Perfectly positioned close to Shoal Bay Beach, Wests Diggers Club, public buses and Little Beach boat ramp is this spacious three bedroom duplex.
Your family and friends will appreciate this property as soon as they drive up the driveway. The private courtyard is a perfect place to sit back in the sun and have a BBQ. The downstairs area has open plan living, kitchen and laundry. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and bathroom (there is a second toilet downstairs).

Im not happy with this accommodation beacuse the carpets were dirty alot and vacuum cleaner filter full of dust, not much kitchen pot and etc. The pots were rusty

Good value, great location
Whilst the style of the place is a little outdated, it was great value for money, a good size for a family and in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and walking distance to Shoal Bay shops. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
