Wonderful location and staff in lovely beach spot

Beachfront, really helpful staff. Complementary water in room. Good hot water, quiet location. Other people have mentioned the beach being windy but we didn’t experience that at all and felt the bay was well sheltered. The food in the restaurant was good and we enjoyed the vibe in there. They were winding down for the season so they didn’t have all food on the menu but what they did have was great.

Rooms are basic but excellent value.

Overall a pleasant stay for my daughter and I. It’s a bit of a walk to the more happening area - but worth it!!

Great hotel, I'd stay there again

Great location, quiet, clean, close to the bus stop and the harbor with more restaurants (walking distance). The beach is a bit windy but it's not the property's issue and it worked very well considering we went to Paros during the heat wave.

Cocktails in the restaurant. Margarita was pre-mixed I think and too salty. The other strawberry/basil cocktail looked better on the menu, but was very basic.

Poor

The location was good - it was easy to bus to Parikia, the bus stop was very close! The main part of the room was fairly clean. We got the 'mountain view' room which really just looks out onto the parking lot haha, but that didn't really matter to us.

The bathroom was gross. There were yellow water streaks on all the walls, and the paint was peeling under the sink and in the shower, and there was no shower curtain so water got everywhere - which, there IS a drain outside the shower but it meant that the toilet was covered in water too. Also, the door to the bathroom scraped along the floor so it was hard to open and made a horrible noise every time we wanted privacy to pee. The whole thing just screamed poorly done renos.

Lovely trip to Cactus beach!

The location of the property is amazing, the beach is beautiful. We hired a car and had no issues finding parking for the vehicle. The room was cleaned daily. The bar staff are lovely as well.

We had a leaking air conditioner unit but this wasn’t a massive issue.

Relaxing beach holiday on a beautiful Greek island

Location excellent, right on beautiful Logaras Beach. Room comfy and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Food good.

Last year guests had free use of sunbeds. Disappointed this year the first row cost €30 per bed per day and the rest cost €20 with €5 reduction for guests. There are only 9 rooms and almost 100 sunbeds.

Superb

Room were clean, vibe were laid-back. Piso Livadi was our best stay on yhe Islands. Harbour is close to walk to and have dinner or drinks with you feet in the water looking out over the harbor... Breathtaking beautiful.

This hotel was very quaint. I had some internet issues but the reception woman cleared that up immediately. This hotel

I loved that I was right on the beach and had a great view of the sunrise.

The only thing I did not like was that I had to wait until 8am to buy coffee

A fantastic stay with warm staff and a lovely beach :)

What a wonderful stay! I enjoyed it so much! :) All the staff were extremely warm, friendly and kind. The hotel is attached to their own beach bar & restaurant. The food was yummy and the drinks were great!! I was completely comfortable dining alone and spending time on the beach. i really enjoyed the hotel location with it being tucked away from the busiest parts of the island, so you could have an enjoyable stay without it being too crowded. The room was very clean and modest with comfortable beds and a smart tv. Thanks to all of you at Cactus Beach for making my stay so warm and wonderful! See you next year!! ;)

Even though I had a balcony, the view of the back of the property was pretty unattractive and didn’t really encourage me to spend time there.

Lovely place in Paros and great value !

Everything was great! Sleeping with the patio door open and hearing the waves crashing was amazing! The food at the restaurant was lovely, a nice chill vibe with good music. The rooms had everything needed. Staff went above and beyond and added special touches for a special celebration! The hotel is right on the beach and close enough to other places to explore. They do charge for sun beds but quite a bit cheaper than other places we saw pricing for. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, cozy place for a good price!

Great place, very nice beach

The hotel is directly next to a beautiful beach, and there’s a really cool restarting downstairs with other great restaurants nearby.

The toilet was broken and constantly leaking water onto the floor. Guests also have to pay full price for sun beds, which surprised us slightly. also keep in mind that, other than the beach, there’s not a ton to do nearby.

Lovely beach bar and restaurant. Room was clean and basic but it was as we expected. Staff are lovely and accommodating.

We paid €30 for 2 sunbeds which ended up almost submerging in the ocean. We expected maybe a discount as we were staying there.

Amazing combination if you want to relax you have it all!

There’s a restaurant right at the bottom of the stairs with breakfast, lunch, coffee, cocktails and sun beds on the beach right in front of the hotel/restaurant. Paradise!

Warm, welcoming and amazing food

The staff were all so helpful and welcoming especially the hotel manager Eleftaria. She goes above and begin to make sure her guests have a good time. On my second evening my friends and I had an amazing dinner on the beach and all the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It would have been great to have a sea view room but I understand the hotel was busy

Right by the beach, good food and drinks (excellent smoothies!), staff were super nice. Bus stop right by the hotel, which is perfect if you're not planning on renting a car

The bunk beds were a little shaky but nothing too annoying
