Loved the reviews, location and the potential the hotel had to be a great stay. Parking was easy and convenient.
Computer system was down. Increased check in and I was late to check in and travel across town. My wife had planned to remain in the hotel and eat in the restaurant. The computer was down and she could only order a hamburger. Felt as if she was making the food order an inconvenience for the staff.
We were in room 227 and found the bed to be dirty under the covers and some nasty sticky substance all over the walls. There was no blackout curtain, so the 12n checkout and sleeping in did not work. Kids running in the upstairs hallway at 3a was not great. We ended up using our own blankets and turned up the television.
We’re in the Triad about 7 times a year and we don’t plan to stay here anymore.

Everything. Especially the staff. Everyone was helpful, accommodating, friendly, and smiling. One of my best stays ever!!
Nothing everything was great.

The location was perfect for the concert we were attending. The fact that it was pet friendly was an extra bonus! Breakfast was excellent!

Loved the view of the baseball game! It was perfect entertainment for my family of 5! My kids swam and we watched the game! It was a perfect Saturday night! Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
The pool was freezing and the bartender wasn't always at his post, had to wait for someone to walk by for help. The breakfast didn't stay stocked long, had to wait for coffee.

The deluxe king room was super nice with the view of the baseball stadium. Bed was comfy and nice. They can do a little better with room service and breakfast overall very pleasing experience.
lack of coffee serving outside of breakfast hours. I asked for room service 3 times but they only delivered one time.

Nice & clean
The faculty specifically Shawn at the front desk profiled me the moment I walked in there & I felt uncomfortable with the way he handles customers also they charged me a smoking fee when there was no smoke in the room. Maybe the room next door but not my room

Location. Size of room
Compared to breakfasts offered f ex in Copenhagen Denmark Hyatts breakfast is pretty uninspiring and bland. They ought to learn from Danish hotels how to make an excellent breakfast.

I liked that check out was 12 instead of 11am. I liked the full hot breakfast.
I didn't like not know what fees I had i.e. cost parking passes, deposit wasn't clearly stated.

Entire experience was a complete cluster.
Did not enjoy anything about this hotel, in fact, my experience was so bad, that I would never stay at ANY Hyatt owned property in the future.
Hotel was under renovations, my room smelled so strongly of paint fumes that I had to immediately turn around and walk out. Got an instant migraine. Front desk said there were no other rooms available. I asked for the manager and was told she had just left. I was given a card for the manager, with a phone number- which ended up
