Excellent apartment

Breakfast n/a as self catering but various other food and drink pleasantly supplied . Everything needed supplied . Location close to bus and train station . We have stayed in 5 properties on this holiday and this is the best

A lovely apartment in a lovely spot.

The apartment had everything we needed, even a lovely welcoming pack from the hosts. The location is close to train and bus station, restaurants, food outlets and the old city. Faro is lovely as were the hosts. The apartment is very modern and great to stay in.

Having to leave Faro, wish that we could have stayed longer.

Had an active adventurous stay, where the location of this property was a big help!

The property was clean, well equipped and in a decent location only 2 minutes away from the bus station! This meant it is the ideal place to stay if you wanted to explore the surrounding area by bus which is what we did! When we arrived we were greeted by a generous welcome basket with been an and wine and this was much appreciated, so thank you. One of the best places we have stayed in!

I’d stay again!

A great location with easy access to bus and train stations. Central enough to walk around the city. Everything you could need is already in the appartment with a lovely starter pack to get you settled in. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Responsive owners that are happy to assist with anything needed. I’d stay again.

I kept my case on the lower level as I couldn’t lift it up the spiral stairs.

We enjoyed our time in Faro. The apartment is well equipped and in a quiet yet convenient location.

Convenient location. Very clean. Loved the keyless entry option. Esmeralda and Fernando were quick to respond to questions and provided information on restaurants.

Super place to stay,prime location for the Marina, and local amenities can't fault it, a nice welcome pack of groceries and drinks,to start off the stay in Faro ,so well equipped you could live there for months, Fernando and Esmeralda are so easy to deal with, stayed in Blue Barqueta last year, equally as good ,I travel by motorbike and parking couldn't be easier, within 200mtrs,

I didn't like leaving, love the place ❤️

A pleasent stay at an excellent location

This apartment is really cute with pretty furniture and tasteful decoration. It has all the amenities, nothing was missing. The host is really good and the fridge was supplied with breakfast food, wine, and beer. The location is perfect, literally 2 mins to bus & train and few minutes to the marina and the historic center or the street with restaurants and shops.

To get to the bedroom, there is a steep and narrow staircase. It could be difficult for older people. Having the bathroom downstairs and climbing that staircase up and down for the bathroom was a bit difficult for me as well. I did not even try to bring my suitcase up there where there is the clothing closet. Since I was staying only 2 nights, this didn't become an issue. The entrance code to the building always worked perfectly but for the code for the apt, I had to reenter it a couple of times. For some reason, it did not work many times.

Excellent location to visit Faro. Comfortable, cosy, new, clean. Really everything you might need is in the apartment - from the bottle of wine in the fridge to the umbrella. Useful informations for your touristic stay (including the description of all technical equipment in the appartment). Toilet and shower with separate entrances. Bed very comfortable and the whole space for sleeping upstairs on the mezzanine is top.

Superb

We loved staying at the yellow barqueta studio. The apartment was beautiful and cozy, nicely decorated and very clean. Every little detail was thought of, for example there was some food and drinks waiting when we arrived. The apartment was a perfect place to spend a lovely Christmas.

The location was good as it was very central and close to the harbor, Only the street where the apartment is and few blocks around it, is a bit shabby/shady, so if I would have been travelling alone, I would have probably felt uncomfortable walking in the neighborhood alone after dark. Going with my partner and being a bit aware of your surroundings, it was ok. Also there is a lot of development and renovation going on in the area as well, so probably in a year or so the area will have already changed a lot to the better.

Perfect

The apartment was very spacious and located close to the train station and the Marina and historical Landmarks. A plethera of cafes are nearby. All within short walking distance. It is ultra sparkling clean and very comfortable. The refrigerator was even stocked with wine, beer, ham and cheese and eggs and butter!! The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need. There is a washer and even two detergents for the washer. The hosts are very kind and very happy to provide any support needed. I love this studio!!! I would stay again and again....unless I were no longer able to walk up the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor. I am tall and had no issues bumping my head while walking up the staircase. Thank you to the hosts and this beautiful studio

Esmeralda & Fernando looked after all details . And sooo cute they left us some cheese , Ham , bread fruit eggs and milk in fridge. I highly recommand the place. And it ia 5 min walk to center and 3 min walk to Faro train station and gare routiere .

Spotlessly clean. Good communication. Every item you might think necessary provided. Excellent location with short walk to old town, nightlife, restaurants, bus and train stations. Generous welcome pack. Good shower and toilet.Safe provided. Good security. Excellent WiFi an television.

Exceptional

The studio is designed perfectly, every detail is well thought off and practical in the same time. It was spot on and so clean. We also got welcoming food package in the fridge. Location is perfect, 200m from the train station and right in the middle of the area of cute restaurants and bars. We stayed for 2 nights but for sure I would like to come back and stay longer. Hosts were really nice and also arranged an early taxi to the airport for us. Would recommend!

Overall great, lovely hosts

The hosts were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The area is very local and quiet. The Apartment was bright and spacious and many things were provided for us such as a welcome hamper of food and wine. Perfect apartment for a couple travelling by rail, bus or plane as there are many travel links nearby (within 100m).

Parking was difficult and we ended up parking very far from the apartment. Soundproofing in the room was not very good; we could hear the metal stairs from the next room very loudly.
