We arrived to a large box containing a microwave that had been delivered the beginning of March and doors to kitchen closet impeding main hallway. We checked in on 4/8/24! The remote to the television wasn't working. Nicole was updated via text and was apologetic stating doors had fallen off when cleaning was done prior to our arrival. She dropped by and checked television remote and texted she had ordered one from Amazon and would drop it off when it came in. We left on 4/15/24 and still no remote delivered. We were frustrated as we along with 2 other couples stayed at the same place and neither of them had any issues. The place could definitely use a little tending to. There were holes in walls where pictures and bath fixtures had been with no repair. It was mostly clean with things we needed for our stay. Grounds were well kept. It was quiet. Pool was very nice.

The unit we paid for had plumbing problems the day we were to check in so we didn’t get the two bedroom unit we paid for. The 2 bedroom was ready for us a few days into our stay but I didn’t want to pack everything up and move. I should have moved us because I didn’t get a refund for the difference in what we paid. Big difference in price of one bedroom and two bedrooms. We did get a nice one bedroom unit that was fully stocked in every way. The owner/manager was terrific with communication and really went out of her way to make our stay over Christmas special. She loaned us a Christmas palm tree and decorations. There were more beach supplies than we could use and the fully stocked kitchen was great. Everything was clean except the front patio area. I know it is hard to keep a patio clean but it didn’t matter much anyway because we couldn’t spend time out there due to the woman upstairs was always on her porch talking on the phone and smoking. I had the feeling she was a permanent resident. The smoke was too much for us.
I recommend this unit for two people.

I enjoyed my stay very much at Turtle Bay. This condo is right on the resort property and is very safe / secure. There is easy access to all the amenities of the Turtle Bay resort and surrounding areas in the North Shore.
The condo is very cute, clean, and contains all the essentials needed from an AC unit to a washer/dryer with detergent/dryer sheets and a full size kitchen with stove top, microwave, and more.
I cant wait to come back again in the future. The owner was easy to connect with and accomodating as well.

This property was a great location for beach access. The resort beach was a short drive or walking distance from the condo. The resort also had bars/restaurants that had awesome views. The condo itself was clean. I wish there was more air conditioning/cooling in the master bedroom. The living would get cool and the master would take a while. This location is great if you are looking for a quiet, beach retreat. Be prepared to drive 45 minutes+ if you are planning to do a lot of outings in Honolulu. There are a few shopping and food places nearby, but most are a drive.

Place is just as described and an ideal location for adventuring through North Shore. Close to Turtle Bay as well and walkable. Right on the scenic golf course. Property is clean and well kept. Host is very easy to communicate with if there are any problems.

I don't know how long the property had been vacated before we came to stay. The master bath had dead bugs and ants on the countertop which I had to clean before putting my things on it. It would have been nice to have had more dishes in the kitchen cabinets because I was washing dishes almost everyday luckily there was enough Cascade to go around. I was happy that there was an abundance of towels. Thank you for having hangers in the closet those came in very handy. The master bed was very comfortable. A dark colored curtain should replace the one in the master bedroom because the one it currently has lets the morning sun come in and it woke us up too early plus we were concerned that it was see-through at night. All in all we enjoyed the condo and we had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful location. Comfy bed. So many issues with condo- bathroom door comes off in bedroom, loud screeching toilet when used, small leak in that shower. Dirty tracks in closet door. Both closets hard to open and close sliders. To empty sink in main bathroom, you have to get under sink to release plunger. Cable and TV wires unsightly. Draperies obviously replaced in living room, but holes and tracks not repaired above them. As a host myself, my guests would have done a lot of complaining too. I would not rent out my place if it was not up to par. Property manager did offer to get leak and toilet repaired but I declined. This is an expensive property. The care and maintenance should reflect it.

Comfortable condo - not too big, not too small. Well-kept grounds! Appreciated the laundry unit and plentiful linens, especially the nice, soft bath towels. Even provided nice beach towels. Kitchen had pretty much all you could ask for. Loved the Magic Bullet blender. Baking a pizza was a challenge due to no pizza pan. Lovely pool located near our unit. Beach is just a short jaunt across the golf course. Minor negatives - patio door was extremely hard to open/close - partially off track, hard to lock; screen was totally off track. Lower outlet in living room [where the TV was plugged in] is 'dead'.

