Loved our stay

Perfect location and roomy place. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week at the apartment and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and in previous reviews. We wanted to be in the heart of the city and couldn’t have had a better located spot to every site, train, restaurant we visited. Check-in was easy and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated after international overnight travel.

This may be the nicest rental we've had in CPH (out of five.) The apartment is large, bright and quiet, with the back bedroom very quiet and private. We made a couple of dinners and the kitchen is a delight to cook in, and well equipped. Bathroom is clean and decent size. The main room overlooks a pedestrian street, and the Illum department store (and Meny grocery store in the basement) is steps away.
Really a delightful memory, and we would rent again. Also, only on second floor, so not too many stairs to climb!

Excellent location, cozy, clean, well equipped. Highly recommended.

The apartment was perfect for our stay -- clean and well appointed. Getting the key to the property was easy.

I loved this apartment and the location. I especially loved the lift that opened up into apartment directly. The area is especially nice, highebd stores, great coffee shop Holm a few steps away and close to the Metro. The only downside was the loud drunks that walked passed under the windows when the clubs ended. I highly recommend this place for 4 people.

Perfect location and very clean apartment. Recommend to bring eye masks if travelling in the summer as the blinds were not darkening.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the apartment. A perfect location. We could walk everywhere and loved our time in Copenhagen. However, a few things could have been better. The shades in the front bedroom were translucent and did not shut out the lights from surrounding buildings. Darker shades or curtains would facilitate better sleep. There was only one place for trash - in the kitchen. The bathroom needs a waste paper can. We had to contact the manager for toilet paper and to repair window shades. With a little bit more attention and loving care, this apartment would have been perfect.

Great apartment
Wonderful location, spacious. We loved it.

Very good location, but it’s not very clean
I think the apartment was big and it was well located in the city center, but it was not quite clean and the appliances were broken and dirty. The bedspreads and pillows were yellowed and the bathroom door wouldn't stay open and wouldn't stop squeaking. In short, it is highly recommended due to its size and location, but it needs some improvements

This is the ideal flat if you want to explore the sites of Copenhagen. All the major historical and tourist sites are within easy walking distance. There are excellent restaurants just a short walk from the flat. Also near by is an excellent food hall, flower market, and several groceries. If you are into shopping, you are right in the center of two of the major pedestrian shopping streets in Copenhagen, Kobmagergade and Stroget. You have everything from Illum, George Jensen, Prada and YSL to H&M, Flying Tiger and your basic souvenir shops. The Metro is near by as well.
The company that manages the flat was so helpful. Our daughter and her fiancé decided to join us for a weekend and the company supplied us with additional linens and towels within hours.
We were there during Denmark's school graduation season. It was fun to see the proud graduates celebrating. There were a few nights where it was fairly noisy due to these celebrations, but who hasn't celebrated such a happy occasion.
Would we stay here again....in a heartbeat!!

The location of this apartment can't be beat. It truly is in the center of everything. And even though renting an apartment in any city can be a risk, I found this company to be professional and responsive. Moreover, the apartment is spacious, modern and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment.
There were a few "misses" however, especially compared to other apartments we've rented in other cities around the world. First, this was not a particularly well-stocked apartment. There were 3 of us, and we got precisely 3 bath towels and hand towels. It would have been nice to have a wash cloth or two, or even a spare towel per person to use while the other ones dried.
The company was equally tight with the bedding allowance. For example, we got exactly 3 pillowcases, even though there actually more than 3 pillows in the apartment (now useless without a pillowcase). I also found other supplies lacking: no paper towels, barely enough toilet paper, no kitchen supplies like sugar. It's unreasonable when you're only staying in a place for 3 days to go and invest in 5 lbs of sugar or a giant package of toilet paper.
In addition there were some housekeeping issues: while the apartment was generally clean, the bathroom could have really used a scrubbing, and I didn't appreciate, after a day's travel to get to Copenhagen, finding that I had to make all the beds. For what we paid, I think somebody should have put the sheets on the bed.
And lastly, we've stayed in other apartments where a knowledgeable owner or her representative has met us to let us in. Usually, that person provides helpful information about the apartment and the location. While a perfectly nice person met us at this apartment, he was not particularly well-informed and had a hard time answering our questions about the location of a grocery store, or where to store our luggage at the end of our stay. We also asked him where the the washing machine was and he did what we could have done ourselves: open every single cabinet to find it.

