Location, location, location! This spacious historical Grade II listed building is situated in the prime position of Kellaway Court, overlooking Hope Square in Brewers Quay, Weymouth.

The location is excellent, with a choice of nearby pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes or choose fresh lobster and crab from the Quayside and dine in. Brewers Quay has a variety of antique shops and a military museum.

The vibrant harbour is only a minute or two away. Cross the nearby bridge or take the gentle rowing ferry across to the other side of the quay and within 5-10 minutes, you have the choice of visiting Weymouth's famous golden beach, or alternatively, take advantage of the well-stocked amenities in and around the main shopping area, comprising well known Department Stores alongside fascinating independent shops.

Santiago House is a contemporary family-friendly home away from home with a well-equipped kitchen, high quality bed linen and newly refurbished bathrooms which are finished to a boutique hotel standard. The Master Bedroom's Super-King bed is luxuriously big. This property especially welcomes families. Travel cot & high chair available, please contact the bookings team to add to your booking. As well as children's crockery there is a large selection of books, toys and DVD's provided.

The decked terrace overlooks Hope Square and Brewers Quay, which in turn are regularly populated by friendly people relaxing over a coffee, or glass of wine, providing a relaxed and happy ambiance. An ideal spot to watch the world go by. Parking is taken care of with two allocated parking spaces in an electronically gated secure residents parking area.

Dorset is equally as well known for it's activities as it is for the quiet life, sailing, fishing and walking to name but a few.

We had a truly amazing stay at Santiago House. The house was absolutely spotless and very well equipped. The location could not have been any more ideal for us to explore Weymouth and the lovely restaurants and walks nearby. We would love to return again and many thanks to Maxine for the great communication & prompt response in resolving a minor plumbing issue. You really do have a beautiful home and thanks again!

We were a three generation family with a small dog and this property suited all of our needs. The location, just near the harbour, was perfect as we all love our seafood and were spoilt for choice within an easy walk. If you like to holiday with your four legged friends then Weymouth is ideal. The beach closest to the house is dog friendly and all of the bars and restaurants welcome dogs and even serve dog ice-cream. We loved our time here and will definitely return.

We planned this holiday to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. We had our daughter and partner, and son and family (including our 4 year old twin grandsons) for a family get together. The accommodation is spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal for the boys (beach and donkeys) and adults (nearby pubs and restaurants by the harbour). We were also lucky with a week of warm, sunny weather.

This is a huge, well-equipped home with everything you could need for a family staycation. The bedrooms are all spacious and make for a great multi-generational stay. There are a lot of stairs, which are to be expected in a three-storey house but when you usually live in a bungalow you get a good cardio workout! The bed linens are divine and the towels massive and fluffy. The secure car parking is an absolute bonus. I think you would struggle to beat it for location - right in the heart of everything, plenty of places to eat within a few steps and only a short walk over to the town and beach. We all had a fabulous time and would love to return one day.

The property was large enough for our family of six to have their own space. The teenagers could safely walk to the beach and many pubs and restaurants at hand for Grandpa to have a lunch time pint. Perfect for us all ... we loved it.

This property exceeded all our expectations. It is set in a perfect location within minutes from the town centre shops, harbour and beach. Our group was mainly made up of teenagers and they loved the location. The house is perfectly equipped especially the kitchen which was brand new for our arrival. It really was a home from home and I would definitely re-book and have already recommended to lots of other people. Thank you Maxine!

Deceptively spacious quirky property. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great shower in the main bathroom. Tastefully decorated. Stress free secure parking. Really well situated to explore Weymouth Harbour and surrounding area. Friendly efficient booking and customer service. Just beware of the very noisy aggressive seagulls!!

Lovely property in a fantastic location, only a 10 minute walk to the beach with little people! Large communal living, dining and cooking area, which meant the family could spend quality time together in one place. Onsite parking which appears to be unusual for the area and certainly took away the stress of trying to find on street parking after a day out.Felt like a home from home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and we would like to return again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect - so close to town/fantastic Restaurants yet not in the hub of town. The doggies loved it too - lots of wonderful beach walks - The weather was particularly kind to us too. Highly recommend.

On arrival at Santiago House we were all amazed by the location of the property. We as a family have been to Weymouth numerous occasions and stayed in other properties but Santiago House is outstanding. On entering the house we couldn't wait to view all the rooms and we weren't disappointed, the whole house was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable we found it difficult to get out of them in the mornings. The two bathrooms with showers/bath and three toilets were spotless. Having a dishwasher,washer/dryer and every utensil in the kitchen you could think of made our stay even better. The location is perfect, walking out from the gates onto Brewers Quay with shops, resturants and pubs that are child and pet friendly. We were made to feel very welcome. All 9 of us as family ranging from 9 months to 86 years including a very well behaved 20 month Cockapoo had a brilliant week and are hoping to return asap. Would highly reccommend Santiago House.....

Having decided that we would visit Weymouth Dorset, it required some internet trawling to find an appropriate place to stay. The Santiago House website appeared and immediately captured our attention. After contacting Maxine to see if it was available for the week we required, we found her extremely accommodating and helpful, so we booked there and then. Sometimes descriptors can be misleading but upon arrival we were not disappointed. Situated in the heart of Weymouth within walking distance of the shops, beach and other attractions Weymouth had to offer it was a perfect location. The house needed to cater for 7 people and it did that with ease. There was plenty of space,WCs, showers and beds so nobody felt like they were imposing on any one else. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room handled the catering demands well. We were fortunate to have fine sunny weather for the whole week so the small balcony with table and chairs was an extra bonus. We could not have asked more of the house nor Maxine the owner and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a secure, fully equipped property in the centre of Weymouth

What an amazing place! Welcoming and clean with lots of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Myslef and seven friends go away on a short break every year and this was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. We would certainly recommend this to anyone thinking of going to Weymouth.

We stayed here as two families to get together over the half term holiday. Maxine the owner a lovely lady was very helpful and we found Santiago House to be ideal in almost every way, there was plenty of space and seating to play games, watch TV, have a meal it was very well equipped all of which we took full advantage of . We found the house to be spacious with clean lovely comfy beds. It couldn't be better situated in a lovely quaint part of Weymouth. With plenty of nice restaurants, pubs and shops within easy walking distance. And if you must get into the car from the secure parking provided, it's an easy drive to all areas. I would easily give it top marks but for our only gripe which was the lack of Wi Fi but this would not stop us from coming back.

We (6 ladies) have just enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Santiago House in Weymouth. It was a great location with lots of restaurants & pubs to choose from for an evening out. The house was very spacious & had everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest is that the house could have WiFi as nowadays that's quite standard as the signal wasn't great. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms as no one felt on top of each other. There are steps leading to the front door and 2 floors once inside, so not ideal for someone who can't manage stairs. The weather was great, so we enjoyed sitting out on the small balcony and walking along Weymouth seafront & around the shops. Would definately recommend and would return.

We stayed here for a week 14th to 21st June 2014, we really enjoyed this lovely House that has everything you need. It is situated right next to the old port which abounds in excellent eating and drinking places. .It has 2 allotted parking places in a secure courtyard and is right outside the House. Weymouth and surrounding area is a lovely place to stay and highly recommended. We had a lovely day trip to Guernsey with Condor Ferries which was very enjoyable and at £20 return with the voucher out of the local rag was outstanding value, Nothe Fort is also a must to see as is Portland which abounds in beauty and lovely scenery There are many things to see and do in the area and you are really spoilt for choice The Owner was very helpful and is to be commended on her lovely property, many thanks.
