The chalet is located in the centre of Les Carroz d’Arâches (400 m away from the shops), at the foot of the slopes (250 m from the Télé-École novice track ski lift). From a very quiet neighbourhood you are facing nature (forest and mountains).
The chalet is fully equipped: one television per bedroom, household appliances in duplicate (2 dishwashers, 2 fan assisted hot-air ovens, 2 microwaves), a double-door refrigerator, a large induction plates cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, classical coffee maker. In the game room you will find a table football game and a billiard. The lounge has a high ceiling and a custom-made granite fireplace. There is also a mezzanine.
Two high chairs and two folding beds for children are available for free.
The chalet is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Entry with wardrobe
- Large dining room (max. 20 people) with 3 large high-end Hind Rabii chandeliers
- Open-plan kitchen opening towards the dining room. In the kitchen you will find a bar, granite worktop, 2 dishwashers, 2 fan assisted hot-air ovens, 2 microwaves, a large induction plate cooker and a double-door refrigerator with ice maker. The sink’s drain board is cut in the mass of the granite worktop. It has a professional tap. All kitchen necessities for up to 20 people are provided: pots, pressure cooker, food processor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, classical coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glasses in large quantities, etc.
- High ceiling (up to 4.5 m) living room with visible beams and a custom-made granite fireplace, conform to the kitchen’s work surface. In this designer atmosphere area you will find 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a television and potentiometer spots allowing you to temper the light.
- Covered terrace (30 m²) in extension of the living room
- Bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), private shower (90x90 cm) room and television.
- Separate toilet
- Small storage room with electric shoe dryer for 20 pairs of ski shoes
Upstairs:
- Mezzanine with two sofa-beds (both 160 cm wide) with quality bed linen, plus a rollaway bed. This has a private shower (90x90 cm) room with two washbasins and a separate toilet. There is also a television. The mezzanine is separated from the dining / living room and is accessed via stairs in the entrance.
- Two bedrooms: each one has a double bed (160x200 cm), private shower (90x90 cm) room and television.
- Bedroom with one double (160x200 cm) and one single (90x190 cm) bed, with private shower (90x90 cm) room and television.
- Separate toilet
On the ground floor:
- Bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), private bathroom (bathtub and 90x90 cm shower) and television.
- Two bedrooms: each one has a double bed (160x200 cm), private shower (90x90 cm) room and television.
- Game room with a real Bonzini pub-quality table football game and a billiard.
- Noble aspen wood sauna (without knots) with indirect and appeasing illumination. The control panel and accessories are iPhone style.
- Separate toilet
Outside:
- Large terrace (more than 100 m², partially covered) in composite wood, including a large space with chromotherapy-style colored fiber optic ceiling and lounge chairs
- Landscaped garden designed by a landscape architect: local essences plantations, a wooden path, stones from the region etc.
All of the above is emerged in an absolute tranquillity, facing nature (mountains and trees). Still, all of the facilities you need are at walking distance: shops, access to the slopes, access to the ESF (French Ski School Organisation), tourist information office and so on.
For your comfort, numerous services are available in and around the chalet: a private chef, home delivery of meals, massages, daily cleaning, babysitting, etc.
In case of lockdown preventing you from coming, your will be refunded.
