The location was very convenient, walking distance to shops, restaurants, groceries and the beach. Our room had a beautiful view to the lovely garden. It was clean, big and with room cleaning every day. Also the 24h service desk was very useful.
The kitchen of the flat wasn't equipped for the cooking. No colander, no wooden spoons, no toaster, no oven or microwave. We managed anyway but it wasn't easy. Also the mattress were incredible soft and very uncomfortable.

Staff were very accommodating, breakfast was great and the rooms were really comfortable and quiet! We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and have more space in the apartment style hotel room. The hotel had great facilities and services.
There could have been a few more options for vegan requirements at breakfast.

The staff where very friendly and went above and beyond to help with any problems. Patricia in the bar was a great. 24hr reception was helpful. Also plenty of free parking opposite the hotel. Good aircon in rooms. Great location, 10 mins walk to Cala Millor restaurants it’s Sa Coma restaurants.
The rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard. We only had our bedding changed once during our week stay ( we asked reception everyday). Food at the restaurant was average. Pool was freezing (think the water had just been changed before we arrived).

clean and location
upon arrival man on desk rude, asked three times where we could get a drink and was completely ignored.
One of the women in the restaurant was extremely rude - apparently she was new but she practically accused us of stealing a glass of coke as we weren’t all inclusive so not allowed it - even though no one had explained, no one had taken a drinks order and we were prepared to pay.

The rooms were very nice, the spa and the swimming pool were also good, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast.
The internet connection was really bad (a normal website with some images took long time to load, and it was impossible to watch any videos...). In addition, the customer is obliged to accept to be sent publicity in order to connect to the network.
This is too bad for a 4 star hotel.
As dinner the offer was an all-you-can-eat buffet. The price was 20 euro and it didn't include drinks. I find that also a bit expensive...

the staff was very polite
nice silent room to work downstairs
decent breakfast
- Cleaning was done poorly. Hair everywhere (on the floor, on the toilet, on the sink, in the shower..); under the bed you could see monsters. On the couches it was full of dust.
- The bathroom had no window and no fan.
- Wifi didn’t work in the room; in 2022 this is just unacceptable
- The shower is not well made, the glass protector is too small and everytime you shower the whole bathroom gets wet.
- The bed was aweful. I specifically asked for a queen/kind size bed but seems like they just don’t have it. They put together 2beds and during the night the beds keep opening and you fall in the whole. If you are single person it’s fine, if you are a couple you just can’t cuddle. And don’t forget that if you fall in the whole you’ll have to deal with the monsters of dust
- Food: do a favor to yourself, don’t eat at the hotel. I had the worst burger ever (burnt) and the worst pizza ever (I had never seen a cheese that gets crispy. Crispy cheese on pizza… you can imagine. Felt like plastic).
- There is a little kitchen in the room and you can leave a deposit and get pans&pods, but: there’s no dish soap, no sponge, no basic ingredients (salt & oil) I mean, if you stay for just a couple days you have to buy everything unless you don’t use the kitchen - which is insane as the kitchen presence is the only reason why you would chose this hotel but you’ll end up regretting it. Plus, the pods we got were dirty.
- You can leave a deposit to get towels for the beach but then you can’t change them everyday. You must re-use the same towel dirty of salt & sand. Insane
- The beach close to the hotel is one of the worst (full of algaes), but maybe we were just unlucky with the tide

the hotel is just amazing. every aspect of it.
staff are friendly and extremely helpful, facilities are clean and tidy. all inclusive food and drinks were plentiful. Area is peaceful but just a short walk or taxi ride to 2 bigger towns.

The place was good - near to the pin forest and the beach but without the derangement of music and noise from other hotels. Swimming pool is correct and we did not lunch on the hotel.
The apparthotel should have a small kitchen but the equipment is very poor (only 3 cuts, 3 glasses, no coffee machine... very difficult to cook. The cleaning was not done every day and was very basic and we had to run after the staff to get it done. At the reception, everything is complicated and the slightest request cannot succeed...

Loved the all inclusive buffet, very nice and great variety. Also includes a snack twice a day which you can eat by the pool if you wish. Loved the spa with a beautiful indoor pool, turkish steem bath and sauna, very few people using it. Also a small gym, all free of charge. Hotel is cosy with lower buildings Mediterranean style, nice pool area with music playing. We had a studio on the 1st floor with a small kitchen and 3 comfy beds, TV and a balcony. We paid a little extra to stay till 18:00 the last day and it was well worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
it was a bit annoying that on all inclusive you had to pay for your glass at the bar.

The breakfast was amazing. So much choice. The hotel was very clean.
One bed was very uncomfortable, dipped in the middle. When booking the buffet for dinner and paying separately, drinks are not included, not even water. This wasn’t explained to us until after we paid for the buffet. Also, we rented bikes for three days and paid daily but weren’t told that there is a cheaper three - day rate.

Very nice facilities and well kept hotel area, extremely helpful staff at the reception and a very nice pool area, with natural tree shade and enough sunbeds. Most dinners were excellent, breakfast as well.
These are really small details, but the one thing we found a bit annoying was the evening animation. There were two young animators there who seemed very bored with their job. We didn't get the feeling any effort was put in preparation of those evening activities - like music trivia etc. We have big kids who did not need animation, but the annoying part was that these animations were taking place at the only bar area of the hotel, so instead of listening to music and enjoying the evening, there were these animations done with such a lack of enthusiasm and creativity, that it actually felt a bit insulting to the guests. We were there for a 10 days and we did go out for many evenings, but the ones we spent at the hotel could have been nicer either without animation or with some quality activities. Again, this was a minor thing for us, but I believe in constructive feedback, so I hope the management is reading the reviews.
