It is the only Villa with a private white sand beach, the wifi is efficient (optic-fiber), and the Manager Nina (former Superyachts Chief Stewardess 🛥) is always available to assist.
We offer concierge services (not included), catering, grocery services, shopping services, in-house private chef, yoga classes, in-house massages, and any other services you might require during your stay.
Our concierge can also assist with arrival and departure logistics (transportation, rental cars) in order to make your arrival in your holiday home as smooth as possible.

Beach Villa Cala Mar is an incredible Villa, with a unique location. Wake up in the morning facing the stunning Bay of Cul de Sac, admire the thousand shades of turquoise blue and be fascinated by all the animal species! Birds, pelicans, egrets, iguanas, turtles, rays, and more!
Enjoy a coffee and a french croissant (bakery 500m from the Villa) on your private white sand beach, comfortably seated on the wooden beach furniture, in the shades and surrounded by people you love.

Dive in the pool, lay on the comfy pool chairs, read a magazine and get a nice tan!
Then grab a kayak (3 double seaters at your disposal), paddle for a few minutes and stop at the sand bank. So shallow that you will feel like you are walking on the water! Snorkel for a little while, and then keep paddling for a few more minutes and arrive at Pinel Island. Wonderful place! Heaven! You won't believe it until you see it for yourself.
Have an exquisite lunch at Karibuni, drink some local banana rum and if you feel like it, have a walk around Pinel island, you will feel like Robinson Crusoe.
Then it's time to head back to the Villa, jump in the pool again, and get ready for dinner. Drive only a couple of minutes and go to Orient Bay, or Grand Case, where you will find the best cuisine of the island. Gastronomic french food, local street barbecues, Italian restaurants, sushis... You name it, they have it!
After dinner, if you are in party mood, keep the vibe going and enjoy the party beach bars of Orient Bay, or drive to Simpson Bay and find nightclubs, casinos, karaokes, and much more.
But if you feel like staying home, then the kitchen is so well equipped that you will feel like a Chef! There are 3 grocery stores at only a few minutes from the house, as well as a local fishery, a wine store, a delicatessen store, and take-away restaurants.
Now, if you feel like staying home but cooking isn't your passion, then Villa Cala Mar has a private in-house Chef that you can book for the night!
The next day, get in the car and go visit the island: the most amazing beaches, so many of them that you will have to extend your stay if you want to see them all! The biggest zipline of the Caribbean, the duty free shopping streets of Philipsburg, the secret hideaway Lottery Farm, nestled in the hillside of Pic Paradis, where iguanas and monkeys share their home with you. So many hikes that you won't know where to start (3 of them start from the Villa), private boats tours, sailing experiences, water sports, parasailing...

Villa Cala Mar is absolutely stunning! The villa has everything you need to make your holiday wonderful. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook if you just want to spend your time at the villa. The private beach at the villa is nice and there are three kayaks available to take to Pinel or just cruise the area. We went with three couples and had the best week. Nina and Kevin are excellent host. I highly recommend the concierge package. Nina and Kevin arranged all of our dinners and made the reservations, grocery shopping, boat rental, etc. Also a must, reserve a boat for the day. Great way to see the island and visit private beaches. The location of Villa Cala Mar is close to all the beautiful beaches and restaraunts. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

Our group of five plus a one year old could not have chosen a more perfect location for a dream vacation!!! The villa was beautiful, comfortable for all and included everything to ensure our vacation was stress free and lots of fun!!!! Every morning started off with a swim in the gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean, who could ask for more. Each of the three bedrooms had king size beds that were super comfortable, the kitchen was great and the outdoor patio was our favorite gathering spot for gazing at the ocean. Nina and Kevin are the best, they met us on arrival and departure and were always available at a moments notice if we needed something. BEST vacation our group has had!!!!! We will definitely return to this paradise on earth.

