Gatlinburg Manor’s main level offers two king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a half bathroom for added convenience. Outside, a sprawling deck provides comfortable seating, outdoor dining options, and incredible view of Mt. LeConte.
Downstairs, a large game room with a pool table serves as the central gathering place for guests. Three more king bedrooms are easily accessible from this space, and two and a half more bathrooms serve this area of the home. A second large deck is accessed via the game room, and is home to porch swings, more seating, and a large hot tub.

Very nice home, open concept was one of the best we have stayed at. The decks with the swings was a great feature with an overhang that we all could be out there while it rained and not get wet. As in other reviews it’s a good idea to bring towels with you as there would not of been enough if we weren’t doing laundry every day. They need a good handy man to tighten towel bars, toilet paper holders and plumbing issues.

We had a wonderful time! Our sons/daughters-in-law and grandkids had plenty of room to spread out and quiet time when they needed it. They particularly enjoyed the huge kitchen and the hot tub! The deck has an amazing view and felt very safe having the little ones on it. We had a bear investigate our grill when we were fixing dinner one day but he left soon after and didn't return (as far as we know). Mountain roads to home take some getting used to but most mountain homes are like that.

This was one of the best chalets we've ever stayed in. The view was breathtaking. The interior of the chalet was clean and the decorations were positively charming! We especially enjoyed the different "themes" for each of the bedrooms (Owls, Songbirds, Bears, etc) - that was a nice touch. Additionally, the rental agency (Mountain Laurel Chalets) is top-notch. They're friendly and accommodating, and they really make you feel welcome. Overall, I give the whole experience 5/5 and look forward to renting with them in the future!

We can all be together if we want or spend time downstairs or on either of the 2 large decks. Perfect mountain getaway
We visited with a group of 10, including 4 kids ages 5-9. There was plenty of space for everyone across two levels. The view of the mountains from the upper deck is fantastic. Kitchen well-equipped. Location about 15 minutes up the mountain from downtown Gatlinburg. Be prepared for steep, winding roads and a bear sighting or two! Memorable vacation with college friends and family!

Gatlinburg Manor was a fantastic home for three couples and 3 children. The two bedrooms that shared a bath was a great setup for parents with young children. The home was easy to find and had ample parking for our 3 vehicles, but you could easily fit a fourth. As always, the home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The closets even included a few hangers which was a nice touch. The decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the view of Mt.Leconte, and were well decorated with a variety of knick knacks. We saw several turkeys, bears, and a bobcat in the neighborhood. Mountain Laurel never lets us down.

Fantastic Layout and Space lots of Bear Traffic. Must bring your own Towels!
Our group loved the Gatlinburg Manor as far as the space, layout, bedrooms and location. This place is perfect for a couples retreat of friends. The porches were very nice to spend time on and enjoy the views. Bears were very prevalent around the property too which made for some great wildlife viewing. The hot tub was really well taken care of and easy to use and the pool is close by too. Now Im pretty sure this chalet is run through a large management group with a collection of properties so the amenities and cleaning process is probably standard across the board. I run 4 VRBO vacation rentals in Michigan and was shocked to find out how stingy the initial supply of towels was. The towels are kid size and we were provided one per person with a hot tub on site. Bring your own towels you will need them as the ones provided are very, very, very, small and poor quality. Normally the valet management company would provide you with more, swap them out or even provide them at the pool but due to covid they now only provide one. Per the email that was sent to me before our stay this is for our safety in uncertain times. Also you must bring your own coffee filters because they also do not provide one or even two of those like they do for any of the soaps and detergent on site. Other then that the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Overall a wonderful property with very close proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but some of the details were poorly thought out leaving us all frustrated on several occasions during our stay.
