About this villa rental
This villa is located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property. There are four villas on the property: 1 is rented long term and three are available for short term rental; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art & Gift Gallery featuring work of local artists. A wooded landscaped path leads you to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach ( 5 minute walk) and surf, swim, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the action.
Fusion Beach Villa's open LOFT studio (sleeps 2-4) has a kitchen equipped with1/2 size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave. Villla is equipped with high ceilings, A/C, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen TV, sofa, 2 double beds (one is a murphy bed that tucks into the wall); double glass doors open onto an oceanfacing balcony equipped with table and chairs.
Fusion Beach Villa's open LOFT studio (sleeps 2-4) has a kitchen equipped with1/2 size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave. Unfortunately we had to leave the property after the first night because the power went out and back up power plant did not work. We could not spend a second night without air conditioning in tropical weather in the 99s. Elaine, the owner, was very responsive and understanding. She refunded us for the 2 nights and we found alternate accommodations.

Really difficult to locate using Google Maps and coordinates. However, if you plug in the name of the place, it will take you right to it.
Communication with owner was poor, but it was Mothers’ Day weekend and she was super busy.
The place itself is super nice for one or two people. There are multiple quarters so I’m only reviewing the one I had.
Pretty much right on the beach. You have to walk about 50 yards to get there but the property is on the beach; it’s just a big, beautiful lot.
I recommend this place for people who like the beach.

Location outstanding, access to beach out of this world, private beach front area, no one but us. Room was good, needs updating, extra murphy bed needs to go makes the room too small and cluttered. But all said we loved our stay.

Great small but cozy room with everything we needed. We were able to meet the owner and she was courteous and gave us information about the area. The only thing not completely satisfied was the air conditioner in the room only got cool but not cold. The walk to the beach was like a adventure ending with your own little area of beach. Awesomeness!

Loved the area- great location, beautiful beaches, and wonderful rabbit empanadillas close by. Close quarters in the room, and the beds are creaky/old Enjoy the property because it is gorgeous and the trail to the beach super easy. Grounds are not lit/extremely dim so after sundown we were always left wanting to enjoy it more. Communication was fabulous and we had no issues. Can’t wait to visit again! Szzz

Highly recommended. The host is very nice. We were steps away from the beach. Close to Jobos beach and some really good restaurants. Exceptional!

Great location on Jobos beach, but we found the road noise challenging. This is a very busy road, and the traffic never seems to end. The bed is a full size, and could use an upgrade. Dishes and glassware are minimal. Elaine was great, and we would consider staying here again.

Spent a week in this charming little home on the beach. It was perfect for us! Great location! All we needed within short distance. Fun little 3 minute path to the beautiful beach through some lush forest. Host is welcoming and generous, and just the right amount of communicative with helpful tips and advice. It was very pleasant staying here. I honestly had a totally wrong idea where it was located when I booked it but that's on me. This is great for a couple. We had a good time . Area super quiet and peaceful and well maintained all around. There's a cute short path all the way to the ocean. We weren't crazy bout the bed I think that's in need of an upgrade.

Elaine was very nice. The units very clean. What was a bit challenging for someone who lives in the country at the end of a dirt road was proximity to a busy road and associated road noise. My othe recommendation would be an upgrade to the wi-fi which was pretty spotty. I liked the proximity to the beach and the fact that the property is within walking distance to Jobos.

We stayed for a few nights and absolutely loved it. Elaine was great very attentive and lives on property so if we need anything she was right there. The property has access to a beach was great for walks but not for swimming. Jobo beach is literally a 5min walk. We would definetly stay again. Thanks Elaine.

Our favorite place in Puerto Rico!
We spent 17 days traveling around Puerto Rico and this was our favorite. The unit is small but comfortable and we loved the variety of beaches at the property and in the surrounding area. Elaine clued us in to the good restaurants nearby. If we ever make it back to PR, we'll certainly come back here.

Met all expectations.
The studio was just as pictured. What was a pleasant surprise was the nice vibe to the whole establishment. From a hostess who is friendly and quick to respond, clean and cool tiled floors, choice sitting areas outdoors, beautiful murals, and a path to the beach that reminded me of my childhood when visiting PR, this was a great rental experience. Restaurants were nearby for families or couples, as well as bars. I highly recommend. I will be returning. Thank you Elaine.

