There is a bus that goes past the door, but we loved the walk up the switchbacks to the property. When we arrived, we found Pierre to be most helpful. Sitting outside in the evening, drinking cool wine and reading "Chanel's Riviera". What are you waiting for?

Our family of four with two teenagers visited Cote d'Azur for the first time. The apartment turned out to be a very good location to explore the eastern part of Cote d'Azur, as Monaco, Nice and Eze are easy to reach by car or bus. Before and after trips, the terrace with sea view is perfect for relaxation. The apartment itself is equipped with everything needed. Last not least, the host Monsieur Pierre was very helpful with tips for trips or the excellent bakery in Cap d'Ail and we likes the chats with him. Overall, we enjoyed a lot our stay in Monsieur Pierre's apartment.

We had an wonderful time in Pierres appartement. Nice location with a grelt view over the bay. The beach is 20 min away on foot and 5 min by car. Monaco, Nice and the beautiful village Eze is alle glose by. Pierre is a fantastic and vers helpful host.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The large terrace and garden had areas for dining, relaxing and playing table tennis and had stunning views over the Mediterranean. Pierre was a wonderful host. He was friendly and attentive and gave us excellent suggestions on things to do in the area. All in all, it was hard to leave at the end of our stay.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Matratze des Doppelbetts sollte getauscht werden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat viele Tipps. Aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung benötigt man für alles ein Auto. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ist es etwa 1 Stunde. Zur Badebucht führt ein Fußweg in etwa 20 Minuten und diese ist echt schön. Und man sollte unbedingt ein Mückenspray dabei haben. Alles in allem würden wir wiederkommen!

Wenngleich die Farbe schon ein wenig abblättert, haben wir uns doch sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor allem den großzügigen Außenbereich, wo man immer ein schattiges, kühles Plätzchen findet, sehr genossen.

Zuerst, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alles war wie geschildert. Besondere Tips von Pierre waren sehr hilfreich und absolut erstklassig. Die Lage ist zudem hervorragend für Touren nach Nizza, Monaco, Cannes… Eze ist ebenfalls sehr sehenswert. Die Unterkunft von Pierre ist sehr empfehlenswert, gut ausgestattet, sauber, tolle Lage und Aussicht. Hier fühlte man sich wohl.

Wir können dieses Quartier wärmstens empfehlen. Toll gelegen zwischen der Basse und Moyenne Corniche mit Blick auf Balie de Saint-Laurent unweit des fantastischen, mittelalterlichen Bergdorfes Eze. Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben mit schönen Zimmern nach Süden mit bodentiefen Fenstern zur Terrasse, Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, der Parkplatz hilfreich und die Betreuung durch Pierre perfekt. Das Klima im Oktober ist traumhaft, man kann baden und es ist mittags nicht zu heiß. Das Quartier ist ein guter Standort für Ausflüge nach Monaco, Menton,Vence, Grasse, u.v.m

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 14 Tage in der Wohnung von Herrn Bottin. Herr Bottin ist ein sehr netter Mann, der tolle Tipps gab um Ausflüge zu machen , und auch die Abrechnung war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer, allerdings benötigt man für alles sein Fahrzeug. Für uns war es nicht schlimm weil wir jeden Tag andere Strände und Städte besuchten. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles was man benötigt. Einzig kleiner Kritikpunkt , die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sollten mal ausgetauscht werden.Alles andere war Top und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Frankreich und kommen sicherlich wieder in die Wohnung von Herrn Bottin.

Wir hatten im Juli bei Herr Bottin einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und beinhaltete alles was man braucht. Eine sehr schöne Terasse ist vorhanden, allerdings sind mittlerweile die Blumen so gut gewachsen das der Ausblick zum Meer nur noch schwer möglich ist. :-) Die Ferienwohnung ist leider zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Bäcker,Supermarkt) etwas weiter entfernt und somit nur mit Auto möglich. War für uns aber kein Problem. Es befindet sich ein nahegelegener Strand der zu Fuss in 10 min zu erreichen ist. Ca.100m von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Die Benutzung der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist einfach und sehr kostengünstig. Sehr schnell ist man in Monaco oder in Nizza. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die schöne Zeit.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le bail avec Pierre. Chambre lumineuse avec beaucoup d'espace, belle vue et un environnement complètement calme la nuit, même si la route est à proximité. Tout est comme décrit et approprié pour un séjour, où la cuisine fait partie des vacances. Bons lits! Pierre est une personne extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire très s à l'écoute et prêt à répondre à toute demande. L'appartement est bien situé, vue exceptionnelle, confortable et calme. Attention néanmoins à l'arrivée, à sortir de l'autoroute à la turbie sortie 57, les GPS donnent au plus court et ne tiennent pas compte des chemins non autorisés.
