We really enjoyed our stay at Easter 2024 in the traditional and rustic stone house. The building with a large garden plot is located about 3 km outside the pretty village of Ménerbes, surrounded by vineyards and forest, on a country road with very little traffic. On the first floor there is a living and dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, each with access to the terrace and parking lot. On the upper floor are the two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower. There are two separate toilets, one of which has a separate utility room, on half levels at the top of the stairs. The entire furnishing is very tasteful and functional, and the fireplace also worked well with the utensils provided. Only a privacy screen on the small toilet windows facing the street would be desirable. Billing of electricity and final cleaning was transparent and without blame. The swimming pool is located in the garden and is a nice size, even if we couldn't use it yet due to the time of year. W-LAN works well downstairs, upstairs it is a bit weak. As a family of four, we felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend this accommodation. We mostly used the shopping facilities in Coustellet (Super U, ALDI, petrol station), which can be reached by car in around ten minutes. There are also a few places to eat and drink in Ménerbes. Many tourist destinations in the surrounding area can be reached quite quickly by car.

We had an excellent stay. So lovely and relaxing. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and each room was spacious and very comfortable. The private pool and pool area is amazing! The house is very well located for exploring the beautiful hillside villages in the luberon and surrounding areas. It is also in a quiet area so nice and peaceful. The communication with Dany and Fabien was excellent; from our initial questions, booking, to our arrival and while we were staying at the house. They were very welcoming and excellent hosts- nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Dany and Fabien for a wonderful stay!

Traumhaus!
Wunderschönes gemütliches Haus, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, zwei Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto keine 10 min. Entfernt. Mit dem Kaminofen braucht man auch keine Heizung unten (waren im März da, da wurde es abends schonmal unter 10 grad).
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Un grand merci à Mr et Mme Gazzano pour la qualité de leur accueil. Nous avons passé une belle semaine, très agréable. Localisation de la maison est parfaite au coeur des plus beaux villages du Vaucluse. La maison est très agréable et confortable. L'équipement est riche, on ne manque de rien. La cheminée est agréable au mois de février. Merci !

On ne peut que recommander cette ravissante maison, dans laquelle on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi, et qui offre une localisation idéale, à la fois pour partir à la découverte de ce magnifique pays, et pour se ressourcer au milieu d’une belle nature généreuse. On trouve toute la qualité des productions agricoles provençales dans les villages environnant et on les déguste au calme dans ce havre de paix. La piscine est très agréable et garantit la fraîcheur sous le soleil estival. Merci à nos hôtes pour ces 2 semaines requinquantes. Nous y retournerions volontiers.

Zowel van buiten als binnen is deze woning gebouwd op een smaakvolle, bijna kunstzinnige manier met oog voor verrassende details. De keuken, slaapkamers, badkamer en beide toiletten zijn groot en mooi ingericht.
Hoewel het een geschakelde woning is is de privacy nagenoeg 100%. Alles, meubels, bedden, keukenmateriaal enz. is mooi en van goede kwaliteit. De grote tuin met zwembad biedt verschillende plekken om aangenaam buiten te zijn, in zon of schaduw. Alles is schoon en netjes verzorgd.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Obwohl sich das Wetter nicht von der besten Seite zeigte, konnten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbringen. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Falls es klappt, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hierher.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, sicherer KFZ Stellplatz. Großer Pool den man bei den Temperaturen lieben lernt. Menerbes liegt zentral, sodass man von da aus sehr gut die Provence erkunden kann. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Ruhig und entspannte Ferien
Sehr schöner Garten zum Entspannen, ruhig gelegen. Preis/Leistung waren ok, Vermieter sehr nett. Günstige Lage um den Luberon zu erkunden und die Provence. Alles gut in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben in Menerbes auch gut gegessen. Entspannung auch am Pool.

