About this house rental

Beautiful villa of 150 m² on two floors, recent and air-conditioned, with swimming pool 9x4m, on 2500 m² of fenced and planted land.
It is located in a quiet residential area, yet only five minutes from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence.

Very bright the living room opens onto the terrace and the garden.

Fully equipped, this villa can accommodate up to 7 people. It consists on the ground floor of a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with access to a terrace which opens onto a large garden.

On the first floor are four bedrooms with very comfortable double beds, two bathrooms with Italian shower. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, essential in summer.

The terraces are perfect for having breakfast, an aperitif or taking a nap under the oak. There is also a large swimming pool which will be there to refresh you all day. A barbecue area and a ping pong table will enhance your sunny days.

You can park several cars on the property, whose plot is completely fenced.
We are also close to bus stops.

This property is lovely and we were met by Steve who was very friendly and helpful. There was no kettle in the house and when my wife pointed this out he provided us with one within the hour. We were surprised to find that there was a studio attached to the house which was also being rented out and although whoever was using it did not bother us they would have been able to access the garden. There is no mention of this in the property description and it would have put us off renting the property had we known. Our stay was then spoilt by a rude email from the owner telling us that we had been putting recyclables into a neighbours bin and that both the owner and his neighbour were unhappy about this and we needed to remove our recyclables from said bin. The context of this is that there is a shared lane to these properties and at the end of it there are several bins, having not been told any different we assumed that the bins were communal. There was no marking on the bins to say who they belonged to. I think that the owner should have been a little more polite in his email and perhaps provide a recycling bin for his property. He should not expect people to know what to do without any explanation.

House is nice even if we had few minor isssue with pool and tv, main issue is that they rent a studio attached to the house and you have people coming and going as they please while you are here including the owner. Would have been nice to know about it.otherwise very praticle house. Steve the point of contact is very nice and helpfull

We loved the house, super comfortable and practical for a large family. Central A/C in all rooms, modern bathrooms. Beautiful pool, terrace and large property. 15 mins to Aix en Provence, 40 mins to Marseille and an hour to all beautiful towns of Provence. Supermarket, bakery and gourmet food shops 5 mins away. Highly recommended.

We spent a lovely week at this stunning villa, the house, pool, terrace and garden were all exceptional. Shops within 10-15 minutes walking distance, Aix 50 by foot or 15 by car. Jean-Marc was extremely helpful and a great host. Many thanks

We absolutely loved this house and property. Super clean, wonderful amenities, great neighbourhood. I really shouldn’t be telling everyone so that it can be the best kept secret! 😂 Aix is also a great base for exploring the region. Loved it and already want to come back!

The villa is perfectly situated two miles from the historic downtown of Aix. With four bedrooms and two full baths, a modern kitchen, and pool and patio, it gave us wonderful space to laugh and enjoy family life in France. Merci mille fois Jean Marc.

Prachtig verblijf, alles aanwezig zoals vooraf aangegeven. Zalig zwembad, kinderen superblij. Zeer aangename kennismaking met Dhr Jean-Marc, supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heeft ons gewoon laten doen en indien er iets was stond hij er binnen de 10 minuten. Wij komen zeker terug !!!

Superbe maison, proche du centre d'Aix en Provence, dans un quartier très calme. Spacieuse, très agréable à vivre, cette maison dispose au rez de chaussé d'un plancher rafraîchissant qui offre un confort remarquable en été. La grande pièce à vivre donne sur une terrasse aménagée qui nous invite au repos ou à l'apéro entre amis, et ce, juste devant la piscine et le grand jardin. Que demander de plus ! Autre atout, des commerces de bouche sont à proximité. Daiva, très disponible, nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux (avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue) et a été très conciliante quant à l horaire de départ. En résumé, une maison dans laquelle on se sent bien et qui donne envie d'y revenir. Cordialement

This home (yard and pool) is so beautiful! The photos don’t do it justice. We can’t say enough about this awesome, spacious home and hosts. Location great for day trips—central location-10 min drive to Aix-en-Provence city centre, 45 min to Cassis, 2 hours to Nice. We didn’t want to leave!

This is a comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of Aix. The house had everything we needed and was a lovely place to relax. The boys enjoyed the pool and table tennis and we all enjoyed the hammock! Jean-Marc was a very welcoming and helpful host. The nearby village (10 - 15 minutes walk) provided a good boulangerie and other essential supplies. Aix was easy to access by car (about 10 minutes drive) and is a characterful town with many museums, shops, restaurants and bars. Overall, a very good place to spend a restful week in Provence. Thank you.

Nous avons occupé cette villa en famille pendant une semaine en juillet. Elle est superbement bien située, à quelques minutes d'Aix-En-Provence, dans un quartier calme et soigné. Aix est une ville animée avec son marché et ses restos. La villa est neuve, bien agencée et équipée, lumineuse et spacieuse . La boulangerie est à quelques minutes, ...idéal pour les croissants frais du matin. Nous avons apprécié les repas en terrasse, la piscine...et l'armoire à vin :) À voir à proximité : le Château Lacoste et son parcours "Art et Architecture"...superbe découverte !
