About this house rental

Located less than 90 minutes drive from downtown Auckland, this property offers genuine seclusion with its own private white sandy beach. Take in the magnificent mountain and ocean views as you drive through some of the most spectacular scenery to this unspoilt area. The modern two-storey “Wairau Stone” home is situated on over 3 acres of lush pasture land. The home faces
East over the protected private Beach and the pristine Manukau
Harbour. Suitable for Families, Couples or for Corporate training,
this home accommodates up to 16 people comfortably. We do have a 'No Party Policy" but we never wish to stop our guests kicking back and enjoying themselves, we just want our home and our neighbours respected. Just to be quite clear, if you rent the property then have a party that gets out of control, we will cancel your booking and ask you to depart the property immediately. Sorry about having to spell out the "No Party Policy"
Enjoy a luxurious stay with huge living, dining and deck areas all with views of the beach, Harbour and the City of Auckland. Entertain in style with a fully equipped granite kitchen and a 10 seater dining table. Take time out to laze on your own private beach with crystal clear water. Our family recently stayed here for a whole week to celebrate our Mums 70th Birthday. 15 of us under one roof and the space was unreal. It slept all of us comfortably and plenty of extra blankets for the colder evenings. 2 living area's made for relaxed lounging which flowed into the dining area so everyone could enjoy each others company. The kids loved the cows in the paddock right outside and the views from the wrap around deck were amazing overlooking the water. Very secluded so it was perfect for a quiet getaway from all of the hustle & bustle of city life. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having the washer & dryer were a bonus as the kids were quick to get through their changes. Also having 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets was very convenient for the number of family we had staying there. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to make use of the beach and outdoor spaces but we did manage to go for a walk to check it out using the private access. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be looking to stay again when its warmer 😊. Liz was also very accomodating and helpful on more than one occasion and her communication was great along with some helpful tips to make our stay even better so thanks Liz. You definitely made things alot easier.

We had a work workshop out at this lovely property. The location and views were perfection. We highly recommend this property for large or small families. We look forward to booking property in the future. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you for providing this beautiful space for all to stay.

Great house for a big group of people. The 11 kids running around had heaps of space inside and outside. Greta to have easy access to beach and a nice walk down to local park. Well equipped kitchen, comfy big beds, beautiful views, loved the dead end balcony which was safe for kids to run around on, would definitely come back!!

This house was a great base for a number of our family and friends who were up for wedding from Christchurch. The house is awesome and well set up. We may have hit a couple of the coldest nights in Auckland waking up to a frost one morning. We were short just a couple of extra blankets. An awesome Little Bay at the bottom of the property.

It was more than we expected. The Whanau were all excited and amazed at the set up of the house, the beautiful views, the space was great. TV was great, the kids loved the fact they could watch there movies. Was awesome having access to the beach and taking a stroll. I'm so happy we came to Grahams Beach.

Our whanau loved the pla e and would stay again but ....... we arrived late and tired and mistly went to bed as we all had a birthday in Waiuku the next day. When we awoke we had bugs in our hair, beds etc snd wgen eating breakfast bugs , ants were falling into our food which looked like it was from the ceiling. When we let the agent know all she did was insinuate our family was lieing and when we asked for some sort of recompense she accused me of practically blackmailing her. The owner was much better to deal with, but we have still have to talk with her about the situation but haven't yet because of my family situation at the moment.

Great location, very good lounge area and deck space. Bedroom information a bit confusing. It does sleep 16 but if all adults, and not all related, the configuration has to be carefully considered, so not quite enough space for that number.

Comfortable and beautiful view! Our family of eight came to explore NZ, and this was the perfect start to our vacation. More than enough room to spread out, and an incredible view. The beach access was a highlight. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spacious and very well appointed. A lovely peaceful spot with everything we needed for a relaxing few days. Very comfortable beds and comfy sofas in the two lounge areas.We enjoyed the view and loved getting to know the 3 cows in the nearby fenced-off paddocks. We can thoroughly recommend this property.

Kim, your house is like home away from home. We have been coming to the house since the last 15 odd years and each time we add on more to our bundle of beautiful memories. This house is like a goto staycation where we like to come with friends and enjoy a relaxing holiday. It was lovely to see the changes you have made. My extended family of 17 had the most amazing stay. Great communication from the outset. the property is perfect for large groups and is super well catered for. The kids loved the short walk down the track to the safe, private beach. Awesome area as well and lots to explore! Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time, great house, all that you need and more. Fully stocked kitchen, linen, bedding. Fantastic views, even with the rain and a few minutes walk to beach. A must do is Awhitu winery about 6 minutes walk. Thanks & We look forward to staying again

There was 11 of us stayed and there was absolutely nothing we ever wanted not available, the house is just well supplied with everything and good quality items. The water supply was adequate for us and taste was okay. Only thing I recommend to the owner would be to update the BBQ. Apart from that very happy to recommend the property to anyone wanting a modern large dwelling to lay back and enjoy a quite relaxing time.

The property well exceeded my expectations. Was a fantastic weekend with every amenity covered and we even made it two doors down to the local winery for tasting. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we felt like we were overseas, will definitely be booking again.

We have just returned home from the most incredible weekend in Awhitu! The accomodation exceeded all of our expectations and we all adored exploring the area with our kids. The lounge was perfect to relax with a large group and the bedrooms all perfect in size and comfort. The lovely winery next door was a wonderful treat - a truly luxurious afternoon escape. The beach was fun to explore and all of the cheeky crabs kept our kids well entertained. Best of all - wake up, pour yourself a yummy cuppa and enjoy the most stunning view from the deck. We will be back. Thank you so much!

This place was so spacious and well equiped for 16 of us. The setting and views were wonderful and the property managers made excellent contact for check in. We would definitely come back here again for a large group.

We loved our long weekend here, the house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. Lots of space for all of us. The covered verrandah perfect for toddlers to run off steam in the rain, the beach was a great playground for them too. Thanks for having us.

Where do I start? The house was absolutely beautiful! The photo's online did it no justice. I loved the area, it was stunning, quiet and secluded which was just awesome for myself and my family. The views were gorgeous and the house had a lovely feeling, so welcoming. My family loved their stay as well, some didn't want to leave! It accommodated to us all from our 6 month old baby, our 60 year old Koro and everyone in between. We've even talked about booking again in the summer time. Thank you so much!

Our family of 7 adults and 9 children rangeing from 2yr old to 14 had an awesome family time together. The house accomodated us all comfortably with huge living spaces. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. Would love to have a family summer holiday here as all kids loved beach. We travelled most days to Auckland for adventures and although driving wasnt a problem the amount of traffic and motorway delays made for lenghty travel times.

As a spot for a family get-together, this suited us very well. Lots of sleeping space, large relaxing area, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and the bonus of the outside deck to spill out onto even if the weather is a bit wintry. The views and the access down on to the beach are a real treat for children or adults. Communication was great. We found this great value for money.
