Top floor ocean facing unit, located in a quiet neighborhood and half a block from the iconic OC beach. Ocean and Beach views from living room, loft space, and balcony. Great spot with restaurants and bars within walking distance, 7-Eleven, mini golf, arcade, Northside Park, etc. nearby.
We take pride in making our guests ‘feel at home’ throughout their stay and strive to keep them coming back. We listened to the feedbacks from past seasons and made improvements for 2024 season.
•Replaced and installed brand new ductless mini-split air conditioning and heating system for 2023 season.
Cleanliness has always been top of our mind. But it’s even more critical during these times. We have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting routine and made a few changes for the new normal.

There’s no better place to sip your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail than on the large top floor balcony with beautiful Ocean View and tranquil view of Wight Street. If you are lucky, you can even see pod of dolphins swimming by from the unit.
Location: Great family spot near Delaware shopping but in Maryland. Walk to everything, steps from the beach, and safe atmosphere.
Getting Around: Location! Location! Location! Most thing you want to do is a short walk away. Can take OC’s famous $3 Ride-All-Day bus pass to downtown Ocean City boardwalk area if you do not want to drive. Track your bus real time with the TransLoc Rider App (Select Ocean City transportation).
On-Site Private Parking. Two assigned parking spaces. Street parking is available on Wight St, 139th, and 140th St.
Great place, nothing but smiles. Bring your linens and towels, take your worries away and start your relaxing beach getaway. You will need to supply your own bath/beach towels, sheets for 3 Queen size beds and a Queen size sleeper sofa, pillow cases, and blankets. If you prefer to rent, we can provide contact information for the rental companies in OC.
House Rules: No pets. No smoking. No parties or events. No grilling or fires of any kind on the balcony.
This place is meant for adults or families, not meant for teens or college groups. Please respect our neighbors and the OC Noise Law of no excessive noise inside or out after 11pm.
Guest must not disturb other residents of the condo complex or surrounding neighborhood. Loud and boisterous activity will not be tolerated and will result in eviction without refund.
Guest must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent who is 25 or older.
*Children should not roam free on the parking lot, condo stairs, climb on furniture or railings, hang out of windows, or engaged in other unsupervised activities.
All Federal, State, and Local laws must be obeyed at all time.
If police are dispatched to the property, there will be immediate removal of all guests from the condo and termination of the rental agreement. No refunds will be given and the damage deposit will be forfeited.
Sand Management is Critical! When you return from the beach please “rinse your toes with the hose”. Rinse off at the outdoor shower before you come inside. Please remove your shoes at the door.
Report any damage/stains as soon as it occurs so we can make proper repairs.
Please do not try to “hide” damage. We understand that accidents happen and appreciate the opportunity to fix things for the next guest.
Renters is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy (We are not talking about a broken wine glass or plate here).
All trash must be removed from the unit when departing. This includes used items in the fridge. Please don’t leave trash bag by the front door of the unit. There is a large condo trash can by the parking spaces. Please do dishes and put things back where you found them (dishes put away, suitcase rack back in the closet, furniture in the original spot, etc.).
*Not following the house rules is a forfeiture of damage deposit*

This condo is very nicely furnished/decorated and was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Our kids, ages 9 and 11, loved the upstairs bedroom/loft area. Two full bathrooms, a designated living area, separate master bedroom, full kitchen, and washer and dryer set this condo apart from your typical hotel suite. The balcony with ocean views and plenty of seating was one of the highlights for me. The location can't be beat- extremely close and easy beach access, and while it's not in the heart of Ocean City (the boardwalk is about a 15 minute drive away), it's actually really nice to be in a less-populated, quieter area, while still being close to many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store nearby.
The only real downside was having to bring our own towels and bedding. From the property description, it seems like these used to be provided until covid, when everyone needed to bring their own. I think it's safe to say four years later that this is no longer necessary, and packing those takes up a ton of room and is quite a hassle. Rental companies are available for guests to use at an extra cost, but obviously it's much easier to have them already at the property.
Overall it was an absolute treat to stay here and we would definitely reserve the property again if we decide to return to Ocean City MD!