Perfect spot for fams with teens
We booked two out of three spots here — one for my husband and me, and one for our two teen girls. They loved waking up when they wanted, cooking their own breakfast, and heading to the private beach just down the trail from our backyard when they wanted. And so did we!!

Our Isabella visit
Our studio apartment was very clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Some restaurants are within walking distance and stores for food and supplies, and more restaurants are within 5-10 minute drive. Was also happy to find three large beaches close by with Jobos being our favorite, not only for the reason that we could walk there from our apt. on the beach but also was the most pleasant beach for us.
Elaine was available if we needed anything, we visited with her only one time to say hi, because we had no need to contact her as everything that we needed was already there. Fusion Villas is a great place to stay, and we will definitely return again.

Couple Get Away
My husbands and my first trip alone since children. It was an excellent stay. Elaine was very nice and gave us dining ideas. It was quiet and lovely. One draw back we’re no beach chairs but with COVID that was no big deal. Would differently recommend!

This was our second time staying at Fusion and there will be many more to come! We highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area- will not disappoint! Beautiful, charming, clean studio set in paradise. The beds, pillows, and linens were all clean and more comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed at! We especially appreciated Elaine’s hospitality!

Beautiful view from the 2nd floor studio!
Easy to find as I drove from San Juan to Isabela. Jobs Beach is within walking distance. Elaine was very helpful and attentive. My only concern was the small roaches in the kitchen whichI know are common on the island. Definitely kept all food in the fridge the entire stay!

Peaceful, Quiet, Relaxing
Was here June 2021. Elaine is such a beautiful person and made us feel so welcomed. We cooked and ate in the majority of our visit (Walmart close by). Everything available. Loved our ocean view balcony and path to the oceanfront. Days at Jobos beach were wonderful. San Sebastián worth a visit. Beautiful waterfalls. She had a cooler, chairs, and towels for us. Thank you, Elaine, for everything. You have a beautiful place there in Isabela. We highly recommend a visit here!

The property was beautiful and Elaine was the best! Would definitely stay again close access to everything and beautiful beaches. I would definitely rent a car, taxis were not readily available and different across the board.

Great place for a great price!
Its hard to put a price tag on the peaceful sound of the ocean waves and the feel of the cool breeze you get here, but it was definitely worth it. All was assume, better than expected. Beautiful wooded path to the beach. We never went out in the water here, so can speak for that.

Cute, clean, and convenient
Great beachy studio apartment with a murphy bed and great balcony. Parking and access were easy. There is a nice outdoor hang area to cook etc, and from there runs a direct pathway to the beach that is a 10 minute walk to the restaurants at jobos. The owner Elaine is lovely!

Excellent Place!
Elaine was great. Check in was simply. The room was clean. We came for a few days of surfing and the location is perfect and close to all surf spots in the Isabella/Ramey/Aguadilla area. Private access to the beach behind the house was great. Will stay again next time coming to PR.

Jobos beach vacation
We enjoyed our stay in Isabela. Having the beach a short walk away from the apartment was priceless. I recommend water shoes, the beach is a little rocky. We will for sure return to fusion beach real soon!

We Saw Whales!
My husband and I snorkel and had just spent the previous week in Vieques. On Elaine’s suggestion, we snorkeled at Shack’s Beach and it rivaled the beaches on Vieques. Elaine was helpful, thorough, friendly and funny. From the balcony of the studio apartment, we watched whales. Great location. We will certainly return.

Paradise in Isabela
We loved our time we spent at Fusion Beach Villas. Especially enjoyable was having breakfast on the patio, while soaking in all of the surrounding tropical beauty! This is a real piece of paradise. There’s a beautiful pathway to the beach, which is amazingly uncrowded. We saw only one person while we were down there. Elaine has put a lot of thought into the design and decor of the villas along with trying to provide everything a guest might need. We can’t wait to get back!!

Excellent location and price
I can’t write enough good things about this ace. Such a cool location. The apartment was very nice, the view from the balcony and even the bed (yes the bed) was incredible. You get a beautiful view of the ocean. The AC worked great. There is a private access trail that leads straight to the beach and from there its a very short walk on the beach to Jobos and all the bars and restaurants. Simply spectacular. The price is amazing too. Elaine was a great host. I will return if I can.
