Beautiful property of 400 m2 brand new with 6 bedrooms (plus a mezzanine) on a plot of 1600 m2, with large pool and large tiled deck.
Like most buildings in the Caribbean the house is designed with wide openings to allow the cool breeze to enter the house. The living rooms are spacious and furnished in a very refined contemporary style. Around the large swimming pool wide beaches with sun loungers. A covered terrace with a very large living room.
This property comprises:
- the house with 4 bedrooms: 3 on the ground floor, independent with opening onto the pool and terrace and upstairs: a bedroom with a private terrace, a TV room with 2 beds;
- 2-bedroom bungalow with king size bed
All rooms are air-conditioned with each own bathroom. The kitchen with the most modern equipment is fully open to the living rooms: the living room and the dining room. Large laundry room with washing machine and dryer - Satellite TV, wireless internet, barbecue, gas generator - Parking 4 cars - Cleaning service every day.