Property was nice but smaller than we anticipated based on photographs from VRBO. Also, not enough dishes and utensils for ourselves and guests. Sofa was fairly uncomfortable even though it was a sofa bed. Overall these were small problems, we really enjoyed our stay.

Love the location
We ended up in a different unit and it was great. A bit worn out but comfy bed and all we needed for the stay. Nicole was fantastic responding to any questions. The only main issue was noisy neighbors next door and also above us. But that can happen anywhere. After talking to them they tried harder to be more considerate.
Would probably get an upstairs unit next time. The location is perfect as it’s between beaches and food trucks and surfing.

Oven does not work properly. Not enough silverware, toaster needs replacement. Did not even have salt. Have been renting these

Great location
The unit was nice. Right off the golf course and near the clubhouse so it was just a short walk to Lei Leis for coffee and breakfast each morning. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to most other beaches.

It was pretty much as expected.
Expensive by Australian standards.
Don’t like nylon sheets.
The gutters need cleaning,there was no water coming out either down pipe.Just a waterfall across the veranda.

Incredible Stay!
The condo was immaculate. It had everything you could need from daily living needs (pots, pans, towels, laundry, etc) to vacation needs (beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear). It was clean, comfortable and the two bathrooms was a really nice touch. The sunset view over the golf course is stunning. 10/10 would recommend and certainly come back! Nicole is an absolute dream to work with, which is just an added bonus.

We live in Honolulu and headed out to Turtle Bay for some rest and relaxation. And beach and golf. This place has it all. Totally enjoyed our stay!

We loved it
This place was so great. We will definitely be staying here again. The condo was clean and in a great location. You can get to anywhere easily on the North Shore. The only thing that would have been nice is to have AC in the bedroom but it was not really a big deal.

Would have been better if it had not been for covid. Rules were not consistent. 1000 people on the beach but only allowed 5 at the pool and required face masks at the pool when not in the water. Unit was nice...need plastic dishes. Not many options to stay and resort was closed.

I took issue with not receiving a full refund from our cleaning deposit. Without exaggeration, it appears one must thoroughly clean the unit prior to the cleaning crew arriving in order to avoid extra charges. We spent two hours cleaning the house prior to leaving. Then I got a report that because some linen had been moved within the closet, the cleaning crew found a few candy wrappers, and there was one diaper wrapped in a ziplock bag left in the trash can, they were raising their cleaning fee from $120 to $160 to clean a one bedroom condo. I imagine that had we not cleaned so extensively prior to leaving, they would have taken our entire $300 deposit plus the $125 cleaning fee. My wife and I have stayed at several vacation properties and have never been docked an additional cleaning fee. To my recollection, we may have left this property in better condition than any other property we have visited prior. If you have a problem with being nickeled and dimed, this is clearly not the property for you. The unit was adequate. 1/3 of the unit was remodeled while the other 2/3 was quite old. The location is a little bit far from any of the north shore stores. I don't know that I would recommend cooking in this house as who knows what that might do to your deposit.

Enjoyed our stay with a close 10 minute walk to the beach and turtle bay resort. Perfect location to catch the bus to shops and food trucks. Property was very neat and tidy and had everything required to cook your own meals.

The apartment was clean & tidy. We appreciated how many towels were available to use as in the past we have purchased extra towels while staying in Hawaii. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, it was definitely a family friendly apartment. Quiet neighbours & the pool was close & well maintained. This place was all I needed. It was in Hawaii for work and this was very close to were I needed to be. I enjoyed be close to Turtle Bay and the golf courses. The price was reasonable considering the location. Access to the community pool was a plus. Certainly not the Ritz, but then again it was reasonably priced. This place could use a little kitchen and master bath upgrade. Other than that it was what I paid for.

The location is next to the Turtle Bay resort, just a short walk. The resort offers multiple restaurant choices, activities including their fitness center for a nominal fee. Unfortunately, this particular condo unit was dated to say the least and not well equipped. We had to buy trash bags and toilet paper. There were only three face wash cloths and one was very dingy. The unit should be gutted and re-done.
