A traditional three-storey cottage in central Salcombe, sleeping six guests in three bedrooms.
29 Fore Street is a traditional cottage in the centre of the popular sailing town of Salcombe, within easy reach of sandy beaches, boutique shops and restaurants. Set across three floors, there are three bedrooms, including one with a King-size bed and en suite shower room, sleeping up to six guests. The cottage has an open plan living, kitchen and dining room, plus a large furnished balcony with stunning views of the estuary. 29 Fore Street is the ideal base for a family or group looking to enjoy days on the beach, watersports, or exploring the coastline.
Amenities: Fridge, freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster.
TV, DVD, music centre. Wifi.
Washing machine and tumble dryer.
A yard at rear of property provides useful outside space plus parking for one car only.
Gas fired central heating and hot water.
All bed linen and bath towels will be provided, however guests will need to bring their beach towels. Strictly No Smoking

There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
