2 Channel View is a comfortable and spacious three-storey home, offering superb uninterrupted views of the Salcombe estuary and sandy beaches of Mill Bay and Sunny Cove. It is a short walk away from Salcombe’s famous waterside, beaches, numerous restaurants and boutique shops. It has three bedrooms, family bathroom and an en suite, and sleeps six. The accommodation provides an open plan living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs, cloakroom and sun room which leads to a terrace. 2 Channel View is the ideal home for a multi generation family looking to relax and enjoy all that Salcombe has to offer.
Amenities: Spacious furnished stone terrace for outdoor dining with splendid views. 5 minute walk to Salcombe’s waterside restaurants, cafes and shops and 10 minute walk to North Sands. WiFi. Smart TV.
Parking for two cars on private drive. Gas-fired central heating. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Highchair and baby gate provided. Outdoor covered drying area. Strictly No Smoking.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
