ARSINOE 29 is an amazing place. Lovely locacted close to the beach. The home is arranged with love and quite some attention to bigger and smaller details. We enjoyed Cyprus also because of our home, which felt like a home for us during our stay. A big THANK YOU to our nice hosts. Being back in snowy Germany after 28-29 degrees on Cyprus, we are thinking already going back soon.. and if so, ARSINOE 29 is high on our list where we would love to stay.

A fabulous stay with everything we needed for the perfect holiday for 2! Gabriele’s place was the best size and location for us while we were visiting Cyprus. Just a stone’s throw away from the wonderful Polis beach and a gorgeous walk along the boardwalk to nearby Latchi, the apartment is ideally suited to those who want to just kick back and relax 😁 The apartment itself has everything you could need and the little balcony is often where we found ourselves, Gabriele provided all the information we could possibly need to get there and the apartment itself. We would definitely stay again on our next venture to Cyprus! Thank you for letting us stay ☺️

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Positives: • The accommodation is in an attractive setting, less than 4 minutes’ walk to the beach. It is well equipped, with useful items in storage in the garage. Space is adequate for 2 people with a usable balcony. The small garden is a pleasant place to spend time. • The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was most welcome as nighttime temperatures were often in the region of 28C. • There were a couple of issues; these were resolved promptly. • Value for money. Negatives: • The bed was comfortable, but it was too short for me even though at 1.86m, I am not exceptionally tall. Not an issue for everyone. • More of an irritation, is noise from the road to the rear which runs between Latchi and Polis, which is favoured by some locals over the main road. At the time of our stay, during the day there was regular heavy vehicle traffic from a nearby development. The range of vehicles using the road means that some level of noise intrusion continues throughout the day and can extend into the night. The road noise issue was advised by the owners, but only after the booking had been made, as a “weekend issue”, which, at present is not the case. Note: The apartment is in a small block on the 1st floor with its own covered parking space below. I had a small rental car which it was possible to park in this space, but practice would be needed to make this an easy operation; parking across the entrance to this space, does not impede others.

Die Umgebung ist ruhig und nach kurzem Fußweg durch die schöne Anlage ist man am wunderschönen Strand, der auch ruhig und nicht stark frequentiert ist. Die gesamte Kommunikation und Organisation der Vermieterin ist wunderbar. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

very nice stay, one of the best if not the best. Very close to the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice neighborhood. It would be perfect if there was wifi, on the other hand, why do you need wifi on vacation. We will definitely come back. Highly recomended.

Schöne Wohnung in attraktiver Lage

Ist die Wohnung wirklich nur 25m² groß? Das ist kaum zu glauben. Sie ist perfekt eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchstrukturiert. Und bei sommerlichen Temperaturen hält man sich sowieso oft im Freien auf. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und prompt, die Beschreibungen umfang- und hilfreich. Der Schlüssel-Safe für den kontaktlosen Zugang zur Wohnung ist sehr praktisch - nicht nur bei Corona. Den Aussagen in den anderen Bewertungen können wir uns voll anschließen, alles ist sehr liebevoll und umfassend eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, mit hervorragender Matratze und auch größer als ein französisches Bett. Küche mit Geräten und Geschirr bestens ausgestattet, alles was man braucht oder eher mehr. Auch die Spülmaschine sowie die Waschmaschine fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Wir haben die knappe Woche sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wenn man längere Zeit dort verbringt wäre WLAN nicht schlecht, aber es geht natürlich auch mobil oder ohne. Der liebevoll gestaltete kleine Garten ist mit kleinem Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet; wir haben den Blick vom Balkon auf den Garten, die anderen Häuser und das Meer jedoch vorgezogen. Der Strand ist ca. 150 m entfernt, ideal zum Liegen, Sonnen, Schwimmen und Betrachten des Meeres und der schönen Landschaft. Sonnenschirm, Liege oder Stühle sind im "Schuppen" unter dem Haus zu finden. Anfang Oktober 2020 war es relativ leer am Strand - vielleicht auch wegen Corona - manchmal sah man selbst am Wochenende erst in weiter Ferne andere Menschen. Das Schwimmen war durch die zum Küstenschutz vorgelagerten Felsen sehr angenehm und sicher, die Sonnenuntergänge grandios. Ein Auto ist schon praktisch, aber es geht sicherlich auch ohne. Auf der Akamas-Halbinsel lässt es sich wunderbar wandern und in abgelegen kleinen Buchten schwimmen. Allerdings nerven hier die Quadfahrer auf dem Küstenweg manchmal. Restaurants gibt es einige am Strand in Lachti, die auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind wie das nächstgelegene "La Plage". Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Liebe Gabriele, lieber Hans, wir sind wieder wohl behalten in Deutschland gelandet und in den eigenen 4 Wänden angekommen. Das heißt leider auch, dass die tolle Zeit auf Zypern und in eurer kleinen Wohlfühloase schon vorbei ist. Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell. Aber es war einfach unglaublich schön. Wir haben uns im "Nest" sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und es hat an nichts gemangelt, was wir hätten vermissen können! :) Wir fühlen uns mehr als erholt und werden immer gern an die Zeit zurück denken und weiter schwärmen. Und wer weiß, vielleicht zieht es uns ja bald wieder dahin und wir melden uns erneut, um ein Plätzchen im Nest von euch zu bekommen. ;) Liebe Grüße Julia&Jens