If you're looking for a villa by the ocean in St-Martin, look no further, this is the place. First off is the location: Situated right by the water on Cul-de Sac bay, the area is surrounded by mountains and facing Pinel Island. The area has mostly been rebuilt since hurricane Irma. It is a gated community so very safe. The views of the bay are spectacular. Orient bay is only a few minutes away, with lovely shops and restaurants and many beach clubs to choose from. Next, the villa itself is just wonderful. The outdoor area including inground pool, dinning and lounging area, not to mention the private beach are where we spent 90% of our time. It doesn’t get any better than this. We enjoyed the 3 kayaks and snorkeling gear. We explored Pinel Island just 15 min away by kayak, had lunch there and enjoyed just chilling out at the sand bar in the middle of the bay. The 2 main bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect. We were 3 couples, and the size of the villa was perfect. Just consider that the 3rd bedroom which is accesible only from the outside is comfortable but not at the same level as the 2 main bedrooms. Lastly, our stay would not have been as wonderful without Kevin and Nina the property manangers. They are super nice, very attentive and very quick to respond when needed. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but Kevin and Nina were on top of it at a moments notice, so it did not impact our stay at all. Hats off to them.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. We spent my birthday here with friends and had the most magnificent trip. We used the kayaks several times to explore Pinal island and the surrounding areas. We were close to Orient Bay for shopping and restaurants. Nina was attentive yet non-intrusive. She has done a beautiful job. We are already planning our next trip and will be using Nina again.

This property is ideal for 3 couples. Home has 3 BRs with water view and an open floor plan. Lovely outside seating on porch and beach. We used the kayaks daily and it was fun to kayak to Pinel Island for lunch/snorkeling. Nina and Kevin are delightful and responded quickly to all queries and were helpful about things to do. Lots of extras are provided at this property like condiments, snorkeling equipment, bug spray, lanterns, speakers for music, beach towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again!! We used the word “Glorious” to describe our experience!

I’m already dreaming about our next visit. The villa was exactly as pictured (maybe even more beautiful in person). It was quiet and comfortable. Nina was an absolute pleasure to work with and was super responsive to even our minor needs. The villa had everything we needed from bug spray to pool toys and everything in between. The kayaks were a big hit in our family of 5 and we kayaked over to Pinel island and around the point to another beach. The grocery store was convenient and it was an easy drive to orient or to gran case. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay there again soon.

We have now stayed at Villa Cala Mar twice and have loved it each time. The villa is beautiful, has great views of the bay and Pinel Island. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is very nice and the outdoor living space and plunge pool are fantastic. Just a short paddle over to Pinel Island or short drive to fantastic beaches and restaurants in Orient Bay or Grand Case. Nina is a wonderful host and very responsive. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in St. Martin.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Cala Mar Villa! We were there celebrating my 50th and our 25th Wedding Anniversary with friends and we never wanted to leave. The villa is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the location is the best there is! The villa is stocked with all the amenities and then some! We enjoyed the pool every day, sat on the beach every evening and kayaked to Pinel Island twice! The location is very safe in a gated community and super close to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping. You must go to Lulu’s Corner for breakfast or brunch one of our favorites and 2 mins from villa. There are a few cute boutiques in Hope Estates as well as grocery and liquor store just 5 mins from house. We went to Grand Case a few times to eat and highly recommend Captain Frenchies for lunch on the beach and the restaurant at Grand Case Resort for dinner on the water! There are also a few shops in Grand Case that we came across. The girls went to Tijon in Grand case a local parfumerie and had the best time creating our own personalized scents! We hired Private Chef Alex for a few dinners which were superb! Nina the house manager was very helpful and responsive. If your contemplating booking this villa, do it!

