Just and overnight stay as travelling through Hamilton, wouldn’t recommend any longer stay.

Friendly staff. Easy to find. Room was clean.

Very noisy, tight parking across from unit meant cars backing into the parks felt like they were driving into your room to get in and out. Quite a lot of noise from other guests coming through the walls.

Hot tub had slime on walls and something chunky on the bottom. Need to be aware of hap between seat and tub wall as well.

Location was ideal. Cleaners were awesome.

The room was smaller than the last one we were in. Too bright from outside lights when sleeping. I should have asked for the last room we were in .

Okay for my needs, just a bed to sleep in.

The motel was handy to amenities.

The property was very noisy, with cars going in & out. There were some unusual characters staying there, which made me uncomfortable on my own.

I would recommend this motel without question.

Very clean. Very warm. Great shower. Staff very thoughtful, turning the heating on before my late check in.

Bedding could have been more modern but really not a problem.

The ONLY problem was other guests coming in at 1:30-2am and waking us up by talking too loud. (Not the motel's fault and probably nothing they can do about it - it could happen at any motel).

Maintenance issues:- Leaking bathroom washbasin tap Leaking shower head Cracked power base Microwave too high and table too small - could be dangerous Water accumulating in front of units - danger slip and falls No mirror in the room Bathroom washbasin was too high off the ground. Electric blanket on one side wasn't working but was fixed * Have attached photos for all of the maintenance issues

bit outdated. advertised as 1br apartment but no cooking facilities- just microwave. price quoted on booking.com was lower than the price charged. addressed this with manager and he said he wouldn’t match booking.com price (even though I had photo to show). problem with booking.com

Busy roads and bond

The room was nice and tidy.

The busy road with very loud traffic is annoying and the loud people around were inconsiderate at night time. Also we had to pay $150 bond which was alot of money that got taken out of our account that we needed but had to wait till we finished our stay to get it back, just be mindful of that as it's quite alot of money and we already paid $500 for 3 nights.

Apart from the noisy party, everything else was great

A very comfortable room with plenty of room.

Noise was a letdown, party going on in other units till around 1am, something should have been done by staff.
