Posizione perfetta!

Arredamento un po’ datato, pavimenti non troppo puliti.

Great little apartment near the beach

The apartment was great, had all facilities needed for family of four.

The pool side is a little quiet, there once was a cafe there.... would be great if it came back.

100 % recomendable! Un destino para repetir.

El apartamento dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar y más (toallas, gel, detergente, productos de limpieza, cápsulas de café, lavadora, plancha...). La terraza es amplia y muy agradable. El anfitrión estuvo atento en todo momento y la comunicación fue muy fluida. La urbanización es muy agradable y está limpia y cuidada. Ideal para pasar días tranquilos y descansar en familia. La ubicación también es muy buena pudiendo ir a la playa andando en 10 minutos y con muchos comercios y tiendas alrededor. También hay mucho sitio para aparcar. Sin duda, un sitio donde repetiremos.

Sería genial que ampliaran un poco más el horario de la piscina de la urbanización que cerraba a las 19.00

The beach near the app.is not for swimming.The nearest nice beach is aprox.15 min walk away. There is no A/C in the apartment, only fan which is not sufficiant

3-night couple's stay

TV with Netflix - on apartment's own account, excellent wifi, decent sized fridge freezer, very comfortable double bed, modern lounge area and a huge balcony, with an outdoor sofa. We felt secure through having double locked doors. Very quiet at night time, so you can get a good night's sleep.

Kitchen a bit tired and dated (but functional). Cleaning of the apartment is only when you check out. There is a charge to use the sunbeds within the apartment complex each day. A bit pricey for the location.

Overall very nice apartment with a few downsides that could be easily improved.

- The communication was rather easy with the host - Nice (albeit a bit dated) apartment with quite a lot of thought through features (stacked kitchen), welcome gift (some coffee pods, chocolate and cookies) - Lovely terrace with marquise to relax and have breakfast - Nice pool area (with very strict rules and paid lounges though (2€))

- The apartment and its facilities feel a bit dated - Very dusty and oily fans that were provided

nice place, minor improvements needed, if they maintain better, we will return for sure

Location, very close to los Christianos beach and taxi stand, restaurants. sunlight on the east balcony was superb. on a vacation it’s better to have an east facing balcony as can enjoy that in the morning, afternoon anyhow you are out, so not much use of a west facing sunset balcony. thanks for the coffee and Tascada biscuits, were really good, we in fact bought some. some basics such as salt ( plenty of packets), sugar oil etc are available. washing machine, clothes stand etc. the bed and bed Lenin was fine. sufficient towels were provided.

Dirty floor, very oily fan (in summers you may not like to use it) and chimney in the kitchen, dirty utensils, insufficient bigger coffee mugs, only 4 glass mugs and the rest were small cups, the remote control doesn’t work well, upon asking we were told to press harder but wasn’t enough, for the money such small things should be fixed asap. one of the days was rainy and we wanted to watch TV, luckily screen mirroring works so well. Netflix mirroring works only if you are logged in with the same user, we did not do that, especially owing to the difficult remote. sometimes the hot water stopped, but you can turn up the boiler if you want. the vacuum cleaner was so old and dirty that we did not feel like using it. no dishwasher unfortunately, would have been better for our longer stay. sofa also needs a good clean. some nearby British neighbours were terrible, drunk and yelling in the middle of the night for a few nights in a row, not the fault of the owner.

Superb apartment

The apartment was just perfect...clean comfortable and in an excellent location we loved it

Couldn't fault it....if had to find a fault there was no mug for my partner to have his cuppa tea! Only tiny coffee cups... easily solved...we just went and bought one...no dramas!

Well situated apartment for reasonable price.

Good position, well kept external spaces. The apartment was well equipped, had cleaning materials and a spare set of bedding.

The apartment is a little tired and needs updated. I did not expect to pay for hire of sunbirds in pool area. The bathroom is very old fashioned.

Very good

Apartment was nice and quiet. Friendly host. Good internet. All kitchen facilities in place. Nice terrace. Some welcome drinks in the fridge. Easy to find parking outside as apartment is not in center. To get to the beach you will need to walk around 10-15 min.

Shower gel could be available, we arrived late and needed to run find some market to buy one, but it is not critical.

Nice quiet balcony

Spacious flat with quiet balcony facing the street, which gets the sun for most of the day. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and we were very comfortable here. We had lots of towels, the bed was comfortable and the hostess was very accommodating in letting us arrive early.

We had a bit of a problem with some ants in the kitchen - we had to keep everything in sealed plastic containers to keep them under control.

Superb

Living area lovely open space, comfy sofa, good TV with lots of channels, although we didn't know how to get them on, not being very tech savvy, kitchen very well equipped, (would suggest provide washing up liquid.) Bed "wonderful" very comfortable, Complex extremely well maintained. Nice quiet location. Close proximity to natural beach short walk to sandy beach, plenty of bars and restaurants close by and market on every weekend.

The bathroom/kitchen need updating to bring it up to modern standard of the rest of the apartment. Balcony short of a small bistro table to eat out and maybe a couple of recling chairs to enable sunbathing on the balcony as it is €2for a sun lounger round the pool (even if you only use it for 1hour!) although the apartment was relatively clean had to wash down front of the fridge/freezer as grubby hand marks engrained on doors, not good especially in the current climate.

Wonderful apartment on very quiet complex. Sun on balcony from 9.30 to 4pm in February.

Bar/restaurant and supermarket have been closed for a while. Didn't bother us, but description should be changed.

Superb

The property was clean plenty of towels, soaps and alike. There was a much appreciated welcome pack of water chocolate cakes wine and beer.

The property it self was great unfortunately the onsite shop is now closing and the bar/ restaurant is open and closed depending who wants to open it.
