La posizione, la colazione

Abbiamo prenotato due camere con bagno e servizi nella stanza, al nostro arrivo una delle due camere, la più cara non aveva la doccia. Alla nostra rimostranza la tenutaria ha attribuito la responsabilità a Booking. Complicato raggiungere i piani con bagaglio su scala stretta e alzate alte.

If you are looking for a comfortable room a good breakfast and an obliging host this is the place.

It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The landlady was friendly and accommodating. The proximity to the theatre was perfect for our trip. The street was quite at night enhancing a good night's sleep.

Great location with a happy host who has a positive personality and a night place to stay.

Great view overlooking the water. Breakfast inclusion was good and cute place to stay with a great host who is happy and bubbly. Booked ahead for car space which was fine and this place even had an honesty bar for guests to help yourself. Great to see someone who is happy to be in the business.

Nothing. Just be prepared to carry cases upstairs but no issue for us.

Friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast and facilities. Brilliant host. Clean and great setting will definitely be returning.

Nothing wrong with the property at all. Only down side is the cost of parking which is due to the council being exceptionally greedy

Location good. Although parking horrendous

We had a reasonable stay but round the owner curt and unfriendly. She was constantly telling people they might have to be charged extra ...for towels...for cleaning...for anything. One lady coughed and was advised they may have to clean the rug We left with no concerns and folded all bedding. We were then messaged to say we had stained the bed through sweat and needed to pay 70 pound charge! Me and my partner are both 8 stone and certainly did not make any mess or staining whatsoever. I feel this was dishonest and would therefore not return

Maxine was a very helpful and welcoming host and even got up early to cook me a breakfast, as I had an early start. The breakfast was great too. Rooms are lovely and location unbeatable Thank you

Excellent gem of a place

Max, the owner runs it on her own and what a star! She's welcoming and lovely and works very hard to create a good tidy clean b&b and her breakfast is banging! Location is brilliant right across from the beach, a short walk to the harbour and main town.

Welcoming reception from Maxine. Beautiful and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Really Comfortable beds with plush bedding. Perfect breakfast. Great location

Nothing not to like really. I'd definitely go for the best rooms as the singles are a bit snug.

Lovely guest house with views overlooking both the beach and harbour. Clean cosy and comfortable rooms. Maxine the hostess realy friendly and welcoming and couldnt of been any more helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be planning on staying there again when we return to weymouth.

Lovely getaway.

Beautiful room with exceptional hosting. Cute forget me box which was a lovely kind thought. Food was really tasty and the waitress was very attentive. Maxine is a treasure. Will definitely be back 😊
