Villa of 93m2 with living room/dining room/open kitchen, 4 bedrooms for a maximum of 10 people, 1 shower room + 1 bathroom with WC, 1 separate WC.
-Clear sea view, not overlooked.
-Private pool 8m50x3m50, for private use, heated to 28°C from March 22, 2025 to November 8, 2025 (no extra charge). Other dates on request and with an added cost.
-1900m2 enclosed garden, terraces with tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue.
-Very bright house, quiet in a dead end.
-Close to city center and beaches; free shuttle to city center and beaches in July-August.
-Wi-Fi, Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms.
-Garage + 2 parking spaces.

Bedroom 1 - 1 double bed 160x200cm, air conditioning
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds 80x200cm (can be joined into 1 160cm bed), air conditioning
Bedroom 3 - 2 bunk beds 90x190cm + 1 double bed 140x200cm
Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds 80x200cm (can be combined into 1 bed of 160cm)
Baby cot on request.

Pour nous la maison idéale: en impasse , le jardin clos et arboré sans vis à vis , notre chien bienvenu.La vue sur la mer, la piscine chauffée...L'accès au centre ville de Cavalaire est aisé en voiture mais peut se faire à pieds.Le contact avec la propriétaire est courtois.

Das freistehende Haus hat eine tolle Lage und der Ausblick unbeschreiblich schön. Egal ob man morgens den Kaffee oder abends den Sonnenuntergang genoss, hatte man auf die Gegend und das Meer eine tolle Panorama. Auch vom Pool aus bot sich ein toller Blick aufs Meer und die vielen Yachten. Zum Meer konnte man laufen (ca. 30 Minuten) oder 8 Minuten mit dem Auto runterfahren. Sehr schöne und saubere Strände. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und am Anwesen komplett und es war dort alles vorhanden, was man brauchte.Die Zimmer hatten Klimaanlage und genügend Schränke. Die Küche hatte eine Vollausstattung. Eine neue Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Alles top sauber!!! Im Garten gab es verschiedene Pflanzen wie: Palmen, Kakteene und viel Rosmarin. Der Duft war einfach toll!! Die Umgebung nicht stark befahren, am Ende einer Sackgasse und deshalb sehr ruhig. Trotzdem konnte man auch kleine Partys feiern. Wirklich empfehlenswert !! Die Vernieter waren immer gut per Telefon oder Email erreichbar und alles total unkompliziert!!! Danke Stephanie!!! La maison individuelle est très bien située et la vue est d'une beauté indescriptible. Que vous ayez apprécié votre café le matin ou le coucher du soleil le soir, vous aviez un superbe panorama sur la région et la mer. De la piscine également, il y avait une vue magnifique sur la mer et les nombreux yachts. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la mer (environ 30 minutes) ou descendre 8 minutes en voiture. Plages très belles et propres. L'équipement de la maison et de la propriété était complet et tout était disponible, ce dont vous aviez besoin.Les chambres avaient l'air conditionné et suffisamment de placards. La cuisine était entièrement équipée. Une nouvelle machine à laver est également disponible. Tout était très propre! Dans le jardin, il y avait différentes plantes comme: des palmiers, des cactus et beaucoup de romarin. Le parfum était tout simplement génial !! Le quartier n'est pas très fréquenté, au bout d'une impasse et donc très calme. Néanmoins, vous pouvez également organiser de petites fêtes. Vraiment recommandable! Les riveteuses étaient toujours faciles à joindre par téléphone ou par e-mail et tout était totalement simple! Merci Stéphanie !!!

Funktional und sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in schöner und ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Cavaliere und St. Croix Valmer. Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern (5 und 9 Jahre) zwei herrliche Ferienwochen verbracht. Haus, Pool und Garten sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen.!

Déception à tout niveaux, terrasse avant non protégée du soleil,terrasse arrière sale et peu engageante, nombre de chaises longues insuffisant, pas de connexion internet les premiers jours consacrés à corriger les manquements, aucune attention pour les locataires laissés sans information et description des lieux et des environs.

Propriété très bien placée et très calme (elle est située sur les hauteurs et surtout au bout d'une impasse). Les randonnées environnantes sont toujours très plaisantes dans ce bord de mer très préservé.

Maison agréable surtout la localisation avec magnifique vue sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse mais au calme loin de la cohue ! Aucun vis à vis et 5mn en voiture pour aller en bord de plage Piscine très appréciable

Wir hatten hier zu sechst (mit 2 Kindern und Großeltern) zwei wunderbare Wochen. Für 6 Personen passt die Villa sehr gut, für mehr Personen wird es, insbesondere durch die Bad-/Toilettensituation etwas eng. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire ist phantastisch! Die Strände, Cavalaire Centre sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Alles in allem super - wir überlegen wiederzukommen!

Erwartungshaltung an das Feriendomizil wurde voll erfüllt; großartige Lage mit Blick über das Meer. Sauberer und wohltemperierter Pool. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Da die Badkapazitäten begrenzt sind, ist eine Vollbelegung mit 10 Personen problematisch.
