About this house rental
This is a sunny, architecturally designed holiday home with its own jetty which allows you to swim or kayak from your own front lawn. If you have a boat, you have access to our own jetty, water ski from the lake edge, fish for trout, swim in hot pools at Manupuri Hot Spring [boat access only], Nearby activities include white water rafting, mountain biking, tramping, wine tours, and golf. The list could go on and on, There is almost no limit to the sightseeing in the district!
But the most amazing thing about this home is to be able to relax together with friends and feel that you are in a truly special place.
With so many little luxurious features, your stay will be fantastic. It has a conservatory that opens so you can enjoy the outdoors from indoors. Wifi, a music system, 4 TV's, sensor night lights, underfloor heating, 2 gas fires - including one in the conservatory. A spa pool on the upper deck which looks out over the lake.
Wander to the nearby resort if you don’t feel like cooking.
Recharge your batteries and return home refreshed.
Special conditions: Please note: We welcome guests who will take care of the property and be considerate of the neighbours. Families or professionals preferred. Not suitable for large or loud parties. No smoking anywhere on the property please.

A maximum of 8 adults may stay - extra persons over 15 years of age will be charged $50 per person.
The property is on 4 levels which means a lot of stairs!
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$150.00 per stay); Linen (included); Bond not required but if damage occurs an insurance excess will be charged. Linen change (Required, NZ$15.00 per person);
Please note that we require a small amount of detail regarding your stay before we will accept any bookings. We do not let the property out to guests if they are not prepared to give this information in their request. This is for security reasons only.
