The boat launch on the property is not available for renter's use. There is a nearby boat launch for renters to launch their boat.
Please note that the dock hits ground when the water level reaches 500 MSL (usually November). Water levels can be checked at www.smithlake.info.
Please Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed at the front door/porch, and on the covered porch.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
