This property includes a forest of 40 hectares belonging to us: hiking and biking, horseback or on foot
a PING PONG table with rackets and balls available and 3 mountain bikes
The house has been redecorated entirely over the last 3 years, the last works date from this year
The house has to rent: 3 ROOMS in all: 2 on the floor with 1 DOUBLE BATHROOM VASQUE AND 1 with the DRC composed of A SMALL SUITE WITH ROOM D 'WATER. SHEETS AND TOILET TOWELS AND BATHROOMS INCLUDED
2 separate toilets (1 on the floor, 1 on the ground floor),
GROUND FLOOR: 1 kitchen open on SAM, a separate living room of 40m2 with fireplace, a laundry with sink washing machine, dryer and freezer, covered terrace with table and armchairs
2 Cots available with sheets and towels, changing table with bath included on request and all baby equipment (pot, toilet reducer bath) booster seat on request, high chair, child booster for car
All household products are available upon your arrival. A refreshment awaits you in the fridge also on your arrival
Checks deposit of 1000 € and 100 € requested on arrival uncashed and returned, if no problems, the day of release
A person providing the maintenance of this house can take care of the household several times during your stay if you wish it is necessary just to specify it during your reservation (15 € per hour); the end-of-stay cleaning is at 100 € and subject to a cleaning according to the conditions specified when the keys are handed over (ie emptied trash cans, sheets removed, row house, fridge and freezer and lava dishes emptied, kitchens ranged and household does requiring no more than 6 hours of cleaning done by one person, if not retained on check of deposit of 100 €)
For a rental of 2 consecutive weeks, obligatory midwife cleaning but offered
One person will take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden 3 times a week (included in the price)
YOU CAN ORDER YOUR RACES on the site of Fayence superU before your arrival with delivery to the drive we take care to recover them for your arrival on Saturday (20 €)
