We stayed in the "penthouse" villa, which was fantastic. Clean, modern, well-appointed, large. Great housekeeping, friendly staff, convenient amenities. The area itself is a bit away from things so you have to want that, which we did.

The 4-bedroom villa on the beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. 5 star resort for sure! The pool looked just as amazing as it does on the web site-and the restaurants on the resort on both sides all had great food including vegetarian options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the manager Ingrid is a wonderful person who actually helped us return a lost dog back to its owner!
Only downside of the area is the massive seaweed on the beach while we were there-and the taxis are expensive to travel around.

The property was nice. The staff was great as well. The sister property (Oyster bay resort) needs to upgrade some of their facilities. The gym is very small and lackluster on both properties and the pool needs a major renovation. We had a dishwasher issue that forced us to cancel some plans one night but it was eventually fixed. Cleaning could have been better on the first day of our stay, found old bread under the bed from a previous stay. Nice stay overall but improvements could be made to make the stay more enjoyable.

We stayed at the Coral Beach Club for our honeymoon and loved it !! The property is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and the location can’t be beat! The property is also in the same vicinity of the Oyster Bay resort - it’s super fun to hang out at the pool there and listen to their live music and other events.

Our condo was very nice. We found that amenities were not as advertise. For this property. We had to walk over to Oyster Bay to enjoy the pool and fitness center.

Terrible service, everyone seems rude and they don’t care, customer service is the thing they need to work the most in. Room service is nos room service when you need to go to the restaurant to pick it up!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom townhouse which has a nice pleasant surprise. The units were over/under with 2 bedrooms upstairs and the living and kitchen area on the first floor.
The unit had 3 full bathrooms which was a nice surpise along with 2 full pull out couches. If necessary it is the ideal place for people whom are on a budget to stay at. The place can actually fit 8 people.
The only downside is the beach is filled with seaweed however that is the case for many beaches on the island.

There was a bit of a smell in the morning when they were cleaning the seaweed off the beach but it cleared up within a couple of hours. I guess if would have been a lot worse if they didn't do it. The front desk was amazing, it's under new management and they really try to keep you happy. I rented a villa on the beach, with a huge terrace and private pool, great to hang out on at night.

Our pool lights didn't work, so we couldn't use the pool at night. We tried to call the front desk and leave a message but the mailbox was full. It appears that front desk is limited on their service and isn't open 24 hours.
Dawn beach a nice to look at but has been overtaken by the seaweed. If you plan to stay here, just beware that the seaweed can be a problem. The ocean is the Atlantic ocean, so the waves are very rough...much different from the Caribbean ocean.
If you plan to stay here for more than a few days, I suggest renting a car. Don't make the mistake of renting a Jeep Wrangler, as the road are very narrow, windy, and mountainous.
St. Martin is a beautiful island. Me and the hubby plan to come back again.

The room was large, really nice and comfortable, however, the towels had stains and were worn. There's no one to really help you when the office is closed.

CBC is a perfect family getaway where the villas provide a great balance of luxury of a villa with the beach outside your door. The villas were well equipped and when we had an issue with the AC, the staff immediately called to get the contractor to remedy the situation. Everyone was helpful and the island is great for trying a variety of beaches especially Orient beach and Pinel Island. Excellent food especially in Grand Case and go to Super U for all your groceries as quality is very good.

Coral Beach Club looks just like all of the pictures. We stayed in the Oyster (villa 13) 3 bedroom beach view villa. The view was beautiful and every room was spacious. The pool is nice and about 4.5 to 5 feet deep. My bed was super soft and comfortable. Dawn beach had A LOT of seaweed in the water and on the beach, so much that we only used the beach on the resort one day. We had to rent umbrella's & chairs on the resort (that really should be included in the price of the resort). It's definitely best to have a car to get around on the island because everything is spaced out and taxi's can get expensive. We went to Mr. Busbys (the pizza and the dinner are awesome) and Canoa (get the Plantain Canoa) several times. They are both within walking distance along with a convenience store but they close at 10pm.

Great place to stay but initial impression was not so good given we were hassled by the beach attendant next door to either pay for one of his chairs or put away the ones designated for the units(they are quite heavy btw). I am not sure what the financial relationship was there as it appeared the beach attendant was responsible for keeping the entire beach and it was the end of his shift- frankly the guy was a bit rude to us. Otherwise, the units are condos with full cooking equipment offering nice views with breakfast in your room in the morning. YOU NEED A CAR ON THIS ISLAND btw- cabs are non-existent on the French side. The beach was fair - we spent most of our time up in Grand Case (beautiful beach and great French food!) and down southwest (St. Louis) which was quite a scenic drive during the day.

Most of the time, it is a bit of a challenge to know, with certainty, just how good the place you book will be. Coral Beach Club: 2008-ish well built and well equipped condos. Whether the beach or harbor view, both excellent. From dimmable lighting to designer-ish kitchens to Nanawalls (look it up), the place is clearly for those of us used to staying in upscale hotels and resorts. We spent a week in March. Husband/Wife/College Daughter/College Daughter's friend. We would return. BTW: great food nearby, and in Grand Case.

I LOVED this place. They were so friendly and accommodating. The villa (Sea Fan) exceeded my expectations. Rarely does a place turn out to be more beautiful than the promotional photos but that was the case here. The beach was lovely, not too crowded, some great restaurants within walking distance. The dining room chairs could use a shampoo - but at least we were't worried about sitting on them. Also, the windows could use a cleaning - but I think we the sea and judging by our car windshield, that would be daily task. Lovely, lovely, lovely.
