Mapaï is a new 6 bedroom villa, freshly built, ideal for accommodating a group of friends or family.
Located opposite the island of Pinel, in a private and secure area, called Les Terrasses de Cul de Sac, the Mapaï villa is an exceptional high-end villa.

Mapai is located just minutes from necessities such as a supermarket, gas station, bakery, pharmacy and excellent restaurants.
The Cul de Sac district is a five-minute drive from the Grand Case district known for its local and festive atmosphere, and a five-minute drive from Orient Bay, a very famous beach where there are many restaurants or spend the day, which offer a whole range of nautical activities, as well as restaurants for dinner.

Five bedrooms are equipped with a Queen size bed (180x200), and the sixth has two bunk beds to accommodate four guests.

Two bedrooms, which are located on either side of the villa, open onto the terrace through sliding doors and offer stunning sea views from the bed.
The third can be accessed from inside the villa, or for more independence and privacy, through its private terrace overlooking the garden.

The fourth bedroom also offers the possibility of accessing either from the interior or from the bay window which gives onto a private access.

The fifth bedroom would normally be dedicated to children because the bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, but it can also be very suitable for a group of adult friends.

The sixth bedroom is an independent studio located below the villa with a magnificent view of the sea from your pillow. The studio is equipped with its bathroom, toilet and dressing room.

Villa Mapaï offers direct access to the sea thanks to the large pontoon built just at the foot of the villa.
This pontoon is perfect for exploring the seabed with fins, masks and snorkel, or even catching kayaks and paddling to the Pinel islet, which is 10 minutes from the house.

Mapaï is located only few minutes driving from necessities such as grocery shops, gas station, bakery, pharmacy and very nice restaurants.
Cul de Sac is five minutes drive from the nice and festive Grand Case, and five minutes drive from Orient Bay, a very famous beach with beach restaurants, dinner restaurants and lots of water sport activities.

The villa is composed of a very large deck, widely open onto the ocean, with a magnificent view on Little Key, and Pinel island, facing the sunrise. On the side of the deck is built a Barbecue area, with a Weber brand new gas barbecue.
The outside deck is decorated with very good taste, and offers comfortable lounge options: a large sun beds or sun chairs with just enough shade to enjoy a nice nap in the afternoon.
The long heated infinity pool, will allow you to contemplate the magnificent Cul de Sac bay with its different shades of turquoise water while having a swim.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilets, television and safe, and they are all connected to the living room area.

The third may be accessed from the villa, or for more privacy, by its private terrasse area with garden view.

The fourth bedroom also has the option to access either from the inside of the villa, or through the sliding doors.

The fifth bedroom, would normally be dedicated to kids, as the bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, but could fit a group of adults friends also.

The sixth bedroom is an independent studio with a magnificent view on the sea from the bed. The room is equipped with its own bathroom, toilet, dressing room and independent entrance.

Villa Mapaï offers a direct access to the sea as it is equipped with a Pontoon.
This pontoon is perfect to go snorkeling in front of the house, or grab the Kayaks and paddle up to Pinel island.
