Not really the vacation I paid for.

The complex was great lifts, restaurants and stores right out your door.

Arrived at property management location to pick up key which was not available had to sit on the phone for a half hour while vasaca call center tried to locate someone to help. Finally copper security came to help let us in condo and parking garage. We were lucky as their was a key on kitchen counter, waited two days for parking pass and additional keys. Had a big issue with plumbing in master bathroom. I wasted a whole day awaiting for return phone calls from property management I started calling at 8 am explained issue with plumbing, that the toilet and bathtub was backing up and flowing into shower which was not draining spilling over on to floor. I had requested a plumber and for housekeeping never heard back from Vasaca, which was very frustrating. That evening after everybody return from skiing around 5 had a knock at the door, repair man came from property management, he told us we would probably need a plumber, no kidding. After two hours of coming and going he made repair with my husband help. He left hoping we would not have another issue, he also told us he would get in touch with House Cleaning to have them come in the morning to clean master bathroom, that never happened. The property is in a great location the condo needs attention bathroom fixtures need to be replace in tubs and showers none of the faucets work properly, the living room furniture is very worn and the couch smells. The bedrooms were large and comfortable had plenty of towels thank God and has a wash machine in condo. The condo was clean upon our arrival, and well stocked and equipped. My issue really lays on the management company,the inability to speak with someone directly if you have any issues with accommodations.

Loved the location, overpriced amenities

Location!!

Water pressure, temperature issues, no one on site to talk to about anything, finding property and keys is difficult, weird smell in the master bedroom
