The child and pet friendly yard is fenced and secure with plenty of space for the little ones to run around.

Pets are permitted but must be kept outside with the garage available for shelter. The garage also has table tennis table and lounge area with TV.

Only 350m to the pristine foreshore of Callala Bay offering gorgeous white sand and clear blue water overlooking Jervis Bay. There is so much to do in the area, taking day trips to wineries at Coolangatta, Kangaroo Valley and Berry, Take the local ferry from Myola to Huskisson for markets and dolphin watch cruises. Explore the local National Parks, launch your boat from the ramp or do a spot of fishing from the jetty. Surf beaches close by or a short drive to Callala Beach with its gentle waves for lazing about. Callala Bay shopping centre caters for your needs with IGA, butcher, chemist and cafe. After a game of golf at the local country club enjoy dinner with friends in the bistro.