Weihnachten und Silvester in der Provence
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, ca. 1.5 km vor dem Ort Ménerbes, näher an Les Baumettes, am Ende einer ruhigen Landstraße, mit sehr wenig Verkehr.
Selbst in der Winterzeit gibt es immer wieder Tage an denen man das Mittagessen oder auch das frühe Abendessen auf einer der beiden schönen Freisitze einnehmen kann.
Wir bewohnten das Haus 14 Tage lang von vor Weihnachten bis zum 3.1.2018.
Das Ambiente ist insgesamt gut und die Kosten – Nutzenrelation stimmt.
In der Winterzeit (Heizperiode) ist es ratsam, neben der im Haus vorhandenen Elektroheizung auch den sehr gut heizenden, offenen Kamin, im Wohnzimmer zu nutzen. Er heizt praktisch das gesamte Haus, außer den Schlafzimmern. Das Kaminholz wird vom Vermieter gestellt und war ausreichend vorhanden.
Der Vermieter übernimmt von den anfallenden, in Frankreich günstigen Stromkosten während des Aufenthaltes 8 kw/Tag. (bei uns für die 14 Tage Aufenthalt 15,-€ insgesamt)
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit, auch für Ratschläge z.B. zu Restaurantempfehlungen, erreichbar.
Im Dezember findet in Ménerbes ein schöner regionaler Trüffelmarkt statt.
Ménerbes liegt für Ausflüge in die gesamte Provence sehr zentral.
Selbst die Alpilles sind in ca. 45 Min. mit dem Pkw bequem zu erreichen, so dass das Haus sich gut als Mittelpunkt für ausgedehnte Erkundungstouren in der gesamten Provence und in die naheliegende Alpenregion eignet.

Aller à Ménerbes à pieds par les chemins détournés, visiter Lacoste, Bonnieux, Goult, Gordes, Roussillon, .... sans parcourir des kilomètres en voiture.
Et la piscine après une belle journée de visites.

Bel endroit
Très bel endroit agréable et reposant à 5 minutes en voiture de l'exceptionnel village. La maison est fonctionnelle à souhait, l'extérieur est parfait avec son côté ombre et son côté soleil. La piscine bien exposée possède une taille idéale. Enfin, les propriétaires des lieux sont charmants. En conclusion, un bel endroit pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Semaines de rêve dans un endroit paradisiaque en tous points conforme à la description, ce qui est rarement le cas. Propriétaires charmants, disponibles, mais extrêmement discrets. Magnifique propriété entourée de vignes. Très belle piscine idéalement exposée. Agréables terrasses, l'une ensoleillée, l'autre à l'ombre. Immense jardin très bien entretenu. Connexion internet fonctionnant parfaitement. Assurément une des plus belles régions de France avec ses magnifiques villages perchés (Gordes, Bonnieux, Lourmarin, Ménerbes, Oppède-le-Vieux, etc), ses marchés paysans, ses petits restaurants, ses produits locaux et... son soleil. Dix jours de calme absolu dans cette demeure chaleureuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée par des propriétaires souriants et cordiaux.
N'hésitez pas à y séjourner en plein hiver: le foyer, d'une parfaite efficacité, vous réchauffera aussi bien dans la grande pièce de vie que dans la spacieuse salle de bains à l'étage.
Nul doute qu'à la belle saison vous préférerez sans doute vous rafraichir dans la piscine...mais pour y goûter, il nous faudra revenir, ce que nous ferions bien volontiers!

Nous étions très decu par cette maison de campagne. Avant de louer, j'ai demandé si la maison était clame et si'il y avait des voisins à côté. La proprietaire m'a répondu que on aurait la tranquillité absolue et que le voisin était à 250 metres. En arrivant, on a constaté que cette maison était mitoyée à une grande maison, et pire, cette grand maison était en train de subir une renovation totale. Du coup. il y avait de bruit pendant toute la journée! Il me parait que cette rénovation (y compris l'installation d'une nouvelle piscine ) peut durer des années. Attention aux locataires prosectives, surtout si vous cherchez le calme!
