Not what I expected

The location is great, however, it felt like a transient motel. The evening front desk person was very pleasant and efficient, but the transaction seemed to me, like it was done behind bulletproof glass, not really comforting. The door of the room seemed like it might have been forced open a few times, and the window had a large crack in it. I was concerned for my car, even though it was right outside my window.

The room had seen better days, and the coverlet on the bed had a cigarette burn on it. The television reception was terrible.

Should have been $70 max for this room . Checked in around 10:30 pm , left at 11 am. Felt ripped off

All in all it was ok.

Location very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

No housekeeping ever came in to clean the room, make the bed, bring fresh towels. No couch or chairs. No internet.

It's a lot worse than The Ritz.

The television and A/C worked great, combined with the price the less desirable aspects were quite tolerable.

In great need of renovation. Any kind of towel rack would be nice for hanging damp towels or wash cloths. I inadvertently booked a smoking room, or maybe it was all that was available, but wow. Fortunately the shock subsides until you leave the room for a few hours and come back in the door.

Great location, but awful rooms.

We didn’t get any sleep during the stay. The bed was so uncomfortable, the room is so small, and the whole time the city was doing construction on the highway, and all we could hear is banging all day and night.