Well-furnished apartment in excellent central location. However, the noise from the street at night, referred to on the website, is significant and the impact on those trying to sleep in the front bedroom should not be underestimated.
4.6
First, the positives... the apartment is located as central as you can get, right in the middle of the pedestrian/shopping area of Copenhagen and a short walk to all major attractions.
The apartment itself is quite large for a European apartment, and has modern appliances / furniture (Ikea-grade). It's well kept and in good shape overall. There is an elevator directly into the apartment.
However, there are some major shortcomings as well (some fixable, some not).
First and most significantly, there is a rooftop bar/club across the street that is LOUD until very late, making it nearly impossible to sleep in the street-facing bedroom without earplugs (even with the windows closed). Even watching TV can be difficult. Since there is no A/C (not unusual in this region) , you really do need the windows open in the summer for comfort, which makes it even louder. The noise doesn't seem to die down until well after midnight.
The rear bedroom is much better, but only having one usable bedroom defeats the purpose of renting a 2BR. The interior elevator door also makes some rather loud noises any time the elevator is used (fortunately doesn't seem very often, but can be jarring).
The other issues were really around the cleaning/stocking of the apartment. The overall cleanliness wasn't bad, but the bathroom could use a more professional cleaning. The apartment seems to be missing some very basic necessities. No hand soap. No trash cans (anywhere) or even trash bags? No paper towels. If you were staying for a month you could just buy all that, but it doesn't make sense if you are only staying a few days.
Hopefully they can address the minor issues, but the noise problem probably can't be fixed unless you only use 1 bedroom. (Note: noise may be different in Winter, when the rooftop bar probably isn't hopping).

Very centrally located. Clean and spacious apartment. A little noisy at night as party dwellers passed by in early hours of the night. Very light in room due to store light being so bright. Great place and overall highly recommended for people looking for a central location.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, in a great location to restaurants and shopping.
The only negative is there were not enough towels when our other family members arrived. Otherwise the experience was positive.

Muy buena
El apartamento está perfecto. Bien situado.Muy completo. Las camas muy cómodas.
Entra demasiada luz en las habitaciones y el ruido de la calle los fines de semana es muy fuerte por la gente que sale de marcha.

A perfect CITY-apartment, absolutely worthy of it´s name. Perhaps it´s the best place to start a city trip with fantastic cultural offerings, restaurant and bars with an extended nightlife, unique shopping facilities and of course stunning architecture. It´s simply "the place to be"!

Shopping Neighborhood
This apartment is simply gorgeous. It is quite large, and both bedrooms were ample size. The kitchen and bathroom are completely up to date, clean and very modern. The shower drain backed up on us and a call was put in. Within a few hours, a repairman was dispatched and everything was fixed. There is a little room off one of the bedrooms which is empty except for a light. It could be used for a child's bedroom and even used as another bedroom, with an air mattress. We couldn't figure out what to do with it and/or why it was empty.
The apartment though in a super convenient location, also has drawbacks because of this. This space is not in a residential neighborhood, but in a shopping district which seems to be busy from 9am-4am. We did have some problems with noise, especially because it was very warm when we were there, windows had to be opened, and it was a weekend. If you are a good sleeper, you won't have a problem with the noise, and the bedroom in the back of the apartment is reasonably quiet.
The convenience of having cafes and bakeries right outside your door is always a plus. You can walk to almost anywhere from this location.

fantastic property in a great location
Stayed here with my wife and college student son for four nights, we called to let them know we were on our way and got excellent instructions on how to get there, we were met promptly and go in with no issues. There is an elevator that goes directly to each apartment but you do need to go up and unlock it inside, it's handy for taking luggage up, but the stairs are best for normal usage, it's only on the second floor. The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit is quiet, despite being on a busy pedestrian street. The host showed us around and answered any questions, we did not use the pull out sofa. We did cook one night in the kitchen, everything was provided and there are a couple of good grocery stores near the Norreport station. There's also a great coffee shop on the ground floor of the department store a minute away for breakfast. You can't beat the location for sightseeing in Copenhagen, everything is close as are numerous bars and restaurants. Definitely research ahead of time your departure plans, we had a 0600 flight out and got to the train station only to discover the trains weren't running, but there was a bus up on the street going to the airport so we took that. We had a really great vacation and a great stay at this apartment, I would stay there again.

This apartment was a wonderful introduction to Copenhagen. We had a great time. It is ideally located in the heart of the city. We were in the city to visit our daughter who is a student at DIS and the apartment was very convenient to her dorm and classrooms. But beyond that, the apartment itself was beautiful and well equipped. A luxurious stay in a fantastic city.
