NOTICE: Please be advised that a hotel complex is being built on the property next to Sandcastles Condominium. It is an active construction site with heavy equipment and machinery. The workdays are Monday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM. It will not impact any of Sandcastles amenities, like the pool or beach access.

Unit 103 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. This spacious (1,300 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a walkout patio & yard in a building that is situated directly on the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin-over-double bunk-bed. As a result, you are able to comfortably accommodate all guests without having to worry about the hassles of using a pull-out sofa in the living room.

The Sandcastles complex itself is one of the best condominium buildings in the area, offering a heated pool, private access to the beach, a tennis court and sauna.

This property was PERFECT! We/all of us enjoyed every part of it. Everything we needed was there. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, surf boards and sand toys was a God send for us. It meant so much not having to bring them from Arkansas. The second bedroom was perfect with the bunk beds. Everyone had their own bed and was very comfortable! Thanks for the perfect week.

This ground level condo was perfect for our family gathering with 84yo grandma, young adult on crutches and a small dog. We could drop off bags and people at the door and the sliding doors opened to a grassy area for pup. The pool was just out the door and the beach just a path away. We would come again!

Really enjoyed our stay, first break in a lot of years, my birthday 55, my first time ever seeing the rockets 🚀🚀🚀 launched, so many she shells ❤️❤️ loved our stay at 103 not really a beach view but close enough, will probably be going there again next summer.

I would almost certainly stay here again. I enjoyed the area and the unit. The appliances could be upgraded, and there was no toaster. The unit was clean, and supplied almost everything I needed.. Thanks for a pleasant stay

The condo was quiet, clean with an ocean view. The neighborhood was walkable with a dog park two blocks away. The pool and hot tub were clean. The condo had beach chairs and boogie boards for guest use. I would highly recommend renting this condo

Very nice place. Clean, convenient to shopping and beach. Plenty of room for our family to stretch out and relax. Would definitely look into this and the other properties for future use.

The location of this property is amazing. It is just steps to the beach. The furniture needs updating and the beds are super soft. I actually left with a hurting back. If you like ultra soft beds, this place is for you. I will definitely stay at this location in the future but I will choose a more updated condo.

Nice well stocked condominium. The cleaning lady was not quite finished cleaning when we arrived at 3 pm. She let us in & we left our things inside. The next day I did find the tea pot was left on, empty and was hot. I unplugged it. Otherwise all was great. Great location on beach & handy for shopping and other acitivities. We plan to stay again.

Great condo. We stayed with Our four kids for 5 days. Pros are that You can WALk to the beach and the pool is right outside Your door (but really no issue with noise. Cons the beds are not the most comfortable and Your sliding back door looks out to a parking lot for public beach access. There is a meter right there. There is a fence, but it made Me a little uneasy with all the strangers around.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The condo was beautiful, immaculate/clean, and very comfortable for our family. Right on the beach, pool/spa steps from the front door, easy access to tennis courts, restaurants, grocery stores, local attractions, etc. Can't wait to visit again! A special thank you to Drew and the many residents of Sandcastles resort for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

We chose Sandcastle resort because my husband is recovering from major foot surgery and we needed a certain layout to accommodate him, which we found. However, the resort does not have enough handicapped parking spaces. This was a major obstacle for us. It was really the only downside to an otherwise lovely vacation.

Overall this is a great place to stay. The condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. Very conveniently located near all the local attractions. Love the beach access! The only minor issue would be the toilet by the master bedroom has some issues flushing, but can be easily fixed. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for any family traveling to the Cocoa Beach area. Drew was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

The codo unit 103, was large enough. The appliances wasn't UPDATED but was somewhat close.The bedrooms were spacious. You could see the tile hadn't been replaced in a while. I alsowould like to have blinds instead of curtains The Sandcastles was in a great location For all that we needed. OVERALL we enjoyed staying there. Next year i would like to try the 2nd or 3rd floor on the side where we can see the OCEAN. Really missed hearing it at night.

Property was well kept. Could use some updating. Very spacious condo with everything you needed. No good views, the back patio backed up to a public beach access with people walking by at all day just feet away from you. I’m sure a condo on a higher floor would have much better views. Had to clean the tile floors when we got there, with two kids, there hands and feet were filthy within minutes. It was a good value overall.

This unit was a Great size for our family of 6, nice walk in closet for second bedroom. The walk to beach is not bad at all. We were satisfied with our stay. We used the beach chairs and boogie boards in unit. Kitchen space was good and had all we needed.
