Spectacular Views

Host was very attentive with exceptional communication skills. We loved the infinity.pool here & the ocean views. Was only a 10 min walk to the closest beach.

Eine nette, einfache Unterkunft mit tollem Outdoorbereich

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Das Apartment an sich war sehr schön, die Einrichtung sicherlich eher einfach. Highlight war unsere Terrasse (wir hatten die Dachgeschoss Wohnung) auf der wir unzählige Male in der Sonne frühstücken konnten und abends der Sonne beim untergehen zugucken konnten! Der Poolbereich und natürlich der Ausblick auf das Meer waren ebenfalls phänomenal. Die Lage ist total gut, man ist schnell am (Stein-)Strand und kann alles mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, direkt vorm Haus. Besonders zu betonen ist ebenfalls Sergey, der sich blitzschnell um alles gekümmert hat, was wir benötigten!

Die Ausstattung dürfte besser sein: Als wir ankamen hatten wir keine sechs Gläser, obwohl die Wohnung ja für sechs Leute ist und wir auch für sechs gebucht hatten. Auch die Kochutensilien waren eher spärlich und in die Jahre gekommen, Sergey hat uns aber schnell helfen können und zusätzlich Gläser und eine zusätzliche Pfanne gebracht. Die (Schneide-)Messer dürften auch mal durchgetauscht werden, die waren schon mal schärfer. Ein Brotmesser haben wir im Supermarkt selbst besorgt. Die Abflussrohre haben direkt bei der Ankunft gestreikt, das wurde extrem schnell gelöst, trotzdem wäre es natürlich nett gewesen, wenn direkt bei der Ankunft alles funktioniert hätte.

Piękny apartament z cudownym widokiem na morze. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, kilka kroków od apartamentu basen z leżakami, grill, stoliki, parasole. Bardzo blisko do plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Polecam.

Данный дом превзошел все мои ожидания, нашел все, что искал, тишину, покой, в этих апартаментах можно забыть обо всех заботах и наслаждаться жизнью на полную катушку. Все продумано до мелочей, восхитил бассейн на крыше, практически никого не было видно из соседей, поэтому ощущение, что ты как собственник в своем доме, со свои бассейном и потрясающим видом на море. С детьми и тем, кто не любит ходить пешком без машины будет проблематично, тк это не равнина , все время надо ходить в горку и под горку. Скилс ходить по горам мною полностью прокачан. 😁

Расположение, оторванность от цивилизации, хотя до Святого Стефана всего 10 минут пешком , до пляжа - 5 минут.

Nice stay with astonishing pool and view!

The property si really nice and modern. The pool is really amazing. The gentleman who was assisting us with checking in and out was really fine, with perfect English. Also the rooms are very comfortable with AC in each room with easy manipulation.

There were following drawbacks, which however didn’t make our stay uncomfortable: - no Wi-Fi (there is a small mobile hotspot, but it’s not working and is really not Wi-Fi) - ants in the rooms (but nothing that serious, just make sure to hide your food) - kitchen could be better equipped Otherwise, all was perfect and we would return back!

Wonderful appartement with a beautiful infinity pool, ideal spot for some peace and quiet but still close to all mayor sight seeings of Budva. Although the pool is shared with the other appartements you mostly have it to yourselves

Don't forget to bring toiletpaper, that's it 😁

Amazing Sea views

We absolutely loved our stay at Adria Lux. The sea views took our breath away. The size of the apartment as well as the amenities were more than we had wished for. I was able to run the washing machine and this was definitely an added bonus. The apartment was big, clean, comfortable and had amazing views overlooking the sea. The bedding was great and the air conditioning worked really well. The host speaks good English and was extremely kind and helpful. We can't thank him enough for our wonderful stay. You can access a small beach by foot or there is another bigger one only a short ride away. Bankada restaurant with amazing sea views is only a short ride away as well.

Very nice, spacious apartments, all facilities, clean, everything you need for perfect holidays! Pool is with fantastic view, very clean and with no smell of chemicals. Grill place is very nice. Wifi works good. And Sergey was very kind and helpfull! Best recomendations!

Unforgettable time in Montenegro.

Great location, very quiet place. Apartments are new in very good condition. We were in April so not all "attractions" were available eg. swimming pool, but we were not there to spend time in swimming pool. Great location to visit south of Montenegro (Kotor, Lovcen, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj) and also Dubrovnik. Walking distance to Sveti Stefan. Sergei, the owner very helpful and kind. We were 10 days, no issues no problems.

We were with kids, so a bit more kitchen equipment would be useful eg. italian coffee maker, grater, cutting board.

The best are the view and the pool The day we arrived Sergey drove us to a petrol station to buy water. He is very kind and helpful
