This property is really cute and we enjoyed the fresh eggs! It was a little small (which it does say in the description) and we had some trouble finding spots for our suitcases and other paraphernalia. It was conveniently located and we didn't need a 4-wheel drive like so many properties in the area.

We enjoyed staying at this cabin. It’s perfect for a small family, and it is pet friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful creek.

We love this tiny cabin!! This is the only cabin we have stayed at more than once because we just love it and we cant wait to go back. We love the seclusion of the cabin, the creek, the land, the chickens and kitty cat, we love the towns nearby, the antique shops, the flea markets, the local restaurants and Mrs. Judy is absolutely wonderful to work with and is always great to respond. Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway for our 15 Year Anniversary and we cant wait to come back....soon!!!! Ben and Kerrie

It was quiet and calming was a good time with my wife and will be back.

Our time at the cabin was a quiet winter getaway! It had more than enough room for the two of us plus our 2 year-old Labrador. The location is close enough for a day trip to either Cherokee or Asheville, plus exploring downtown Waynesville. The grounds are well kept, and the hiking area around the property is great for a quick walk with the pup. The host was always available for any questions or concerns (though we had zero issues on our trip). We will definitely be back for future excursions!

The cabin was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. The porch was perfect for enjoying the woods. The hot tub was great. The cabin had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to have fresh eggs in the fridge.

The cabin is sweet, but the hot tub made the trip special. We were disappointed in the cabin's size -- much smaller than we thought it would be, and the shower is tiny. All in all, it's the perfect place for younger folks who plan to be out hiking and exploring all day and just coming back to the cabin to sleep. No regrets.

We thought we would be more secluded but was still very peaceful. Privacy wasn't an issue at all. The fire pit and hot tub was very relaxing, just what we needed! Everything was super clean. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Non-intrusive but responsive hosts. The guest cabins had a country feel but were minutes from downtown and our puppies were welcomed. We will stay again.

Great host, Loved stay at the cabin and the surrounding area. Leaves starting to change and we got some good color. comfortable bed, galley type kitchen. Hot tub and fire pit big plus.
Very quiet, cabin good for a disconnect enjoying woods and the solitude. Weather was nice and chilly, refreshing. Plan your day trips and go see surrounding areas, eateries, breweries, etc..
Beautiful place to spend some days for a relaxing getaway.

We loved every moment we spent at this cute cabin. Hot tub was wonderful and kitchen had everything I needed to cook everything I wanted. The gifted eggs from the girls at the “Chick Inn” were thoughtful and delicious! We ended up having to leave early due to a family emergency, but I look forward to going back as soon as I am able.
Judith was very nice, was there when we needed her and very very kind about our situation!

We had a wonderful time visiting our children and grandchildren and the cabin was the perfect place to gather! Close to everything yet felt like we were all alone on the hill. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was perfect for our getaway. My wife and I visit the area as often as possible to go out and explore the mountains so we don't need huge cabins with all kinds of extras. This cabin was perfect. After a long day of driving the hot tub is awesome and the bed puts you to sleep quickly and you wake well rested, ready for another mountain morning. We even had a day to sit at the cabin this time and that was great just listening to nature in the forrest right at the cabin door step. Bunch of turkeys even stopped in to say hi lol.
I'd read, in other reviews, about difficulty parking and getting back out in larger vehicles. I can say that was not an issue. I drive a lifted Ram 1500 crew cab truck and had no problem accessing the cabin or turning around in the parking area.
All in all it was a great cabin and experience with the owners. Would highly reccomend to the vacationing explorers like my wife and I. We are already planning our return next year for our anniversary again.
Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

A slice of paradise!
This tiny well-appointed cabin was perfect for my wife and I with out two young boys (2 and 4.) The property is magical with the huge trees and babbling brook. Not even a 3 day downpour could kill the mood. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay
My friend and I lived staying here. The cabin was spotless. Everything was comfortable. Location was ideal. My only notes would be that be aware the drive to the cabin is a bit steep, but my miniSUV did fine; and the stairs to the loft are pretty steep, so young legs are required. I will make every effort to stay here again in the future!!

A peaceful stay close to lots of activity!
My husband, 5 year old daughter, and I stayed here for our Spring Break. It was a perfect and private location, with plenty to do around the cabin! Our daughter loved the loft and enjoyed playing around the cabin outside. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We had everything we needed to make meals, and enjoyed watching movies together at night.
There was lots of good hiking in the area, and we had a great day trip to Asheville. The town of Waynesville is fun as well. We drove up to a lookout spot on the Blue Ridge Parkway for incredible star gazing. A very restful and peaceful spot that is close to fun activities. Grocery stores are also super close. Perfect for a getaway.

Great getaway
The cabin was so cozy and quaint! There was everything I needed to cook. The bed was comfortable. Hot tub was great!
Cabin was only 10 minutes from town, with grocery stores, fast food and restaurants. There are trails nearby and Asheville is a short 30-45 min drive away as well!
Highly recommend this cabin!

Excellent place to stay!
This was an excellent cabin! On the smaller size but perfect for us. Very clean & the whole process was very easy. The owner Judy was quick to respond to questions & this was the first cabin that we have stayed in that they thought of everything! Plenty of towels and even individual soaps shampoos etc that you may have forgotten. Will definitely rent again!

Honeymoon
The cabin we rented was perfect for my husband and me. It was for our honeymoon and the area was quiet and had trails and a creek right outside. The area had some great restaurants and a grocery store very close by. The property had lots of wildlife as well. We are most definitely going to be checking out this area again as there are plenty of things to do close by. 10/10 wonderful experience.