The location was picture perfect! It is exactly as advertised. Henri and Nina are absolutely the most kind and helpful people. They were very prompt in responding with any questions we had. They met us at the villa and gave us the overview of how things worked in the home. They also made recommendations for restaurants and their reviews were spot on!!! This was the perfect relaxation type of vacation. The weather was beautiful and this house was very clean and cozy. Our host Henri was excellent - very responsive to our needs. We had a chef one night who jammed up the sink and the washing machine had a slight issue- Henri was right there when I called and very promptly resolved the problems. The food on the island was excellent! The beaches were pristine. The location was ideal as it was in a quiet residential area. The only negative was the mosquitoes! Plenty of bug spray in the late afternoon was necessary. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

Celebrated our daughters college graduation in this beautiful oasis, our three aspiring women who are childhood friends and us moms who have shared their life’s journeys to date.
There could not have been a more perfect place to share this moment in time. The informal transition of moms and daughters to life long friends and confidants. We laughed, we cried, we debated, we learned.. we embraced four days when time stopped just long enough to forget about all of the crazy in the world, and simply lived in a magical state of bliss.
We will be back one day, perhaps a wedding celebration, a baby shower, an anniversary .. or maybe simply just because it’s a place where life can be celebrated in the finest way with family and friends.

The villa was superb, with everything you might need provided. Nina was very helpful and on hand if we needed anything (which we didn't!). There was even insect repellent provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, soaps etc.
The beach was great and we made full use of the canoes, paddling over to Pinel island for a great lunch on two occasions. Snorkelling was a favourite activity, and we saw loads of fish, including rays and several turtles also. I would highly recommend.

The property description and photos are very accurate. We were actually pleasantly surprised to find more water toys, Bluetooth speakers, charger converters. Great selection of kitchen supplies for the nights we decided to stay in. Parking never crowded, always had a parking spot. The location is very convenient to the grocery store, beaches, and restaurants.

The location and amenities of this property are ideal if you enjoy Cul de Sac. Sit by the pool, lounge on your own sandy area or kayak across to gorgeous Pinel island. A clean, well-appointed home with 2 rooms off the main living space and another accessed from outside. A short walk from where you park to the house, but easily manageable. Nina, the property manager, responded to any questions or problems promptly and left us alone to relax otherwise. Definitely recommend this place!

This home was every bit as beautiful as the photos show, if not more so. We were traveling with my 2 adult daughters and their husbands and the bedroom/bathroom set up was perfect for the 6 of us. The open air home, beautiful views, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen and fantastic outdoor furnishings made this place over-the-top special. And let's not forget the sandy private beach, pool and kayaks for our use!
The property location can't be beat. We have traveled to St. Martin many times and our favorite place to stay is right where this property is.
We utilized the concierge services of Nina and she was integral to making this trip perfect and seamless from start to finish. I usually am the travel planner for my family trips, but I decided to hand over that skill to Nina so I could completely and totally relax and enjoy my family instead of spending time on the phone making reservations, etc. She does and can do ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING! She was available at all times within minutes of our reaching out and her knowledge of the island and its amenities were extensive. The private chef she booked, Chef Alexis Chauvreau, was a highlight of our trip. His food was sublime and watching him prepare our dinner was so much fun.
In a nutshell: perfect villa, perfect location, perfect concierge. Don't hesitate: book this place!

