We had a very relaxing stay, getting away from the Phoenix heat. We enjoyed sitting on the huge shaded back patio enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. The inside was cozy and well-decorated. A bonus was finding the nearby Kelly Pocket trail which was beautiful. Communication with the owners was very good. We hope to come back again and again.

Absolutely loved everything about this spot. Very kind hosts and great communication. Beautiful views. Ended our days sitting on the patio taking in the view and reading books provided by them. Our fur baby really enjoyed the patio as well.

It was perfect for us. Not far from Fort Tuthill, easy access to essentials.
Would recommend.

We rented this apartment for 5 days with plans to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and surrounding areas. The location of the apartment worked well for that. I wouldn’t say there are “views” from the apartment per se, but it is in a nice area and weather permitting the patio would have been a nice place to relax. It was cooler weather while we were there and there was no thermostat access in apartment. The forced air heat came on and off through the night and was quite loud but the warmth was welcomed. The space heater in the bedroom also helped but does not heat the kitchen/sitting area. The floors are quite cold so I would recommend bringing house shoes for the stay in cooler months. The owners communicated well and while they were upstairs during our stay there was no problems with noise. I would recommend as a great place for one or two people who plan to spend most of their time outside exploring and need a place to lay their heads.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this spot! Gorgeous views, ample space, clean and comfortable accommodations, all in a quiet and secluded spot. Thanks for everything!!!

A lovely stay for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Very kind people who host, and they gave us our space which was important to us. Thank you for your hospitality!

Husband and I stayed 2 nights in this lovely apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Directions to property were very helpful as difficult to find when dark.

This was a great little place! Everything was clean and comfortable, well supplied, and the porch has an amazing view! We even had a few deer grace us with their presence our last night. The hosts live on site so a little bit of noticing them coming and going, but nothing major. They were very communicative by text. We didn't have any issues. We were here for a weekend getaway from the heat, and this met all our needs! There's even a king bed!

The patio/deck is wonderful. Great views, quiet, a nice spot if you're looking to take in the cool Flagstaff climate and pine trees. The only suggestion would be that it could use some more comfortable and cleaner patio furniture.

My husband and I and our cat thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The forest views and the outside deck were gorgeous! The apartment was small but comfortable. The property owners were very kind and were great at communication.

Beautiful home. Very clean, nice location. The property managers were readily available to answer questions and assist with our stay. The only draw back and this may have just been a coincidence, was the air traffic ie: Jets, helicopters ect. Very busy.

Greg and I were very comfortable staying in this residence. Jodi stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. This place was so quiet and just a short drive to Flagstaff and all that we required. Thank you Jodi and Jack. We have it on our list to visit again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very secluded and quiet, yet close enough to town to do things. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful sunrise views of a peaceful valley. The deep setback on 4 acres affords one privacy in a nice neighborhood. We will stay again when visiting Flag.

We enjoyed our quiet stay in this in-law type unit. There is large deck facing East, but it was a little cold and rainy this time of year to use it :-(. Unit was clean and well-equipped - perfect for a stop to/from the Grand Canyon. Quick drive 10-15 minutes to Flagstaff and local hikes. We enjoyed the Bark Park in Thorpe park with our dogs. Our hosts provided us with a lot of tasty dining recommendations. Recommend!

Perfect getaway for my husband and fur baby. The apartment was small but sufficient space for us and our needs. The owner was very friendly and gave us some great suggestions. We will definitely stay here again.

The owner was really nice and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay there. Relaxing in the evening when we came "home" from the show. Will go there again, when we will be in the area next time. Highly recommended! Thanks again.

Quiet stay
During the first week of spring break 2022, we booked this location. The apartment was spaceous for the 2 of us. Viewed birds from the deck while sipping coffee in the morning.
From here, we treked to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, Prescott and Flagstaff. It was a great central location and above all quiet after all the crowds everywhere else. Dining was just 2 stops up 17 into Flagstaff. We loved it and would come back when in this area again.

Lovely place to stay - apartment is pretty small but perfect for the two of us and we were out and about during our trips so it was a great place to crash at. The property was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Conveniently located and lots of great food recommendations from the host in nearby flagstaff.

Perfect home base for one or two, especially if you have a dog! Our little gal loved walking around and exploring the property. Friendly but unobtrusive owners. Tastefully decorated with a VERY well-appointed kitchen! As a frequent VRBO traveler, this is often overlooked, but some coffee, cooking oil and spices go a long way. As previously mentioned, this is an attached lower unit, so you will hear what's going on upstairs. It was very quiet at night. For us, it was not a big deal and would not prevent us from returning. In fact, we just may do that the next time we're in town!

This cabin was exactly as presented. 6 miles south of the busy Flagstaff lifestyle, but close enough to enjoy what Flagstaff and Williams offer. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting in Flagstaff area
We loved staying here. Great place to explore everything in the Flagstaff area. We stayed here with Fitz the wonder dog and had a great time.

Lovely hosts, clean house with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and large shaded deck with gorgeous view. Just note this is small - 2 rooms, 400 square feet. But very nice furniture and well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed ourselves greatly. However, we both had quite a bit of work to do and had planned to do it there, since the weather was so great. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the internet that was provided to us in the email. The internet router did not seem to even be an option to choose. Unfortunately, I had already bugged the owners the first night because we could not get the tv to work either. The Roku worked to stream, but the actual cable tv kept saying no connection. The owners were responsive to questions about the tv, but it's hard to fix internet when it's not there, and the owners are not there. I know my husband is also a big tv watcher, so between the internet and the tv, it was not what we expected when choosing the property.
The inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. The outside could use a little cleaning to clear the place of spider webs. It looks like it's been a long time since the eaves/roof on the patio has been cleaned.
Also, there was a lot of dog poop all over. This was really irritating as we picked up all our dogs poop. I'm guessing other guests do not, which I think is super rude to the owners and other guests that stay.
