We were treated well by the staff. They apologized for it being loud due to a hockey team and wedding party being presen

Pool was not available and the fitness center was only pieces of cardio equipment- no weights or other exercise options.

the Aspen Hotel is on the Kenai River…there is a great boardwalk behind the hotel, you can walk along the river‼️

the pool and hot tub were out of order during our stay 🫣

I want my money back that's owed to me

The location was ok I expected a straight trail to the river as advertised more tourists attractions but over all was ok I would have liked a better view from my room ...

There was no breakfast the coffee was cold the hot water for cocoa was cold .. there should be longer pool hours for people who work late or arrive late check out should be later.. plus I was double charged for two rooms so I ended up paying for four rooms instead of two I had a total of three rooms one was psid for by Ak OCS and still have not received a refund for one of them since I was charged double for 2 of my rooms .. I feel something should be done about this experience.... maybe a full refund and a free stay... because they really messed up my trip and account by stealing the rest of my funds I had in my account set aside for food and gas and my trip needs.. also the hot tub has no grip on the stairs or inside it feels smooth like tile i sliped and had a not so nice fall inside hot tub and was hurt for days my bathtub was also dirty but I didn't complain.. I really want some sort of resolution.. as I will be staying there again this week so maybe staff can make up for a somewhat horrible experience

A great short winter stay which met our needs well.

The parking lot was a little treacherous with the ice build up and no defined paths to walk.

Perfect location for area fishing

Room was ready when I arrived and it was very large and clean... Mostly quiet even those close to the highway... Perfectly located for my two days of fishing.

Problem with inroom coffee pot and there was no breakfast which we request If we had known no breakfast and no coffee pot we would have stayed elsewhere

Comfortable stay and clean room

Location was convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Parking was crowded and the chlorine odor was very overpowering upon check in

Misleading and overpriced

Pool and location. Liked the separate room with bunk beds in it for our to kids to have and it gave us privacy from them.

Construction outside our window when we checked in. No housekeeping service and no continental breakfast even though they advertise there is. Beds are uncomfortable.

A little disappointed with the facilities for as much as we paid for the room.

I really like the location and the room itself was okay. I really like the indoor pool as well.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working so we resorted to using fans. That would have been fine but when we had the widow open but could hear the noise from the construction workers outside. I was displeased that breakfast was advertised and then when I arrived, they informed us that they were not serving breakfast at all.

Worked well for what we needed overall.

The room itself was nice...clean, organized, roomy enough. We requested a River view which we got.

Since we did request a River view, we didn’t get the king bed since all river views are 2 queens. We weren’t explained this upon check in. Would have been nice to know so we could decide then which we prefer. Also, pool closed and no breakfast due to COVID. Other hotels in area were offering those amenities so disappointed that Aspen didn’t find a way to start offering those yet.