Our stay at Cul de Sac was so perfect I do not know where to start this review. We rely heavily on VRBO reviews in the research we do before booking any stay. For this trip, we looked for a place on the water, great views, better-than-average location, and a cottage layout that would easily accommodate our group of three couples. With reviews by others on this property that used words like amazing, beautiful, and lots of comments about Nina, who is the contact for the property, our research led us to this place. From the reviews, it seemed perfectly matched with our needs. Actually, it turned out to be better than perfect. The location was gorgeous (on the water with its own little beach) -- nothing between us and the water. The cottage is close to new. It was built, from scratch, after a hurricane a few years ago. Everything feels fresh and new. The things we saw in the pics on the VRBO site turned out to be as nice as shown, or better. The interior patio and great room are well-designed for hanging out. The beds, and bedding? Fresh and comfy. The place is also well-stocked, from sunscreen to spices to an outdoor grill. There are kayaks (you can kayak to Pinel Island in about 15 minutes--2 restaurants with adult drinks) and beach toys. This place was just so easy to enjoy. Each of the bedrooms and the great room have their own air conditioning controls, so those that want to sleep in cool rooms, can. Even the pool is well-designed, with a shallow sitting space and a deeper end. So, what else set the standard at this place? Nina. Nina is the person who manages Cul de Sac. In my job as a food service and hotel consultant, I am often judging levels of service and support. If the scale is the common 1 to 10, Nina was a 12+. She was helpful in the extreme. I had read the previous reviews, most of which also said something very nice about Nina. They were right: she was awesome and clearly committed to providing her guests with every possible support she might offer. If we had a question, or any need, call Nina. Need addressed. Exceptional. I also want to mention that Nina’s cleaning crew came, midweek, and refreshed everything, leaving it as clean as it was when we originally arrived. There was also a pool person who cleaned our pool a couple times during the week, as well. In summary: until we stayed here I did not know there is a higher level of perfect: Perfect+. We will be back!

Our family had a great week at Nina’s Villa Cala Mar! The house is spacious, beds are very comfortable and the view is one of the best on the island. We enjoyed using the kayaks to go out to Pinel Island for the day and had a great lunch and drinks at Karibuni. We will definitely be back to the Villa in the future.

Villa Cala Mar delivers in person as it does in photos. Yes, the the water is not quite as blue durning all daylight hours, but it sparkles all the time and is very blue from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. The bedrooms are all en-suite, comfortable and all have spectacular views to the pool deck and water beyond. The addition of a sandy yard below the pool deck really makes you feel like you are at the beach. Grocery stores and amen city shopping is just a 6 minute drive of slightly longer walk away. It is very near the amazing restaurants of Grande Case and Orient Bay Beach, with great shopping, restaurants and beach clubs, and right across from Pinel Island with a very station just a 10 minute walk away. Nina, our concierge, and her assistant Valerie, were fantastic. She helped us book a private catamaran, chef and taxi service, which definitely added to our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa Calla Mar!

We had an amazing two weeks at this lovely villa. Nina was always available to answer our questions and give us suggestions. The chef she recommended was amazing. Delicious cuisine in our villa watching the sunset. Kids loved kayaking and snorkeling right there. Nina met us and welcomed us upon arrival. Wine, beer, soft drinks, water and snacks were there when entering the villa. Thank you Nina and staff for everything.

This was the perfect home for our family vacation with our young adult children. The layout of the home provided all of us with wonderful gathering spots but also privacy. The private pool and private beach made the stay extraordinary!
The views were amazing and we loved the proximity to Pinel Island. Watching the sun rise over Pinel Island was the perfect way to start each morning! Nina our host had a wonderful and very comprehensive list of great restaurants, activities etc. it was extremely helpful! Grocery is very close by and great restaurants were a short easy drive. I would highly recommend renting a car. We will be back for sure!!!!

A Magical Trip
MAGICAL is the most accurate word to describe our trip! Our family of 5 had the best time and loved this beautiful villa. Since this was our first trip in many years, we paid for the concierge service and Nina was Spectacular! She planned an itinerary for us and took care of all of the dinner and boat reservations, filled the fridge and pantry with groceries and even surprised our daughter with a treat on her birthday. We had a fabulous time here and the whole experience was seamless from booking through to our departure thanks to Nina's fabulous communication skills. The house is at least as wonderful as described in the ad..the kayaks are very easy to get into the water and the adventure of paddling over to the little island 🏝 and basking in the beautiful warm water is just too good to be true. The house itself is beautiful and new, and has everything you could possibly need to relax and cook wonderful meals. There are lots of great restaurants around if you would prefer and the deck and pool and little private beach are all fantastic. Three fantastic and well seperated bedrooms will provide lots of rooms for family groups or two couples and a couple of kids sharing. We found this home to be a dream location and would highly recommend staying here.