Einfach nur schön

Liebe Vermieter, nach langer Zeit und immer davon gesprochen dass wir mal nach Zypern reisen. Nun haben wir es getan und wir bereuen nicht einen Tag. Jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück sind wir erst einmal ins Meer gesprungen. Die Entfernung ist wirklich ein Katzensprung. Schon alleine die kleine, liebevolle eingerichtete Wohnung , wo wir von unseren Ausflügen immer gern zurück gekommen sind, hat uns ein Gefühl der Geborgenheit gegeben . Wir werden nicht mehr so lange warten. Denn Zypern ist eine Reise wert. Danke für alles. Franka und Frank

Liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtetes kleines Appartement (Waschmaschine/ Spühlmaschiene)mit Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer! Zum Strand sind es nur etwa 50m. Gute Strandlokale zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nach Pollis zu Fuß etwa eine halbe Stunde mit dem Fahrzeug 10 Minuten. Ein echter „Geheimtipp“

Das "Nest", eine wunderbare Wohnung, um von dort aus zu starten und um dorthin zurück zu kehren!

Wir haben uns gefreut über all die vielen liebevollen Details in der Wohnung: es hatte Vasen, um Blumen einzustellen, Krüge um Kräutertee zuzubereiten, verschiedenste Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten.... Eine interessante Auswahl an Literatur, unter anderem auch zur Geschichte von Zypern, aber auch reichhaltige Reiseliteratur. Für Schlechtwettertage DVDs und CDs, darunter waren auch einige unserer Favoriten, nur war das Wetter halt gut!!! Ein kleines Nähset hat uns geholfen, einen Lieblingspulli kurz zu flicken. Die Küche war sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtet, die Geschirrspülmaschine haben wir gar nicht gebraucht, die Aussicht aus dem Küchenfenster beim Abwaschen war anregend, Tauben, Spatzen und Spaziergänger zum Meer. Der Balkon ein Freiluftzimmer. Ein Kleiner Gecko kam über den Balkon am Abend manchmal ins Haus, ein Glücksbringer. Das Schlafzimmer trotz "Sicht" auf die Strasse nie zu laut oder lärmig, wir haben gut und erholsam geschlafen. Ganz toll, die Grundhaltung "use and replace"!!! Die Nähe zum Strand war ganz toll und wir haben uns gesonnt und oft auch das Wasser genossen. Da es in der Wohnung keinen Internetanschluss hat, "mussten" wir einige Male ins Strandrestaurant "La Plage" zum Apéro spazieren und wurden so fast Stammkunden. Alles in allem war die Zeit auf Zypern wunderbar, wir sind im Bezug auf Pflanzen und Botanik, auf kleine Kirchlein und Klöster und den Troodos auf unsere Rechnung gekommen.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Hier kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen und einen schönen Urlaub haben. Wirkllich mit viel Herzblut ausgestatte Wohnung an der nichts fehlt. Eine Wettergarantie können die Gastgeber natürlich nicht geben. Gute Literatur, CD´s, beheizbare Bettunterlage, Radiator und Handtuchhalter lassen aber auch kühle Tage zu. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde gerade der Küstenschutz (Wellenbrecher o.ä.) mit riesigen Steinblöcken erneuert. Das war nicht so ansehnlich und ruhig, ist aber nötig und im Sommer bestimmt beendet. WLAN war für uns kein Problem, dank starker 4G-Leistung. Von Pafos mit Mietwagen schnell erreichbar.

Einfach wunderbar

Einfach wunderbar

Wieder fühlten wir uns sehr wohl in dem kleinen Apartment. Es sind in der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants, besonders gut das Lokal gleich am Strand. gerne werden wir wieder kommen. Sehr freuen würden wir uns über Fliegengitter und ein Internet, da es heute einfach irgendwie dazu gehört. Ansonsten wirklich alles bestens. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen baldigen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben die 10 Tage in Ihrem perfekt ausgestattetem kleinen Nest in vollen Zügen genossen!Jeden Tag aufzuwachen, auf den Balkon zu gehen und auf das Meer und all die Pflanzen im Garten zu blicken war als wäre man im Paradies. Ihre kleine aber feine Wohnung kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen, sie ist einfach perfekt! Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Urlaub!

This was a return visit to Arsinoe 29, having enjoyed our stay so much last year. Everything is just as good, even better as there was a new shower cubicle, though we had no problems last year with the shower. The apartment is still maintained to a high level, very clean, and is obviously a well loved "home away from home" for the owners. I would recommend the apartment to friends without hesitation.

The apartment is small yet perfectly formed and ingenious storage facilities make it appear spacious. We were expecting a tiny bathroom as the property description states it is small, but we were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom is an ample size, good sized shower cubicle and excellent water flow, and indeed having a window is a bonus. Dishwasher is a huge plus, as is the air conditioning which was needed some nights. There are sufficient kitchen utensils and crockery, and the juicer was well used to take advantage of the well priced juicing oranges in Papatoniou supermarket! The apartment was very clean, and an added extra was the provision of beach towels. The apartment is obviously well loved and maintained by the owners. We are fit and active people and found it took us thirty minutes to walk into the centre of Polis for evening meals. Latchi is closer and has plenty of dining options but we preferred the atmosphere of Polis. The beach area is fantastic, it was great being so close, literally a two minute walk, and easily compensated for the longer than anticipated walk into Polis town (which did help to burn off some excess calories)! All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Arsinoe 29.
