The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. They even changed a tire for me.
Breakfast could be handle a little differently.

Great location though far away from restaurants ( 20 min drive). Only downside was shared bathroom ( not ensuite).
4.5
Great location close to the mat su glacier
Breakfast closed early and had to go nearby for it.

Beautiful log lodge in the Alaska woods. Comfortable room and bed and lovely shared kitchen, dining, and living room facilities. Muffins, bagels, eggs, coffee, and other hot drinks were furnished for breakfast.
We stayed in room 1 which was small and shares a bathroom with another room.
4.5
The kitchen amenities were nice since they did have coffee, tea, and assorted drinks and eggs were available to make your own breakfast.
When we booked our room there was nothing on the listing that stated it was a shared bathroom. Most of the rooms have their own shower and bath, but ours was one of two on the main floor that had to share a hallway bathroom. Not disclosing that fact on the listing is unscrupulous. Check-in was self-service with no one there to greet us, just a sheet of paper with instructions. We actually were never greeted by anyone, although we saw a bearded man doing some cleaning up. The to make matters worse there was no heating. It might be centrally controlled but we're not sure where heat was coming from and we froze at night!

The whole place had an amazing atmosphere. The staff was excellent, it was a great place to just relax and enjoy all that Alaska in March has to offer

they provided a very generous breakfast but we had to make it ourselves, which was not a problem since we expected that. Good locations nearby for viewing the Northern Lights. Hosts were very pleasant. The common area was comfortable to hang out in and visit with other guests. The common kitchen was outfitted well with cooking utensils, etc. so it weas easy to prepare lunch and dinner.
The bed was not very comfortable. The room was quite small. It was not easy to see the Northern Lights right from the property itself but there were several viewing areas within 10 minutes so you definitely need a car.

Northern Sky Lodge was cozy and comfortable. It was like a home away from home. The property was beautiful. Especially covered in a heavy blanket of snow. The lodge is about 30 minutes from the airport (considering weather/road conditions) and is well worth the drive if you’re looking for peace and quiet. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be going back!

The location was what we were looking for and it met that. The rooms were cold when we arrived and
there was very little interaction to assure everything was good.We had to ask for a
space
heater for one room and the the other just had a radiant wall heater that was not up to the task what with the
-20 degree outside temps.
Room prep and more
Interaction to make sure everyone and thing was good.

Wonderful, caring host. Very quaint place with lots of outdoor trails. Great breakfast. Lots of options. In addition they had an extremely well equipped kitchen for guest use.
Very far from town which was great for viewing the northern lights but was challenging for most other activities without a car. Hard to get taxi/Uber to come that far.

I paid around $200 for a night. Being honest, the facility was dirty. The carpet wasn't vacuumed in the room and floor was dirty in the kitchen and dinning room. Also, when we arrived after 2pm there was food still out from breakfast. It gave us an uneasy feeling. We left to another hotel after spending less than 5 minutes in the room and 25 minutes in the dinning area of the lodge. The night before we rented a room at Denali Lakeview Inn, and it was an outstanding hotel for less. I believe we should be reimbursed for the booking.

Needed to be cleaned up.

The staff was nice and breakfast included
The beds are stiff and uncomfortable

the facility was great
i think the main challenge was the fact that they have big dogs running free on the place. So when we arrived there they were barking and got us uncomfortable.

The hostesses was very friendly and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay. This was the first B&B that my cousin has stayed in, and she said it was very nice. She really enjoyed herself.
I might add it is a very charming and Alaskan log cabin, just what we were hoping for.
Thank you so much for a great stay.

Megan great host. Perfect stop after night arrival in Fairbanks on way to Denali

Conveniently located between the airport and Denali. Comfortable bed and accommodations.
It was a bit noisy with sounds coming from other rooms and staircase.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Coffee was strong. Manager was very friendly.
The showerhead needs to be replaced. It’s a little more than I wanted to spend, so I didn’t consider it the best value for my money.

The lodge is located about 30 min outside of town in a quiet location. Super scenic and great for watching northern lights at night. The rooms are cozy and the people we met were super nice.
It has great potential but left a little to be desired. The breakfast was instant oatmeal, cereal etc - pretty basic and DIY. I was actually expecting a hot breakfast made everyday. On the last morning there was no hot water which is supposedly a common problem there that should be addressed asap. They were nice and apologetic about it but still. It would have been nice to get better instructions on how to find the place - it's a little hard to do in the middle of the night on winter roads.
