SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL. Stay close to the slopes of Snowmass Mountain, just a 5 minute walk to the Assay Hill ski lift (in the right conditions, you can ski back). Spectacular views from this well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with fully equipped kitchen including an Instant Pot. The free shuttle is steps away. Close walk to the free bus to Aspen. One guest parking spot. Grocery store and other shops a 90 second drive. To the back of the property, gaze upon open space where wildlife can be spotted. Bike path leads up to the village or down to the recreation center and grounds of the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival. Access to jacuzzi and pool (summer only) for guests. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Snowmass is the place to stay in the Roaring Fork Valley. The views are beautiful, the hiking trails are nearby, and Snowmass Mountain has terrain for everyone whether you are skiing in winter or biking in summer. It is easy to get to restaurants, to the town of Aspen and to the other ski mountains. This condo is in a lovely location where you can enjoy a little peace and quiet and glorious mountain vistas. HOUSE RULES:

There is a parking pass for one unassigned guest parking spot only. Parking pass must be displayed at all times and left in the condo before departure. $50 charge for lost or unreturned parking pass.

Pets are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please refrain from doing laundry during quiet hours.

Pool and hot tub hours, in season, are from 10 am to 10 pm. Please follow pool rules. The pool is only open in the summer.

No smoking, vaping or hookah use (tobacco or otherwise), either in the condo or on the balcony or in the outdoor hallways.

The condo and balcony are drug-free zones.

Please refrain from burning scented candles or incense in the condo.

County fire restrictions apply. Only use the gas grill on the balcony for barbecue. Charcoal grills are forbidden.

Keep hallways, doorways, breezeways and stairs free of your personal gear. Ok to stash skis on the ski racks outside the condo, but there is also a locked ski closet just outside the front door.

Do not hang anything from the balcony (clothes, gear, signs, etc).

Leave the ski closet key in the condo. If you lose the ski closet key, there will be a $100 charge against your deposit.

Trash must be disposed securely in the bear-proof trash shed near the shuttle stop. There is onsite recycling inside the next trash shed down the road toward Brush Creek Road. Ashes must be placed in the ash bucket in the condo. Ashes may be disposed in the ash bucket in the trash shed.

BEARS: if you see a bear, do not approach it or stand nearby to take a photo. Avoid leaving food or anything scented in your vehicle. Keep doors closed and locked when not entering or exiting. Use the trash shed locking apparatus correctly.

We stayed with another couple in the Enclave. The condo was comfortable but a bit dated. Too bad the hot tub was not in working order but the owner told us ahead of time. Lots of noises from the hot water while we were trying to sleep.

Condo was clean and had good space for 4 people. The shuttle could not have been easier to get to any of the mountains. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Would definitely stay there again.

We were 4 adults in this 2 br condo. The location was close to the Assay lift. It was about a 4-5 minute ski/walk to and from the lift. If you preferred, you could take the bus that stops at the bottom of the stairs. The condo is well set up for a week stay. It has a good kitchen for cooking in, a nice living area to relax in and comfy beds. Communication with the host (Holly) was excellent. We ate in all week so we don't have restaurant reviews. We would highly recommend using the excellent bus system to get to Ajax or Highlands. The bus has a dedicated lane and is faster and more convenient than driving/parking.

Holly's place is great -- convenient access to the slopes and the condo is comfortable and relaxing. Holly is a joy to work with and all the logistics were smooth and easy.

Loved staying here! The bus stop was at the bottom of the stairs and we were on the slops skiing within minutes. We ate in the condo each night and they had all the pots and pans needed. Hope to stay again!

Skiable to mountain as long as there is snow. Great space, clean and comfortable! Building itself has quite a few chronic noises (? HVAC/pipes?) but this is common with older buildings. Would definitely stay here again, just wish the hot tub and pool were open during the winter though… :-(

Myself and my colleague were visiting for work in Aspen. The property is fantastic and has everything you need. Comfy Beds, Great Stocked Kitchen and a Perfect balcony for a morning coffee! Close to the grocery store, free bus service to Snowmass Village and to Aspen. It was a perfect base for our work trip. Thanks Holly, hopefully we will be back again soon!

The location is great - five minute walk to Clark’s Groceries. Shuttle stop right in front. We easily walked to the Village Mall (lifts, ski rentals) and at the end of the day our daughter and boyfriend skied back to the condo. Inside it’s very comfortable for two couples or a family. We were able to cook dinner one night. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic and the view of the mountain is beautiful. On the shuttle route and SO EASY to get to base camp, clark's etc. Holly was a terrific HOST and immediately responsive to our needs. It was terrific to find a condo with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds for our family. Kitchen is well appointed and it was really nice not to have to drive the car unless we wanted to. Terrific new washer/dryer, which is essential for our family on vacation. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

Stayed here for Snowmass Jazz Festival 2022. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was just as described. We walked to and from the festival grounds every day; albeit not for the faint of heart. If walking isn't your thing grab a free shuttle nearby. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus . Clark's grocery store and liquor store 1/4 mile away. Easy communication with the owner. We definitely would come back:)

The Woodbridge condo (Upper Woodbridge) was a super location for us. Close to our friends in Lower Woodbridge, Snowmass ski resort, and the City Market. The free Village Shuttle stop was right outside the door. Property manager, Holly, was very responsive to our request to change out a couple of light bulbs. We were 2, unrelated adults staying in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The only suggestion I would have for the property manager would be to clear out the clutter in the hall closet and the closet in the 2nd (non-master) bedroom. These 2 closets were not fully usable by us as guests. During our stay, we had 35 inches of new snow in 3 days. Nice view from balcony as well.

Nice modern and clean condo with two good size bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The bus stop is right at the front steps and gets you to Snowmass base in just a few minutes. The bus is also great for getting to the grocery store, and dinner spots in Snowmass Village. Owner gets you the door code the day of check-in so you can "check-in" anytime after that without needing to get a key from anywhere. Great combination of a nice place, convenient slope access, and reasonable cost.

Holly... the only negative is that the lighting is dim. Also, two overhead lights were out. The one in the hallway should definitely be replaced.....Other then that....enjoyed!! Bradley

Great location to ski any of the mountains of Aspen. Aspen's bus service is top notch and this property is two short stops away from the major bus hub. 7 minute walk to grocery and liquor store. 10 minutes (Monday morning with no lift lines) from the time we got on the bus right outside the unit until we were seated on the main Gondola of Snowmass.

You can walk across the bridge (10 minutes) or grab the shuttle to SMV very easily. Grocery store 5 minutes walk. You should be able to avoid renting a car

Holly's condo is beautiful, just as pictured. Very comfortable, plenty of room for four friends, lovely views. A very well supplied kitchen as well. It's a short walk to a wonderful supermarket--with great coffee and croissants--and a nice diner. Very easy to take the shuttle bus, we rarely used the car. I would definitely stay here again.

Holly's place was just as advertised. Comfy furniture and bedding and a great location. The cable went down for most of our stay and, although it was out of her control, Holly made every attempt to help get it restored. We had a great stay and I would recommend her place!
