NOTICE: Please be advised that a hotel complex is being built on the property next to Sandcastles Condominium. It is an active construction site with noise from the heavy equipment and machinery. Our rates have been discounted to reflect this fact. The workdays are Monday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM. It will not impact any of Sandcastles amenities, like the pool or beach access.

Unit #302 is a very spacious (1,300 sf) ocean-view unit at one of Cocoa Beach's finest vacation destinations! Sandcastles is located right on the beach with exceptional complex amenities, and offers the space, privacy and exceptional location that will make for an unforgettable vacation!

This beautiful & bright beach condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows and high quality linens & towels.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining & living room. The master bedroom has a new king bed with a spacious walk in closet, ensuite washroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and closet. The living room has a queen air mattress. The condo has a laundry room with a full size W/D & a closet filled with beach accessories for your enjoyment.

This place had everything we needed. We stopped at walmart to buy supplies on our way from the airport. I wished we would have came straight there because a lot of essentials are provided already. The property manager Zareh was outstanding. The property was as awesome as advertised. I have nothing but good things to say very pleased and satisfied.

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. It is very roomy and clean. The walk to the beach is short. The beach was not crowded. We got to see a day time rocket launch and a night launch. The host answered almost immediately each time I messaged him. He was super friendly and helpful. The pool is also very nice and was never crowded. I would definitely stay there again and Cocoa beach will be forever in my heart since my boyfriend proposed.

Overall the the best thing about this unit is ease of check in. The manager quickly provided documents for rental and check in instructions were concise and accurate. Low stress and no issues. The unit itself equates to a 2.5 star hotel. Older and rough around the edges, but clean. The photos really oversell this unit. The couches were stained with minor rips and tears. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. There really is no view from the unit. Tou have to stand in front corner of the balancy to get a limited view. The shower had excellent pressue, but the hot water is limited. The washer and dryer worked so we were able to do some laundry. Also, the unit was fairly quite during our stay. However they were not really busy demolishing the building next door. I think we got lucky. Overall would not rent this unit again and cant really recommend it for others.

The condo was nice, very clean and easy to find. The beach was beautiful! We watched a rocket launch from the beach in front of the condo. The pool at the unit was nice too. Only negative was the view from the condo. We had a partial view of the ocean, but it overlooked a run down hotel next door and parking lot where locals accessed the beach. If I could have seen the view before booking, I would have spent the money for an end unit facing the ocean.

We would definitely rent with this company again. We had to move the day before we were to check, but it was handled very easily we had 3 properties to choose from. The one we picked was one we had looked at but it was a little more expensive. We are extremely satisfied!!

We had a great stay! The property is right on the beach with a pool. The room came with everything you need for a fun beach day and was clean upon arrival. The location was central to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Thank you for a great family vacation!

We had a great time staying at the Sandcastles resort, and enjoyed our first visit to Cocoa Beach. The condo was a little noisy, but the location was great for us, and access to the beach and walkable parts of town was excellent. I appreciate the fantastic service from Zareh and crew. Thanks!

Hosts quickly responded to my questions! Pictures and description was accurate! Pool was warmer than previously places which advertise heated pool! Loved being able to walk right out onto beach. Would recommend to family and friends!

We loved the pool and hot tub. Complex was right on the beach with a great place to hose off all the sand from beach toys and feet. Building is under construction repairs but we were told about this a head of time. Sofas will need to be replaced or cleaned soon but we put sheets over them and all was good. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was fine for our trip. Master bedroom had foam cover on mattress that was wet, so housekeeper removed it. Very firm uncomfortable mattress. Room not ready by 3pm. Washing machine on its last leg. Couch torn/worn and uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. A few upgrades would give this rental high grades.

Very clean and very well maintained property with everything you need for great vacation on the beach. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops and Publix grocery store. We truly enjoyed our stay and we'll be back again!!! ❤️

Compared to many stays in Florida, this condo was definitely not among the best. It could use a through cleaning and comfortable sofas. Master bath is very small.. The kitchen was well stocked and the building in general, maintained. Everyone was very friendly; renters from all over the country. Bring your own beach chairs; ones provided should be replaced. Also note, the balcony never sees the sun. This was an OK rental, but very over priced for what it is.

The condo was perfect for a family of four. It has been renovated and was extremely clean. We loved the beach, pool and hot tub. Kennedy Space Center and paddle boarding Thousand Islands were great excursions.

The property when we pulled up was really clean. When we opened the door we loved the condo from the start. It was very clean and well cared for. Donnetta was the best!! The communication back and forth was great. She answered all my questions quickly. Everyone we ran into at the condo was nice and it was quiet at night. I will be back.

My husband and I went to Florida with our married daughter, her husband, and our adult son. The 2 bedrooms were great and the beds comfortable. Our son used the hide a bed. It was a typical hide a bed. The condo was just as described and even roomier then the photos portray. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed being located on the beach. Just a short walk across the sand to the water. We felt very secure on this property and the pool and hot tub were very nice! We felt it was quiet and close to restaurants and shops without being in the very center of all the people! We would definitely stay here again!

Sandcastles was great. Started and ended with great communication by Dean, then Emma.Two bedroom condo was spacious and well stock with beach items and cooking. Located on a great part of Cocoa Beach. Great place to be during the pandemic. Highly recommended.
