Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sauber, leckeres und ausreichendes Frühstück. Wir haben umsonst ein Update bekommen.

Location and peaceful environment.

The staff was very friendly.
Taxes were kept at 3 euros per day per person, while booking announced for 1.5 euros per day. The remote control of the air conditioner did not work. The linen should be renewed.

The location was great. The room was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our little garden in the back. AC was working very well. The employees were very helpful and kind like a family. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was helpfull. You get what you pay for. View was nice!
The parking is so bad, it almost dangerous to park your vehicle. So narrow and so many cars. The terrace/balcony was shared. We were unlucky that our neighbours partied all night but this may come in handy if you have a big family and want to share. Water from the shower overflows so you need extra towels.

The stuff was very nice, the ladies at the breakfast were very kind. The location is perfect, the bus station to Budva is in 3 minutes, the beach in 5 minutes. For the price it is a good deal. We had a small garden belonging to the room, it was also georgeous. :)
The room was a bit smaller, than I expected and it was not that clean, there were spiders and spider webs everywhere and some mold in the bathroom. The walls are damaged.

nothing
The room was not clean, the air conditioner was not working, there was no soap in the bathroom, the bed was bad, there was a very strong smell of food in the hotel.

The litttle thing in bathroom, like shampoo and hair dryer is missing.

The room was smaller and didn't had all the amenities of the picture but it was OK for some days. Unfortunately we couldn't use our terasse as there were too many mosquitoes, even during the day time.
But the house itself is beautiful, and it's close to the beach with crystal clear water!

Friendly staff, nice balcony. Clean, basic accommodation. Good location. Parking available.
A bit tired but no issues per se.

Absolutely nothing
Terrible employee. If you type the address on Google maps it drives you to another place 2km away. I send a message asking for help and ask them to. send the location, but the lady was incapable to do that, despite how many time I asked for, she try to explain how to arrive there in a impossible way.
If you are looking for a esfoliation on your skin, the towels they offer are perfect for that. It is a very old towel that never saw softer in their life, they dry you by removing your skin.
Wifi and nothing it is the same, terrible connection and very very slow.
If you plan to leave early make sure you tell them 5 times, because I did when I arrived that I was leaving at 5, I was informed that the reception was 24hrs and when I left, everything was closed. I sent a message and left the keys in the room and got a message back telling me that I didn't inform in the night before, apparently you need to guess that you should inform again.
People there are very unfriendly and will make everything to make things more difficult. Honestly, avoid this place it is the worst experience you can have.

the location is good. pool is good and clean.
girls in the reception are helpful, and tried to help with all questions. it was 5-10 minutes with the stairs to the beach
there are more space for improvement.
1. the internet is not working very well. maybe the room we stayed is far away from modem, but this is not an excuse.
2. air conditioning system is so noisy and all the night the noise didn’t let us to sleep. we turned it off, but it was still making noises.
3. cleaning is 4 out of 10. sheets and towels are dirty, we asked 2-3 times to change to the clean one. you could see that they are used countless times, and not washed very well.
4. the property doesn’t have camera in corridoors, and after daily cleaning while we are not in our room, they left the door open (didn’t lock), and it made us worried about that someone could steal our stuffs. luckily we didn’t leave anything important in the room. i wonder what will happen if smth was lost or stolen.

One of the coziest inns I've ever been to. The owners are super kind and friendly, with AMAZING breakfast, coffee and humble stay. The hotel itself is very simple but charming. We loved every bit of our short stay and if I ever return to Sveti Stefan I will be sure to return here.
Wifi could be better, connection was pretty unstable specially because they advertised as a good place to remote work temporarily. Also, the doors of the apartment felt a little too thin, we could clearly hear everyone in the corridor as if the door was open. Apartment also could have had shampoo and soap for bath, specially because of the pool and the beach.

I mean have you ever had a stay that made you welcomed, happy and taken good care of? This place is just exceptional, the owners and staff are the nicest, kindest and funniest you'll ever meet!
The service and the team made everything about my stay better without me asking: upgraded room, additional breakfast options, free coffee at all times ... unique!

It was a great experience. Lena, her husband, Milena are very great people. The room had a big balcony, comfortable bed, clean bedding stuff. Strongly recommended.
Just a hanger in the bathroom would be great :)).

The property is beautiful and the room was spacious with a shared big balcony. The bathroom was new and comfortable.
The towels were old and not soft almost like they were burnt from ironing but the staff brought towels to the room everyday and a lot of them.

Had a rest in July-August 2021. Nice small hotel. It is quiet off the main road, no cars drive by. A wonderful hostess. A cozy room with everything you need came from a terrace. The room was cleaned often. nearby is a minimarket (almost the only one in the village) and a wine discounter store. It is convenient to walk to the sea, not long at all. Get ready for the stairs, but you are unlikely to avoid them anywhere. in Sveti Stefan you will have a choice of 4 main and several semi-secret passages. Corn on the shore 2 euros, in Budva - 1, between - 1.5. The same goes for fruit prices. And to a lesser extent, but also slightly more expensive goods in the market. But living here and swimming is much more pleasant. In Montenegro, people smoke everywhere, including on the beach, but non-smokers were not particularly uncomfortable for us. The beaches are clean, garbage is removed. The water is clear, very salty, slightly cool, waves are rare. The sun is hot, especially from 12 to 14. A beach umbrella is highly recommended. The coast here is pebble, large and small. There is no sand. Sandy beaches are called here with very small pebbles. Small fish of the same species. more were seen only in Kotor. Sea urchins - on some islets opposite the coast. Rubber swimming slippers come in handy in the early days, until the feet get used to the pebbles, and for those who are going to climb the rocky islets. Slippers were taken in Russia at Ozone (600-700 rubles). During our vacation, the situation is as follows: The beaches of the King and Queen and the approach to the island are open. Oliva Cafe is closed. Many people come here specifically to see the local beauty. On the contrary, you may need to travel somewhere in order not to get bored. Transport. We were afraid to rent a car - there are a lot of expensive cars around, narrow roads, decent traffic (to Herceg Novi, bypassing the entire bay, we once drove about 5 hours, of which 3 - to Kotor).

6-8 min to beaches downstairs, nice terraces (but without sea view)
No parking, we’ve searched for empty place each time (it was one of the main point to choose this place, they said they “have private parking”). Hard to find on map by their address, better to call. Very small room, dirty floor, and bed linen, old towels. Ants live in wooden doorways. No table in the room, and we had kettle only after showing that it’s in their “facilities included” list. Staff on reception is a little bit rude. We chose “double queen size” bed on booking but they had only room with two single beds, so we lived 5 days with my husband like in some children camp. Very noisy refrigerator. Horrible cigarette smell from the rooms below. Half of power sockets and switches didn’t work. At last they insisted that we ordered paid breakfast one morning (we’ve never eaten at their restaurant!) No wish to came back.
