We loved staying in this house for spring break. The house was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach and the short walk out to the water was perfect. The coffee shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. We would love to stay here again.

The house was great and located in a perfect place. All of the beach items we needed were at the house for the youngsters to play with. Also had beach chairs. Location of the house was handy for everything in town.

We had four adults and two kids for our stay. The house was perfect for our group. The location couldn't have been better. Close to restaurants and town. We will keep this on our list of places to go!

This property is very clean. The included beach towels, toys and chairs were an added perk for our family of 5 who flew in for a long weekend. We were still able to fly carry on only! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms made it easy to shower 3 kids and get ready for an evening out quickly! The location is safe and the walk to the beach is quick! We look forward to returning another time!!!

Overall very nice stay. Easy check-in and check-out process. The information was provided on time before check-in and was simple to follow The house was stocked with all the items needed to enjoy the beach. The location is absolutely great. We'll definitely be staying at this house again in the future.

Home location was perfect, House was clean, and fairly well stocked for young families & people under 65yrs old. We took my 90 year old mother with us and that is where we ran into some issues: -No hand railing off the back patio, just a cement block -No place to put shower supplies except on the floor -No beach chairs suitable for anyone over 65 years old. (we had to buy my Mother a chair & umbrella, which we had to leave there) -The walkway to the ocean was covered with overgrown vines -The only suitable chairs inside the house she could sit on were the plastic ones with arms. The couch was very low and broken down. -The first night we were there, the handle fell off the sliding glass door We had problems with the TV when we first got there & someone came right over to fix it. Something to be aware of when booking this property is that we first booked & paid for the downpayment, received conformation of our booking, made plane & rental car reservations & were all set. A couple of weeks before travel, the management company sent me an email & had changed our dates without even a phone call! Said the property had been double booked & that we had no other option if we wanted to stay there except to change our dates to stay. No offered discount, no comparable other properties, no compensation whatsoever. This is a bad business practice. If you can't keep up with your listings - not much of a property management company.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is beautiful. Big windows which face the beach allows you to take in the sunrise every morning. The beach was almost private, we barely shared it except for the neighbors we had. Got to watch a SpaceX rocket lift off right from the beach. It was a great vacation. Loved the stay!

The house is as-described. Perfect location right on the beach. Spacious, comfortable house and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend and we'll hopefully stay again!

The house is very nice with some exceptions. The living room seating is very broken down and uncomfortable. There are also no window coverings on the living room windows or the front door. This left us feeling very exposed after sunset especially. The front door has only a deadbolt, which is locked by the same key used by every renter. I would have felt more secure if the lock were electronic and could be reset for each renter. It is possible a previous renter could have copied the key for later re-entry. Lastly, this location is only a couple of blocks from a very active nightlife scene. Someone banged loudly on the front door at 1AM on our first night and there was a fight in front of the house around 11PM on our second night. Two police involved events in two nights. That was a bit too much excitement for my family.

This house is clean and stocked with nice amenities. Exactly how it is pictured in the listing. The beach is right there, beach towels are provided, and the location is just amazing. You can walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream, bike rentals, etc.… a very relaxing long weekend or easily a full week trip. Highly recommend.

Our family (kids 8, 10, 12) had an amazing stay at this beach house. It is located on the beach and near shops, restaurants, ice cream and much more. Everything was walking distance. The house was clean, super-well stocked with dish-ware and supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, beach towels, laundry soap, etc). One thing I look for in reviews is comfortable beds— this place has them! Garage has beach toys (boogie boards, chairs, sand toys). Back porch has table and chairs and a great view. We would definitely come back to this home!

This property was SO wonderful! Met all of our needs and then some! to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy our morning coffee and watch the sun come up is something that would never happen in Michigan in February. The property was exceptional and very comfortable. Would definitely consider coming back!!!!

The weather was freezing and the A/C do not have heat. We got a terrible flu. We have to return our home after 5 days . We paid for 10 days.

We rented this as a family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect to walk downtown for coffee, dinner, and ice cream. The beach was right out the back doors and there were plenty of beach toys. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Our family really enjoyed this property. The house is very clean and has a great lay out. You can’t beat the location right on the beach, and a short walk to restaurants. The property manager was quick to answer our questions before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed in several places at Cocoa Beach over the years and this one is right there with the best of them. The good-absolutely the best location on Cocoa Beach, away from crowds but within walking distance to a great little coffee shop and several good restaurants; views from deck are stunning and less than 100 yards to the ocean; 3 bedroom 3 bath with plenty of room in the common areas for a larger family; kitchen had everything you need to enjoy your stay; nice to have a garage for your vehicles and a back deck to enjoy the evenings. The not so good-it is not a 3 bedroom 4 bath as listed; the couch is very uncomfortable. Considering everything, we are so glad we chose this place and would most definitely stay here again.

Very nice home with everything we needed. Great location near restaurants and grocery store. House includes access to garage. Garage included plenty of beach toys for kids to have fun with, along with chairs and umbrella. A lot of privacy even though there are neighbors. My family and I would stay here again.

Beautiful beach house in the heart of Cocoa Beach. It had all of the amenities for the beach which is 100 yards away. Plenty of parking, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping. Only drawback in a very white house, bring your eye shades if you want to sleep in, there are no window coverings to hide from the bright Florida sun.

The property was excellent! Just enough room for everyone to have their own privacy when needed. The view of the ocean was perfect! The restaurants were fantastic and close and plenty accessible stores, so if you forget something no problem.

This house was perfect as the primary house for our family reunion. The home has a very modern and minimalistic feel. It accommodated my and my brother's family quite comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with dishware and appliances. It would have been nice to have some plastic drinkware to take to the beach. The Wi-Fi is awesome and there is a large screen TV that was used very minimally. Each one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom that has all been remodeled. The easy access to the beach and the outside shower was great. You do not need to bring beach towels as there is plenty to go around. There is plenty of parking along with the 2-car garage. My only critique of the property is the quality of the beach chairs and toys available. Of the four beach chairs that are in the garage, only one was suitable to take to the beach. The other three had torn seats and should be thrown away. Regardless, the home still gets a 5/5 rating from me. My family and I would definitely rent this home again.

The house was extremely easy to access. Very clean. Beach access was perfect and very private. Showers were amazing and a welcome treat after a day in the sun and sand. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach retreat!