Communication with owners was great. Love the location and the property; condo was lovely. Loved sitting on the balcony. The reason for the 4 stars was only cosmetic - black mildew around showers; caulk possibly needs to be redone or cleaned better? Just a little offputting. Overall, very nice and enjoyable. We will be back!

Owner has made improvements that are perfect for the beach vibe. The floors are easy to clean and other logistical furnishings are present which made the experience a home away from home. Loved the views to the beach from the balcony was an added surprise!!

What a phenomenal property in North Ocean City. It was perfect for our family and Roger and Vanessa had thought of everything when preparing this house for guests! My husband and I were thrilled to have access to beach chairs and an umbrella for outside and a baby gate and bath tub for the little ones, inside. No detail was left un touched and all just steps away from the sand. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit! We certainly will be recommending this property for seasons to come!

This was a great place for our quick getaway. The view was better than expected and the short walk to the beach was so convenient. We could also easily walk to wonderful restaurants. Even though this property is in Ocean City, it is in a quiet location.

My family and me really enjoyed are stay at this condo in OCMD! It was beautiful and in a perfect spot that we could walk to the beach. Vanessa and Roger were very easy to get in touch with and made the experience worth while!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious with great views. The owners were very responsive and even left a surprise for us! Location is amazing - quiet, nice beach, close to Delaware and you can still ride the bus down to the OCMD boardwalk if you want. A binder with plenty of information was provided and would be helpful if you’re not familiar with the area. Beach chairs were even included with the rental. Highly recommend booking your next vacation here at the Spirit of Ocean City! We hope to come back in the future!

This was a very clean, beautifully decorated, recently renovated condo with one bedroom and a loft (2 queen beds total). There was also a nice deck with a partial ocean view. My family of four (with two young teens) truly enjoyed our stay in August 2022! The condo offered everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards, a beach mat etc. Lots of outlets and USB ports as well. The Lockly app was easy to use and instructions were clear. The owners were very responsive when I had a question. The only somewhat negative thing I can say is that we had to bring our own towels and bedding which was kind of inconvenient. For the price we paid this should have been included. Despite this, I highly recommend this property!

Quick communication from owner. Very clean and modern unit. Awesome location on a quiet side street with a view of the ocean from the balcony. Very relaxing blue captain chairs to drink your coffee or an adult beverage. If you like firm beds than your in for a treat.

We enjoyed our stay at The Loft in July 2022 and it suited our family our four traveling with grandparents. Excellent location steps from a handicapped accessible beach. Two parking spaces was a bonus. The two-level condo with two full baths makes for nice separation and privacy. We didn't mind using the spiral staircase to the loft upstairs or the flight of stairs to the front door, but some might find it inconvenient. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and being located on Wight Street is a plus since it is virtually a promenade each day of walkers, runners, bikers. Condo has any amenities you could want, including many smart features. A special treat from the owners upon arrival was a nice touch. Thank you for sharing The Loft with our family!

Very nice stay, less than 3 min walk to beach! Home was clean and comfortable, hosts were very responsive!!! Fun stay for all, especially with kids-the spiral stairway was neat. Balcony was perfect for 4-6 adults, quiet with nice view to ocean!

They made vacation easy...
This place was wonderful. I loved how easy they made it and how well stocked it was with things like paper products, cleaning products, soap, etc. Mornings on the deck were relaxing and my boys loved the loft! My only concern was how hard the beds were. Otherwise fantastic!

Love this condo!
This was my second time staying here because we so enjoyed our first time! Clean, bright and airy, well stocked kitchen for cooking, excellent communication from the owner, great location for food and shopping, so close to the beach, and the deck is really nice to use any time of the day. It really is a perfect condo for the way we like to do a beach vacation! Can't wait to find another time to book again.
